Ordered lady dress for Christmas which took me 2 months to recieve and never got them for Christmas.
Spent $200 and the quality of dress was extremely low!
Based on the instruction in the package I had a year to retune them, i tried calling them and no body would pick up. It took me almost a month to reach them and then they said return policy is changed to one month! And thats because they have changed the ownership and they suddenly changed their return policy from one year to one month without a notice. I will call consumer protection and complain against them. Its all illegal and it should be closed.

BTR will not honor my credit of 59.00. During transitional period they seemed to have the thought they shouldn't honor my credit. My emails are the same they will not honor my credit. My next step is with the BBB.
I don't understand how this company is still running. Legal theft perhaps? I placed an order from BTR which I never received and my credit of $200 conveniently disappeared from my account. They claim new ownership and that the company is change from "Beyond The Rack" to "BTR". What is interesting is the customer service representatives are still the same (I recognized one of them and called him out). Save yourself and stay away- it is a big scam!

Apparently I am late to this game as I see many other people have been victims of theft from this company. I just didn't notice it because I haven't shopped on their site for quite awhile since most of it is utter crap... but I did have over $100 in credit that disappeared and when I checked on it through customer service yesterday, I received the same email everyone else got - SOL, not getting your money back. Outrageous! I never even received an email about restructuring nor a warning that store credit would not be available after a certain date - otherwise, you could be sure I would have spent it. That is too much to lose! Still, others, I see, are worse off by losing much more. This is, or should be, illegal and I don't understand how they are still able to operate under the same name like nothing has happened. How have their Facebook page and any other sites with their name not been flooded with complaints for all to see? No one should be shopping with them, they are crooks!
Keep you calling back with promises of honouring credit. Each person tells you it is with the "executive team"... and that you will get your credit, but they fail to do so. Am so disappointed in the number of people who have lied to me. At least be honest and tell us that we are not going to get our credit, don't waste the time of your customers.

Like other's my credit has disappeared. I have contacted them several times and always get the excuse that they are working through claims. WTF? I have the original email that clearly states my refund - why can they not simply add the credit back?
This site is suckers I've tried to get my $100+ refund as it was gone into my account but I was told that the owner has been changed and they're not responsible of any refund. How could be possible! For those shopper like me stay away from this site. They not helpful at all.
