The website makes you assume the company is in Georgia, while it is actually in India. I paid for a designer to design 5 vinyl stickers for a trade show. I gave a positive review after ordering as the chat customer service was helpful. Once the company had my order and my money I never heard from a designer. I finally called to find out the status of the order. The design had not been started. I did receive a proof and immediately approved it. I was quoted a delivery date of 2/27. It is now March 2nd and I'm being told I might get the order by 3/7 or 3/7. When the trade show is over.

Received the hanging banners for the elementary school lunchroom. The printing turned out amazing! So excited to hang them and get reactions from the kids when they see them! Will order from BANNERBUZZ again in the future! Pricing is great too!

I needed a new stretchy display for an upcoming conference at work. When I was shopping around, BannerBuzz came up a little cheaper than the competitors. I designed part of my display on Canva for minor graphic components, but did the rest of the design on BannerBuzz's design platform. It was fairly easy to use. I was able to receive minor help from the design team when I was approving the final proof (didn't need to pay $9 for design option). I received my order in two business days. I wish BannerBuzz had the option for me to pick up at their Suwanee location because it's close to my job, but I had to pay $60 for expedited shipping. Additionally, I received a lot of help from customer service. Every person I talked to was very nice and knowledgeable. I would order from here again and highly recommend for marketing professionals.

Absolutely horrible experince I needed the order on especific date and arrived 4 days LATE! Customer service would not help at all, wouldn't refund me my money, as the ordered was no longer needed due to the late arrival.

This was the second time using this company. Both times I paid extra for priority overnight shipping and both times it did not arrive the day it was supposed to - thankfully I gave myself some buffer room with the timing and I could still use it for my event. The first time I bought a step and repeat banner and frame. The frame banner arrived on time but the frame arrived late (the next day) which I assumed would be shipped together. The second order was for a giant check (and I even went without receiving a proof to streamline the production process so it was shipped out on time) and it was due to arrive on a Friday but when checking the tracking number that morning it was not estimated to arrive that day so I called customer service to ask why and they said that it was ready for shipping but FedEx did not pick it up the previous day. I understand they can't control FedEx but it was annoying because I needed it on Monday at 4pm, they confirmed that it would still be delivered by then and it was. After the second time this had happened, I called afterwards to request a refund for the extra shipping cost that I paid for and they did refund me but I no longer have faith in the product arriving when it is scheduled to and I will be mindful of that if I order again.

I am a return customer because I had a surprisingly good experience the first time I bought from them. However, this latest experience is the absolute worst experience I've had with an online retailer EVER. First of all I paid $22 for express shipping because I needed the products by a certain deadline. Received only 1 of the 2 packages 4 days later. Requested a refund on shipping to which I was told no because there was an 11% chance it would be delayed and not arrive on time? Like what? That is the dumbest excuse for customer service I've ever dealt with. To top it all off I was missing the biggest part of my order. When I inquired about that they basically said I was lying and said it was delivered and was just sent in a different package. I looked at proof of delivery and the pictures of the 2 packages were at two completely different houses with different bricks and backgrounds. It is insane the level of unprofessionalism and the lack of any type of concern or helpfulness that is given to customers spending their money on this horrible business. I will NEVER again spend a cent on this business and I will tell every other small business owner I come in contact with to stay far away from this company. Thanks for the horrible experience and awful customer service.

We were shorted 50 boxes. We were charged for 350 boxes but only received 300. There was a surprise courier fee that was added at the end that more than doubled the price. The boxes look fine, but they were hard to put together. If you order from here, check your proof carefully because our logo was upside down but we caught and corrected that. I would not order from this company again.

Answer: They do very good lip service. I ordered a vinyl product from them and they did not produce what I had expected and what we had agreed on. But after further conversations I was convinced that they would be able to get it right the second time so I ordered two different items from them, still vinyl product. And they did it again they did not do the background as I had agreed with the artist and with what my artwork showed. They have made no effort to try and correct the issue. Neither time. Shame on me. I let them fool me twice.
