Long time customer with BTR and even after losing my credit when they went down, I still came back. BTR is nothing like it was before! The quality of the merchandise is terrible and nothing like what is advertised. Ordered shirts which said were a size x large and my daughter who is a medium couldn't wear them. The material was something you see from the discount rack at the dollar store! Don't ever think that you can return it either... they take double the time shipping it to you with no return label and then when you do ship it back, they won't accept it. They say they are sending it back to you but it's not always the case. Better just donate your money to charity than buy anything from this company. So many other online companies out there, don't waste your time shopping HERE. BTR is way "beyond" the worse site to deal with... It took me losing almost $500 to finally get a clue, hoping all these post will help one person out there to not shop this site and not loose a penny... Good luck!

Items show a ship by date. Then you look in tracking later and there is another ship by range. I just checked again and that has changed substantially WITH NO NOTICE AT ALL. Another items shows shipped - however tracking info shows only that the shipping info was received. IT HAS MADE NO PROGRESS shows shipped on the 12th, it is the 18th. NO PROGRESS. From reading the other reviews I am almost afraid to get the items. The quality reviews stink.

Ordered a dress advertised in one size and received a different(the wrong size). It took seconds for them to charge my credit card when i purchased it but 45 days to get a refund. To make matters worst, I had to pay to ship the dress back to them. Ridiculous!

I bought couple of items from BTR (I was stupid to trust them). Fake, fake, fake! The size chart is wrong, the sizes they send are not based on the size chart, and they don't admit any responsibilities, So disgusted! Called customer service... very very rude and unhelpful! I tried to resolved the issue with them but they only want a store credit. Seriously? You expecting me to buy from you again after all the trouble? The shipping time is terrible, just imagine after months you receive a fake item in wrong size not even close to the item in the picture, and you have to pay for the shipment to return the item in store credit! Do yourself a favor. Stay away from this site.

I bought a celine nano from BTR. Fake, fake, fake! So disgusted! Called customer service... very rude! I tried to resolved the issue with them since the bag was obviously fake but they only want a store credit. Seriously? You expecting me to buy from you again after all the trouble? Consulted a 3rd party authenticator to verify my suspicion and it turned out to be 100% FAKE! Do yourself a favor. Stay away from this site.

Horrible experience

Extremely slow service, It took them 5 weeks to ship a dress I bought and it was nothing like the picture. The fabric was so cheap and the dress was way too short.
When I called the customer service they asked for a photo of the delivered dress to be emailed to them. I did and they responded me "this dress is identical with the picture in our website!" I was so disappointed and had to pay $18 to return the dress. After return, they said it will take us about 3 weeks to process the return request and we will refund you with credit store.
What I need credit store for when I will not ever buy anything from that scam online shop of yours.
I threw away $70 on a dress and $18 on return fee. PLEASE, PLEASE do not waste your money.
WORST ONLINE STORE EVER!

Service was good

Used to be a regular customer when BTR was at its peak. Recently revisited and ordered 2 pairs of shoes, and had no idea about its change of CEO etc. Was apprehensive. I was well aware that items take time to arrive given their shipping strategy. I contacted on FB and got immediate response and was given an estimated arrival date. 1 item arrived and the other did not even though it is the same vendor. But I contacted again, and they said that the vendor was out of stock and refunded the remaining amount immediately. I was happy that I did not lose money like others.
Looks like things could be shaping up for BTR. But, maybe you guys should first establish contact with them before placing order if you have any apprehensions?

Made a search on google and you will see that the articles on this site are more expensive, in addition this company has problems of debt, that is why they do not refund their customers.

Order before and it was always hit and miss. I stopped ordering but though with the new management and changes it might have improved. It is worse, slower shipping and when you make enquiries no one gets back to you! CLosed my account and will never try again.

Everything found on this site, google search the title and 99.9% of the time, you will find it cheaper elsewhere with shorter shipping time. Ridiculous

Shipping is 6 weeks to 6 months, no refund, credit only, out of stock after waiting 3 months, some clothing received; quality was poor, Ordering to finish my credit and deleting all contact with them.

Honestly, they have good stuff. But never rely on shipping date, because it can change up to four times before getting items. Never understand why they have tracking while you can even track. To top it, if you try to call you can stay on hold up to an hour if you have time to wait and eventually not talk to anyone because they wiil tell you they so busy to answers you. Don't even start the chat it is the worst.

If want a refund or return an item to them GOOD LUCK! Emails that claim to have never received! When once I actually did receive a reply to an email 3 MONTHS later might I add -the bull$#*! response was return policy no longer 1 year it's 30 days, had they responded on time initially I would have been within 30 days. So no refund for me, this is a way for them to scam u and not provide a refund.
I also lost $100.00 when the new BTR took over. Also
I purchased item for $58.99. Then found it in store for $29.99. So prices are a rip also.
If u have any brains DO NOT DEAL with this company unless u want to be ripped off, get items delivered in used cereal boxes ( so cheap they can't afford decent boxes) and deal with customer service agents that simply hang up on you when ur not happy. Bring back the old BTR they were great but the new BTR is Awful.

If I could pick a negative number, I would, but this system requires that you pick at least 1 star, so i picked 1 to get my review published. I never write reviews, but this situation is sooooo bad, that I feel compelled to. In a nutshell, had a credit with old BTR, & no-one bothered to warn me that it would expire upon purchase by the new owner. New owner could not be bothered to tell me either. Had not looked at the website for a while, because, frankly, there was nothing to look at, much less buy. When I checked recently & tried to order something, no credit was showing. Called customer service & was told they would check with accounting & get back to me. Got an email the next day saying that the credit was with old BTR & to contact a court appointed monitor to see about getting a refund. I asked 3X about how much my refund was for, but no answer. What a waste of my time & money. You can't treat people like this & get away with it. The wheels are spinning & the laws of Karma will settle this! You people are scum, & you'll get what you deserve!

Sells Fakes

I purchased a Celine Nano luggage tote as well as a Gucci Soho Disco bag from the site and both turned out to be fakes. Customer service is unresponsive and had to get my money back through PayPal. Stay away!

I had a credit with BTR, decided to use it to get a simple lip gloss. It was supposed to be delivered close to my home. Then I get an email stating that they decided to ship it to a downtown location that only allows for you to pick up your item between 9am-5pm? I never agreed to this? What about ppl that work 9-5? I can't take a day off to pick up a lipgloss, cmon?

When I emailed them, they said they would ship it to my home. Which never got delivered. After 3 full months, their response was that it was JUST returned (yea right) to them damaged in shipping and they have credited me. They refused to ship the another one to me stating that they aren't a store and don't hold stock?! They never provided proof that the item was shipped in the first place. When I asked to speak with a manager, the same customer service agent stated claiming she was the manager! This company seems to be run by a bunch of tweens who have no business etiquette.

Now I have a credit with these idiots that can never be used. Don't deal with this company. They will just take your money and you won't get your order.

Dealt with this company for years and had no problems. Recently I tried to return an item. According to their instructions, the return label is attached to the packing slip. NOT. Totally blank. After 3 e-mails with promises of the return label to be sent within 24 hrs. I finally got through to a person who advised me that they no longer provided return labels and she would send me their address. Well, any idiot could have obtained that info without wasting a week and a half. I agree that products are not as described and belong in a discount store. Shipment time is ridiculous, return policy is horrible and I suggested that they borrow a page from Amazon regarding their whole business practice. I may never get my money returned.

Beyond the Rack assessed my credit card for the full amount the day after I placed the order. I did not receive the merchandise for 6 weeks. They had my money and I did not have the product. How is that allowed? If I bought in a brick and mortar store that would never happen. When I finally received the order the sizing was much too small. There are many other reputable on line merchants. I would definitely recommend that you NOT deal with this company.

In December 2015 I bought a pair of boot for $60 from their website and it wasn't my first time. They were big and I decided to return them. Their return policy was 1 year after my purchase. I returned it in August 2016 and they called me back in October 2016 to tell me that they cant accept the return any more as their CEO is changed! They offered me to send back the boots as they cannot pay me back or give a credit! Today is Jun 2017 and they never returned the boots nor answered my emails!
