Originally I had a 5 star review of BTR and lots and lots of people read it. Now, 1 star is an over statement of this piece of garbage company.

I ordered a Louis Vuitton bag for about $900 (worth about $1500)... it missed the shipping period so I asked about it... 10 times... in 5 emails, 3 web submission forms, and 2 on line chats. Oh, make that 11... I also managed to finally snag an answer on the shipped product from their FB account. I only got a half answer from an on line chat. Fast forward 7 weeks and my LV finally arrives, in a pizza box style box. Who puts an expensive item in a pizza box and leave it on the front step. I'm not a princess, I saved up for this expensive bag and was astonished how they treated my merchandise and never had the courtesy to respond to the request of where my item was. Also my item was not as described, it was more "used" than they advertised.

I should mention the on line chat girl, Leigh (who seems to be the only person who works there) said their phones were down, and so was IT... for the past 7 weeks. Want an answer from them? Try on line chat or FB message, or better yet, steer clear of this website!

I don't recommend anybody to shop at Beyond the Rack.
Everything is very cheap quality, picture never match with the original look, sizes are wrong.
They will charge you for the return label $9.99 and will give you only GST back, you will get back much less than you paid for your order.

It is next to impossible to return unwanted merchandise... I did manage to get my money back but it took A LOT of time and effort. I NEVER was able to actually speak with a person and honestly don't think there is anyone to speak with.
I will NEVER use this site again and do not recommend it!

I had a problem getting my money back when BTR filed for Bankruptcy. I called my bank and they got my money back within a few days and deposited into my account. I paid by debit but credit card companies should help too. I had been trying for weeks with BTR
And got nowhere with them, simple phone call and it was done. You just need proof on your statements.

Scammers

Please do not waste your money on this site. If you buy something and it doesn't fit or wasn't what you were expecting you are stuck with it. You will not get a response nor will you get any of your money back. I placed an order back in December 2016 and I have been asking for return label for over five months. There was no return label in the original packaging. I have emailed them multiple times and I have received generic replies from their so called associates with no solution to my issue. Last email told me about the time line for return and exchanges. So, they are basically saying I have passed the timeline in which I was able to return or exchange the item i purchased. Isn't that funny because only reason that happened is because i did not receive the return label I requested multiple times from them. This company is a scam! I have never had this type of experience with any company in my entire online shopping experience. It sad that they take advantage of people like that, I am disputing these charges because I will not let them take my money.

Bad business

I ordered two things and as the shipping date approached (which was supposed to ship a whole month after i ordered it) it moved even more so i would be waiting for a full month and a half for my items, and then after the shipment to expect to recieve it ten days later. Are they crazy? Please what a waste of time horrible

Same overall experience as others who have posted here. I had a $20 credit from a return and one day it just disappeared. I was told it was a promotion. Which it wasn't. It took them 21 days to respond to my email. I had to email 5 times before I got a response. Please, Please, Please do not order from here. I have been a customer since 2011 and it's just not the same anymore. They barely have the content they used to and are performing fraud by stealing peoples money

The order arrived 2 months after I ordered it. I knew as soon as I opened the package it was not as described in the order. This is the third order I have placed... you would think I would learn. First order was thrown out as it was so cheaply made. Second was a purse that I couldn't return. (apparently it said so in the fine print) The absolute last order will be returned but they only give you a store credit! Will not refund to VISA card. Never will order from this company again.

I have read all the comments and this is unfortunate. I got scammed too by beyond the rack. This website should be put down! I have filed a complaint with the BBB, I will advise all customers who lost their hard earned money to this fraudulent online store to do the same so that it can be shut down.

I purchase my order on Dec 3rd 2016, and til now u still don't receive my order, call them, email them and they put you around like you are a dummie, hey beyond the rack our money is very hard to earn we have to work hard to earn it, you guys can't just accept our payment and not sending us what we paying for, if all of us get together and sue your company you guys will be in deep shjt.

I would strongly suggest you shop anywhere else. It appears that when you order from this company they believe they are able to not only keep your money and not send your product but also continue to give you the run around when you attempt to get any information from them. No product, no refund and a bunch of wasted time looking for ANY answers. A case study in how to get rid of customers.

First of all BTR requires weeks/months to get an order since most of their merchandise is coming from China. Secondly, they only give credits if you return an item. Thirdly I had a credit of $75.00 I was trying to use and be done with them. I place an order and was told that it was out of stock, place another order same result. Finally after 2-3 months and several emails. I requested that since they can not fill my order they should just refund my money and I will go away. The reply was they will not refund my money becasue they are new owners of the company and I should contact the Consumer's Affairs.

I placed my order and paid for the product on 8 November 2016.
Three (3) months later on, 21 February 2017, I received a message that my order was in transit.
On 7 March 2017 when I logged into my account the order states that the item has been refunded but there is no refund on my credit card statement which reflects the rest of that 7 March 2017 billing week. My email inquires go unanswered for long periods of time or go completely unanswered. When I call customer service I wait on hold for 30 minutes, my lunch break, and then have to hang up. This is terrible service. I will never order from beyond the rack again. I was charged for my order on 7 November 2016 and Four (4) months later, as of 25 March 2017, I have not received my order or my money back. To top it off, today when I received an email from behind the rack about their upcoming sales events I could not unsubscribe from the email. When I hit unsubscribe I was directed to the website events page. This has been a terrible shopping experience.

Beware shoppers that this website is fraud. They are scammers. Read reviews before you buy anything on their websites because its not real with my experiences with them is very bad. So beware because its a scam.

Placed an order for a bag January 11,2017. As of two weeks ago, still no bag and no updated arrival date. Called to cancel order. Still have not received a credit. Was to take 7-10 days. Cannot reach them. Scam? Not sure. At very least, shoddy business practices.

Items took forever to come, one time they cancelled my order and did not advise me until 2 months later. I had a credit of $300 plus and one day i logged in and it was gone. I emailed and called multiple times no reply at all. Finally i got a hold of someone there months later and found out the company got bought out and the representative said they saw my credit but would need authorization from a higher up to reinstate within the next 24hours. They obviously never got back to me. When i called back again i was told too bad we cant honor your credit anymore and to make a formal complaint with consumers rights. No warnings, no options, just too bad so sad say goodbye to your money. THIEVESSSSSS!
