Don't buy from this company. If you read about the previous owners, they lost millions of dollars and in doing so ended up not paying consumers back on credit owed to them. New owners now... however they have wiped out any previous credits owing to consumers so if you happen to have a credit be sure that it is now gone... they send a blanket apology saying the new owners are going to make the company better and supply better product and service but forget about any credit you may have. I have only lost $188.95 but others have lost much more... always be weary of a company that won't give you credit back on your credit card when you want to return goods. In this case, they kept the money and so many people are SOL... will never deal with this company again, no matter who they are.
On March 28,2016 I made and on line order for several Jewelry items. I was not made aware of any changes in ownership until after I complained about not receiving my order. I was informed on July 20,2016 that due to new ownership I may not get a refund but may get store credit. I did recieved a partial order but three items not received totalling $21 Canadian not including tax. I have been fighting with Beyond The Rack ever since to get my items, refund or store credit. At this point I just want my money back. Now I am told due to new ownership I can not get my money back and I can not get store credit. Store was under review for new ownership prior to my purchases. Don't trust this company. The previous owners would have been very helpful, but not these new owners. By not returning my money they are stealing from me and you can never trust a theft.

I have never been so ripped off and so mad. I have been trying to receive an order for over a year with your company. Every time I get the message that you couldn't secure the item, and that I should buy something else. I kept doing that until this last time when you told me the item was not available and that my credit was no longer available either. You just decided out of the blue to rip me off of $700!
I had an almost $600 credit on my account. I contacted the company back in July and was told that I could not get the money back and that the credit on my account would still be good with the new ownership. I went to buy something on the site today and my credit was gone. I contacted the company via chat and was told they went through a system conversion and would investigate why my credit disappeared. Given the poor service I had previously received from this company, I decided to call customer service to double check what they said on chat. When I did I found out that the company executives have decided not to honor any credits prior to May 2016. I was told to call consumer protection; however, since I am in the US I have to find and contact Consumer Protection in the US. So in other words, I am out of luck. When I asked for the name of their CEO (i. E. executive decision maker), I was told they don't have a CEO.
Beyond the Rack could care less about their customers. They have no leadership. Do not buy from them.

I had 135$ credit as well which was cancelled after company "change hands". I believe it happened to many people. It is very disappointing. I do not want to do anything with BTR any more and will discourage my friends to deal with them as well.
I had a credit of $150 with Beyond the Rack. When they said they were changing hands I phoned to see if I needed to spend my credit or if it would be honored. They said for sure it would be honored. I now get an email saying that they will not honor my credit. When you purchase a company you are responsible for all its debts and its assets! They are thieves. Do not purchase from this company.
They failed to provide store credit for returned items. It has been more than 9 months. Numerous emails and calls later they make false promises one after another. Still no store credit, no refund. Please spread the word. I hate to see another consumer fall victim to this store
I made a purchase i Feb 2016 of a Burberry scarf totaling $291.52CAD. After approximately two months of shipment delays, the product was declared unavailable and I was told a credit would be made to my account. I contacted their online team a couple days ago and was told the money would be placed in my account. No changes have been made since.
I honestly don't even want to use the credit if it made available. After reading some of these reviews, I'm afraid the same cycle of unavailable items will occur.
It is quite obvious that everyone is very upset with the way Beyond the Rack has treated their past loyal customers. This site is great but it is not getting us results. Email me personally at *******@yahoo.ca and register your name and email address. I will ask you to keep your correspondence and type one letter that explains your situation. All information will be used in court to have a judge determine if BTR can hide behind their requested protection they paid for and continue to profit from new buyers. Even if your claim is small the rewards of standing up to a company like this is enormous. You will be doing a justice for honest and trusting online buyers. No appearance will be necessary. Just take the time to document your claim and send this, will let the lawyers take care of the rest.

Beyond the Rack USED TO BE a great company that sold great products, had greater service, and had a dedicated shipping service that was pretty amazing.
BUT... I REPEAT, BUT... after their bankruptcy and under the new management, things have gone to piss poor dog $#*!. Most of the orders that I made prior to March 24 (Change of Management day or something like that) and after were NOT SHIPPED and they still TOOK MY MONEY. I also demanded refunds, and sometimes they didn't even pull through. On the times they did, I got store credit which totaled up to over $150 and all of a sudden, POOF, it disappeared... I lost $150.
Not only do they steal from you but they're so blatantly and terribly dishonest about it. They deleted all of my order history so that I couldn't prove that I actually ordered the things that weren't refunded to me. AND, I called them to ask about the issue and they said they'll "investigate it for me and call me in a week's time." Yeah, a week's time my Canadian $#*!. They never called at all and it was some cheap $#*! excuse to escape away from their crimes. Now, the best that I can do is get $5 in cash or $15 in credit from BTR. BTR can suck one, so I'll take the $5.
In other words, they're terrible now. Do not buy from them, ever. Their new management is $#*! and they steal from customers. Hey BTR, if you can read this, $#*! you.

"We apologize that its taken so long for us to advise you on this issue: Unfortunately, we can no longer honor those credits applied from orders made before May 25 due to the changes with our company ownership.
As you may be aware, that Beyond the Rack went through a restructuring process that unfortunately took far too long to complete and has affected too many customers. The restructuring process, including the transfer of ownership was the reason why all orders made prior May 25,2016, can no longer be refunded, in any form."
I was ordered some items from BTR and they twice send me apologize not in Stock.and not cackling my money just gave a credit. And suddenly when I like use this credit it's dissappear.

Unfortunately, we were unable to reinstate your missing credit back to your account. We apologize for any inconvenience. As you are aware Beyond the Rack has recently gone through a restructuring phase under our new ownership and management group; we have made several key changes to our business model in order to build BTR back. Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to refund or provide a credit to any purchases/returns made or processed before May 24th.
We know this is disappointing on your part. I suggest you contact Consumers Protection in your local area to properly assess your situation and they will be able to provide you legal assistance on this issue."

I also received a call today and they are refusing to re-issue my credit due to the change in ownership. I am furious! They again stole my money. After reading all of the other posts is there something we all can do to get our credits back?
In August i ordered from the company and recieved half my order within the week. However the two most important items that i intended to wear to a special occasion kept getting pushed back later and later. After the event was gone and passed I asked to have them cancel the remaining outstanding order. They replied that it was in transit and they cant cancel it. Well its been 6more weeks and still i have yet to get anything so i ask them where my items are. They replied that i would have thwm shipped within 72 hours. Two weeks pass and once again i ask what's going on as the estimated shipping shows October 5th and today's date is november 3. They just reply your item is in transit which it isn't. They won't refund me or send me my items. I have told her them that i will seek legal action however i just recieve threats back. How is this legal that they can steal peoples hard earned money and not be shut down?
