I BOUGHT 4 PAIRS OF MENS SHOES FROM THIS BOGUS SITE. RECEIVED THEM. ALL A SIZE 1 1/2 TO SMALL, REQUESTED A RETURN, THEY WAITED, THEN SAID TO LATE! NO REFUND!. GAVE A PAIR TO MY SON, THEY LITERALLY FELL APART THE FIRST HOUR HHEM ON! SOLES FELL OFF AND THE "SUADE" PEELED RIGHT OFF THE SHOE. CALLED 7 TIMES... NO REFUND... Beware! You will lose buying here... don't bother!

Scam

Ordered lady dress for Christmas which took me 2 months to recieve and never got them for Christmas.
Spent $200 and the quality of dress was extremely low!
Based on the instruction in the package I had a year to retune them, i tried calling them and no body would pick up. It took me almost a month to reach them and then they said return policy is changed to one month! And thats because they have changed the ownership and they suddenly changed their return policy from one year to one month without a notice. I will call consumer protection and complain against them. Its all illegal and it should be closed.

I've been trying for the last two months to get my money back.
They don't answer me. It's ridiculous.
I will keep contact them everyday until they F*cking refund me.

I've ordered black boots and they sent me pale blue ones.

Chasing BTR!

I will never shop again. Took forever to get a ship date on purchase. A month later I got a date... postponed twice I gave up and cancelled. Now I'm chasing them for credit which is now overdue by one week. Can't get through to them because their phone wait time is over 30 minutes. Does not matter when you call this is always the case seems like they are discouraging contact! No more?

REFUND

BTR will not honor my credit of 59.00. During transitional period they seemed to have the thought they shouldn't honor my credit. My emails are the same they will not honor my credit. My next step is with the BBB.

Beyond the theft

I don't understand how this company is still running. Legal theft perhaps? I placed an order from BTR which I never received and my credit of $200 conveniently disappeared from my account. They claim new ownership and that the company is change from "Beyond The Rack" to "BTR". What is interesting is the customer service representatives are still the same (I recognized one of them and called him out). Save yourself and stay away- it is a big scam!

Theft!

Apparently I am late to this game as I see many other people have been victims of theft from this company. I just didn't notice it because I haven't shopped on their site for quite awhile since most of it is utter crap... but I did have over $100 in credit that disappeared and when I checked on it through customer service yesterday, I received the same email everyone else got - SOL, not getting your money back. Outrageous! I never even received an email about restructuring nor a warning that store credit would not be available after a certain date - otherwise, you could be sure I would have spent it. That is too much to lose! Still, others, I see, are worse off by losing much more. This is, or should be, illegal and I don't understand how they are still able to operate under the same name like nothing has happened. How have their Facebook page and any other sites with their name not been flooded with complaints for all to see? No one should be shopping with them, they are crooks!

Does not honour credit

Keep you calling back with promises of honouring credit. Each person tells you it is with the "executive team"... and that you will get your credit, but they fail to do so. Am so disappointed in the number of people who have lied to me. At least be honest and tell us that we are not going to get our credit, don't waste the time of your customers.

If you want to be robbed!

If you want to be robbed of your money and sent cheap items that are overpriced then shop at Beyond the Rack.
I've been a customer for years and was not informed that my credit was removed/gone/stolen. Made a final purchase thinking I was going to be using my credit.
Hated the items I ordered- one was a white poor quality transparent dress and I was told non- refundable and sorry you no longer have any credit with us.
Not right! Bad business! Should constitute as theft!

Scam scam scam

Do not buy anything over there I bought Tiffany glasses 47 days ago, they always back post my shipping time, I call them they always say the same thing "it's arriving on the warehouse this week" omg so much trouble for a pair or glasses, I lost the free lenses from my insurance because I'm waiting for this glasses, so lies lies lies lies and more lies, ask for the agent to speak with supervisor and he didn't transfer for his supervisor! Again this site is a scam, they charged me the day that I bought and I don't have any product yet.

Like other's my credit has disappeared. I have contacted them several times and always get the excuse that they are working through claims. WTF? I have the original email that clearly states my refund - why can they not simply add the credit back?

This site is suckers I've tried to get my $100+ refund as it was gone into my account but I was told that the owner has been changed and they're not responsible of any refund. How could be possible! For those shopper like me stay away from this site. They not helpful at all.

Where did credit go?

Stay away from this site. Ordered a gift for my wife and waited a couple of months for it. I inquired about it and was told there was a problem with the supplier so I ordered a different gift. I sent it back and had a credit of $338.99 on May 31,2016 and today it's gone. I wonder if it would be different if I owed them money.
