All went very smoothly although it took longer than i had hoped.

I have not received my order yet… I ordered on June tent and today is July 19. There is nobody to contact and no way to find out where my shoes are! They took the money out of my account the same day I ordered this is insane and I'm very upset.!

I purchased a dress which was far to big and emailed to return 4 times and have had no correspondence back, will not be dealing with this company again

Wouldn't buy from these i sent a pair of sandals back and now they've said i can't have a refund because i didn't notify them i was sending them back

I ordered size EU 9 shoes. When they arrived they stated that they were size 9, yet they did not fit.

Have no idea what size they were but definitely NOT size 9. I gave them away to a family member who has smaller feet than me, and they didn't fit her.

Would not buy through your store again.

I'm sad that I purchased the dress, the material is so cheap, colours didn't match the photo, I tried it on and won't wear it again, it feels like a cheap Halloween costume.

First and foremost, I ordered thinking my items would arrive within at least 2 to 3 weeks. I was terribly wrong. I didn't even get tracking information until after a month. The items were awfully sized, smalls were closer to XS and XXS, they look like children's wear. The worst thing is: there's no refund nor exchange. Even on the items that I could return, I would only be given a partial refund. I will NEVER buy from this company again.

Not happy. Requested size five and a half. Was sent a size six. Size six was ridiculously small. Wanted to return the goods and try a size seven but told I'd have to return to California and pay the return. However the return address was stated on the package as Birmingham England. Offered a large discount and I could keep the goods. Why would I want to keep something that doesn't fit? Not playing this stupid game. Will keep the goods and re-sell them myself as a size 5 which I believe is the correct size. Will not deal with this company again. Don't advise anyone else to either.

Dress was not like the picture, and too big. I contacted customer service and they clearly were unwilling to give me a refund and allow me to return the dress! First they offered a 0% refund and I can keep the dress, I declined then they came back with 30% refund and I can keep the dress! I declined stating I want a full refund. We went back and forth for seven days before they would allow me to return the dress! I still haven't received my refund it's been 2 weeks now since I posted it back to them. DO NOT buy anything from this business unless you want stress in your life.

The item was as described. The parcel was tracked every step of the way so I was able to anticipate delivery

Love my item and overall good experience, the dress material is soft and very given, probably could have gone down a size, also looks great on. Only a couple of negative points (if you can call them that) I ordered the dress in navy blue and I got black (I kept anyway as the dress itself looks really nice on regardless of colour!) and shipping took a while but was kept posted (email) with the product process.
