This company is a huge scam, don't take the chance and order from them. They recently changed ownership and the CREDIT I had on my account for returning an item DISAPPEARED. I called and they said indeed I did have a credit but since ownership changed there was a 'glitch' and the credits did not get transferred. Basically they stole the money. They advised that I contact consumer protection so I did. They cannot do anything since the original BTR went bankrupt and they new owner is not held liable...

Had issues with prior company owner so decided to stop buying from them. New ownership so decided to give another shot. Had a $25 credit on my account from a prior order that didn't arrive due to the change of ownership. Just made a new order in Nov which stated quick ship for Christmas. 1st my credit was honoured, was advised that becuase they changed ownership that anything I had on my account would not be honoured. 2nd my order states "once shipped it will take 1-10 days to arrive depending on location". Shipped Dec 1st and was given a tracking number. Contacted company the 16th to find out what is going on. Was told that they don't have any update and that once it arrives at the shipping facility it will take another 10-15 business days from there. Which the order clearly states the opposite. Tried to speak with customer service and that was a nightmare. The representative provided no solution. Nor could they answer why BTR states 1-10days to arrive once shipped however its 10-15 business days once its at the actual post office? NEVER AGAIN. For the quality of what you get and the issues you will have when ordering, the prices are not competitive anymore
Back in November they ran a sales event for what were supposed to be authentic Celine bags. I was so excited to see the price if the bag so I ordered one. Imagine my shock when the bag came and I started inspecting it. The bag was a fake. The "Made in Italy" lettering was printed crookedly. I contacted them regarding a return and refund a they told me the item was marked "unreturnable". They also kept insisting the bag is authentic. Well, I have reported the fraud to Canadian authorities as well as US Customs. So many people have been taken advantage of by these scammers. After filing a dispute w my credit card and informed them they said for me to send back the bag for them to jnaext it for some "stamp" they put onto the bag that identifies it as their own. Seriously?!? Then what? I send the bag back and I get told that that's not the bag they sent me? NOT! I instead further contacted Celine's corp offices that have informed me Beyond the Rack us NOT an authorized seller of their bags! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE!
I wish that I could give less than 1 star. I don't know how they stay in business when it takes a month ship a dress. When I contacted customer service about the timeline they were completely unconcerned. Absolutely do not shop there when there are so many other decent options that will deliver what you buy in days.
Order a scarf waited for it months, got an email that the scarf is out of stock. They issued me a store credit that I can't use. Claiming that they change management and can't refun me my money or honor the store credit. What one has to do with the other I'm not sure. But will NEVER shop on beyondTheRack again and advice the same. You will never see the item that you order or your money. Stay away!
I've been trying to get my $150 credit back for over a month now since it disappeared from my beyond the rack account which was refunded to me when my order for sunglasses was cancelled by them, not me. Now seeing all these reviews on here I don't think I will ever see this money again. So friggen pissed off right now, and will never ever order online again. Back to the stores for me!
Order a pair of shoes in April 2016 where were too small so I returned them. I got the store credits ~$450. I used the store credits+$200 to buy a purse in June. I never received the purse. I kept calling and talked to 5+ customer service representatives. They always asked me to wait 1 or 2 more weeks. On 12/7/2016, they wrote me an email saying that they are unable to ship my item and will return my original method of payment. I have not seen the $200 refund. In addition the store credits disappear as they said those were from the prior company which went bankrupt... Stay away from buying anything from BTR...
I made an order sometimes in April this year 2016, the product never came nor did I get the money back. I have made tons of calls but they kept promising its gonna be refunded as credit but they never did till now ( December 2016). PLEASE STAY AWAY.
I returned a pair of boots that turned out to not look like the picture (not very surprising). Found out that we get a refund in BTR credits - not ideal but okay that's fine. I haven't found anything appealing to buy on the site for a while. Finally, found something but my BTR credits were no where to be found. I emailed them about this and they were aware that I had $45.25 in BTR credits from the refund but apparently cannot provide any refunds because they changed ownership of the company. WHAAAAT? If any changes to the website were to affect customers, they need to notify us. They just took away my BTR credits with no warning at all. And this was not even my fault but I has to lose something. At least I did not lose a whole lot but they still took my money and I have no boots. DO NOT SHOP FROM THESE MONEY STEALERS.
After reading most of the reviews, my situation not different from all the reviews. I had credit $ 90.45 since Jan 2016 and like others I always go online to see if there is something that I will like to order to get my money back but with no luck. Found out in March that the company under changing management and received email notifying me of the change and to be patient. Since March I was contacting them via phone and email back and forth with no luck and all what I have been told is to be patient. Contacting them again by phone on Aug and the Agent I spoke with confirmed my credit and sent me email to show my credit, please keep in mind that when I contact them in Aug the new owner already took the position. I tried to contact them after via email to try to get my credit back and was informed that my credit disappeared. They gave me case number and since then every time I email them they ask me to be patient. I called them yesterday to find out that they can't do anything to me and money is lost. The Agent I spoke with provided me with phone number for consumer protection, called them today and they informed me that my money is lost too and they can't help me. Please don't order from this company.
So I found these reviews after I did a Google search. I, like almost everyone on here had a credit with BTR that was taken away from me without any warning. I got the same email that has been posted a few times on here. I ordered from them quite a bit in the last few years. They were slowly becoming garbage earlier this year. I wanted to use my credit before their management change but I couldn't find one thing I'd even consider ordering. Now I'm out money I paid them. How can this be OK? Please don't shop with BTR, don't support a company that steals money from its customers!

Beyond the Rack says they have reorganized and fixed all their former problems - inability to get orders, constant delays, etc. They are right back doing the same thing - blaming their suppliers when they probably aren't paying them (that was the problem before). AVOID THIS SITE AT ALL COSTS.
Watch out for the false "retail" prices that they advertize. For instance, right now they have a "Rossi Milano" shirts going on for 20-30$ instead of supposably 225$! Wow, looks like an amazing deal... until you look on Amazon and find them at full retail price for 30$. The exact same shirts.

Apparently, Beyond the Rack has new owners and has deleted all the credits in customers accounts. The name hasn't changed and I was given no notice that I would lose my $101 credit. Not happy and will never do business with them again.
Before you do business with Beyond the Rack please ask yourself if this a fair and ethical business practice and if you comfortable dealing with them.

I placed roughly 8 orders in january of 2016. Many of my items took over 6 months to arrive and I was not allowed to cancel them. Some items arrived damaged and even though it says you will not be charged return shipping damaged items, I was. I fought with the company for several weeks and was given a store credit. Why would I want a store credit after the headache I was already dealing with?
I went to use my store credit and it had disappeared. I went to the online chat and asked the rep if she could figure out where it went. I was very nice threw it all. I was told it would take up to 48 hours before I heard of whether or not the glitch could be corrected. On average, her response time was 3-4 minutes, which is okay. I get it, they can be busy helping several people. Well, after I had taken less than two minutes to reply because I was writing a large reply, she says if you have no further questions, I have other customers to help. This came off as extremely rude and she still hadn't answered all of my questions.
Basically, STAY AWAY from this company. It's under new management now, but the customer service is still -10. I still have items I paid for and never received or given credit for.
Ok so I'm on the lost credit bandwagon. I finally got in touch with them about 3 weeks ago and they claimed my credits were still in the system but I simply could not access them but to give them 48 to 72 hours to sort it out. Fast forward 3 weeks and a couple of other chat sessions, and my credits just got reinstated. That being said, I've spent 6 months ordering merchandise to try and use up said credits (before they disappeared), only to have all 3 orders cancelled. So that will be the next hurdle I supposereceiving merchandisebut for now, it seems they are actually doing what they said and are working to reinstate past creditswhich can be precarious because they are under new management and name, so legally speaking, I'm not even sure they are obligated to.
This company is a scam and they still owe tons of money to old vendors and now they opened this new company! Such thieves! Karma will get them... How dare they open a new site and forget the scam they played with the old one! Bloody liars
I am a size 6 and anytime that I bought from Beyond the Rack goes perfectly on me. Everybody is asking where I bought. Very good for evening parties. I would like them to have more dresses for formal like wedding. Mother of the bride.
