I received a statement in my email account that says that I owe them $10 commencing today, December 15,2013. I have never bought anything from them... not ever. They closed up shop at 6 pm e. S. t, but I left a phone message at *******660 and forwarded their email (since you can not reply) to *******@beyondtherack.com requesting they delete that charge and give me an explanation. I note that on sitejabber there is one other complaint that matches mine, with the same date...

Consumers and Non-Consumers of BTR beware! Today, they just sent scam e-mails with account balances to people who have never shopped or even heard of this company before. I tried calling their service number but the line was busy. I shared my complaint on FB and this is what they wrote back "we apologize for any confusion. This email you are referring to was worded incorrectly. You do not owe us any money. We just placed a credit into your btr account for you to shop with, you should see the credit on the left hand side of your account once you sign in. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact customer service at *******660. Thank you"
First of all, I never opened an account with them. Second, is this some kind marketing scheme to get us to shop their site by giving us back a "credit."? Third, the e-mail itself had some terrible grammatical and spelling errors. This is such a major turn off. DON'T SHOP HERE!

I've been shipping on BTR for the past 3 years and was very happy with it but you can easily see how their quality of service is decreasing as they get more customers. I bought 2 comforter sets from them 2 months ago and when I received them, as good as GARBAGE. The comforter was too small that it could not even cover the mattress and the sheets was made of pieces of fabric that had even different colors. They charged me for the shipping and the return shipping and gave me BTR credit although I told them the product was worse than damaged. I will spend the current credit and never shop there again.

CONSUMER BEWARE!

CONSUMER BEWARE! It is now two weeks away from Christmas and I thought I had my shopping done. For an order I placed over 2 weeks ago, I finally received an e-mail the other day saying "Sorry - For Unforseen Reasons, We Cannot Send You Your Purchase. Your Credit Card is Being Refunded But This May Take 2 Weeks". Absolutely ridiculous. No offer of purchasing another item or any sort of reconciliation for the inconvenience. I missed a lot of great local sales. SO UNPROFESSIONAL. What kind of grade-school, mom-and-pop-shop company is this?

I recommend Beyond The Rack to all my friends. I have ordered several items in the past 5 months (mostly clothing and shoes) The prices are right, the quality of the clothing is usually even better than expected, the items arrive fairly quickly. I cant tell you much about the customer service, because I have never had to deal with them directly. I once tried to place an order and they must have been having technical difficulties with their website, because later that day I received a $10.00 credit and an apology via e-mail. Beyond The Rack gets an AAA+++ from me!

This is the worst Online Shopping company, and I do quite a bit of Online shopping.
They sent me the wrong item, they answered to my e-mail: "send me a picture and we will decide what to do" -----? I do not take pictures, even less upload them.
No company has ever request such a thing, Mec, TSC, SHOP.Ca, Upaya Naturals, Amazon, The Bay... they pick up the wrong item if any! And rectify the error.

Overall, I'm happy with the clothing I order. Especially the Not Your Daughter Jeans, which are the most comfy jeans ever. They are twice the price at the Bay, so getting them@ $59.99 from BTR is a great deal. Cons, they take at least a month to deliver anything I've ordered (in Canada). The regular prices are usually extremely exaggerated. I just bought 2 items for $19.99 & $29.99. They state original prices@ $230.00 & $250.00 respectively and that "I saved $439.00". Come on! Even on the manufacturer's website (Rising International Clothing), the prices for same items are $50.00 & $60.00.

I love the bargains on BTR; the value can't be beat anywhere. I love big brands, & thanks to BTR I can buy whole outfits instead of one piece. I couldn't ask for better service or deals; the agents are always extremely helpful. It's such a great shopping experience that I don't even bother shopping at stores anymore!

To those complaining about shipping times - yes, it takes a long time. It tells you that in the FAQ's. But if you order in advance of a special occasion you will have your order in time. You will look fabulous and you will have saved a ton of money.

I've ordered many products from Beyond the Rack. Yes, it does take a while to get things, but it STATES that in the product information. Why do people complain about that when it says so? I just don't order anything I need right away. I've purchased shoes, purses and even a cookie jar. I have been ordering for at least 2 years and never a problem. Have even received a credit when a product took longer than expected. This site isn't for everyone, but it is for me.

This woman just purchases things on sale then marks them up. Seems like a no brainer to just go out to store or online (she definitey shops Bloomie's Sales) and get the sale price. She's also a bit vile to the retailers that she resells the merchandise from. I definitely do NOT recommend!

HORRIBLE! This site is not worth the effort! Take my advice-do not buy from them- the service is horrible, and they take almost a month just to ship out the products. I waited for a blanket for 3 months! The lost the package and had to resend it, and would not even offer me a refund! I then ordered a suitcase which took a month and a half to get to me and it arrived broken and they would not take it back! This site is a scam! BUYER BEWARE!

I love beyond the rack

I love beyond the rack.

First - they are Canadian so I don't have to pay customs fees.

Second - they are fast. Getting my order is always earlier than I expect.

Third - the one time I did get a product that wasn't of good quality, they gave me a full refund! Including shipping!

Therefore - I will continue to buy from them until the end of time. Or I no longer need new shoes/ swimwear or household items.

I ordered 1200 Egyptian Cotton thread count sheets.

They arrived within 3 weeks, however one package was opened/damaged (as if someone had opened it to look at the sheets and then returned it) and the sheets were definitely NOT 1200 TC.

I did some research and thought, since BTR typically has a "we'll issue you a credit on your account if you aren't satisfied" policy, that I would have to dispute the amount with my credit card company. Since the items were NOT as advertized I had a pretty good case. I found out what I needed to know in order to dispute the claim and called Customer Service at BTR to let them know my plan. However, before I even mentioned that I was planning on disputing the purchase, the customer service representative told me that I would receive a full refund (Not credit) because this was a known issue.

While I have yet to return the items (this happened this morning) I am most pleased with the customer service I received. The items were definitely not worth what I paid for them, and I cannot recommend the site regarding what it sells, but the customer service was amazing, which is why I am giving them 3 stars.

I have ordered almost 80 items from this site over two years and I still love it. I order mostly clothes and shoes but also bedding, kitchenware, a rug and art. They have great prices, huge selection, reasonable shipping rates and an easy return policy. Quality of merchandise varies from cheap to high end, so you should have some idea what you are getting before you order. I stay away from the pre-owned designer items - not my thing. I have compared prices with retail stores and savings are usually substantial. There are some negatives. Often the information provided about an item is inadequate. They usually provide the model's measurements but this is of little use if they don't tell you what size the model is wearing. I have to return a lot of stuff because it doesn't fit - had they provided more information in the description, I could have selected the right size. Because I order frequently, I am OK with getting a store credit rather than a refund. If they make a mistake or an item arrives damaged or the item is no longer available, they have refunded my credit card. This has happened to me 6 times. I never have to wait long to reach customer service by phone, and my experience with the agents is that they are polite and try to be helpful. This site will suit you most if you love a bargain, are likely to become a "regular" (don't mind accumulating store credits) and if you are patient enough to wait 4 weeks for delivery (can be shorter and occasionally even longer).
