I was invited to join the website and on the first day (over a month ago at this point) ordered few items. Then within one week I placed 3 more orders.
A month has passed. I was charged. I have not recieved anything. Customer service is saying that USPS cannot find the address that I gave them, but USPS, FEDEX, and UPS deliver to my agency on a regular basis.
I was told my orders were re-routed back to them, then sent back to me.
Still nothing. This is super frustrating and naturally, I shall not be purchasing from them again.

I am very disappointed in this site. They offer amazing products but completely fall short on communication and delivery. Every time I have ordered from them it takes 2-3 MONTHS to receive an item. They send you "updates" that tell you little more than they are working on your order. Also, I've had instances where I don't ever receive the item because they oversold the product. I don't understand how that happens when the whole point of the delayed shipping time is so that they can ensure all orders get fulfilled. Another source of contention for me is that on their "track orders" page under your accounts, they do not list what you have ordered... only the item number and the amount you paid. I think this is done so that they hope you can't accurately keep track of items you've ordered.

I think they could be a great site and when my item arrives I'm fine, but it is completely disappointing to have to constantly email them and ask where your order is. Totally unprofessional.

Thank you for taking the time to send us your feedback. We’re saddened to hear that you’re disappointed in our site.
Typically, we ship out our orders at 2-3 weeks as we do not keep stock in inventory. It is true that at times we do run into delays with our suppliers which are unforeseen, however, we will always send you an email update to let you know the status of your order and we will always try and be as precise as to when your order is expected to arrive in our warehouse. I’m very sorry to hear that your order was delayed 2-3 months. We’d love to take a deeper look into this to see what caused the hold up.
We’re also very sorry if there were instances where we were unable to fulfill one of your orders. We place demand purchase orders with our vendors at which point we know exactly how much inventory to order for our members as a whole. We charge your card when your order is processed as these orders are placed directly with our suppliers. This is one of the ways we are able to offer you such discounted prices. We only authorize our suppliers to send us their merchandise once the event closes.
As a private shopping club, we're ordering select merchandise on your behalf. Working this way helps us secure great prices and selection for our members on an ongoing basis, which is what BTR is all about.
Upon receipt of your order, our suppliers ship the purchase orders to our warehouse for inspection and inventory confirmation of the merchandise. Once completed, we then prepare to ship to our customers. With the nature of our business model, we unfortunately do find out on the rare occasion that certain items are unable to be shipped to us. It is never our intention to cancel an item or an order in full and a refund will only be issued as a last resort.
We’re sorry for any confusion with regards to your track orders page. While we know that there is still a lot of improvement to be made here, you are able to see all pertinent information in regards to your order such as order #, order date, subtotal and taxes (if applicable). You should also see the picture of the item you ordered along with the item SKU as well as an estimated ship date.

If you want something from this company - be prepared to WAIT and then never get an answer from customer service. Finally received half of my order and the item was stained! Do not buy from them - stick with bluefly and hautelook

God, If I had only known... been waiting for over a month to get an item now- complaint department sucks- they just turn it back on you. I have to wonder if they even have the merchandise they promised. I am over 150 dollars out of luck and angry as hell- don't order anything off this site.

Worst of the discount shopping sites. Waited months and order never shipped. I got a refund but only after numerous email complaints initiated by me. Lied about status. Would tell me it shipped and then after complaints told me the item was never received. They gave me a credit to try again. Against my better judgment, I made one more purchase. Its been 2 weeks and have heard nothing at all. Inadequate item descriptions on order tracking page and start to forget what was actually ordered. Really horrible customer service.

Ordered several items and by the time the first one arrived I had already ordered another item. BIG MISTAKE! Quality is not as expected and as noted in other reviews you pay for it up front and then wait a month or two for your order to arrive with no notification that its going to be delayed. When you call all you get is a run around about when it will be shipped. By the time I got may package the event I needed it for was already over. They won't allow you to cancel the order even though it hadn't shipped and I had to go purchase the item I needed elsewhere.
Now they won't give me my money back if I return what they sent me, only an in-store credit. The last thing I want is a credit at BTR that I have to use. I will never use this site again and will spread the word to everyone I know not to buy anything from them. A RIP OFF!

I have purchased some items well over a month ago. Two have just now shipped, haven't rec'd one single thing! They also take their money out of your account as soon as the order is placed. Nobody else does this, you're not charged until it ships. I've learned the hard way, but no more.

I ordered a nice hoodie, and got one horrible quality piece of knock off clothing for a discounted high end price, that took over a month to process my order (they're in Quebec, Canada).
I would have been better off with ebay, since they have seller ratings that can affect their sales. This site is a complete waste of money and time
I've been shopping online for 10+ years... this has been, by *FAR*, my worst online shopping experience.

Please, do not order from them. Go to any other site but do not, I mean DO NOT PURCHASE from them. It is going on 3 weeks and they have yet to even ship or inform me about my order. I think 3 weeks is a bit too long to be waiting on a pair of jeans. If you're purchasing an item for a special occasion, just know that it will take at least 1 month or maybe even longer to receive your item. This is one of the worst companies EVER!
