Easy to follow on how to upload. Shipping price is great. Very satisfied. I like how they question certain things to make sure what you sent is correct. I know the photos I've sent for banners haven't been good quality and I think it's nice they question that. I don't like not having great photos to send but I have to use what I get sometimes. Some companies just print and move on and show no concern if something is wrong with the graphic. I'm glad Banner Buzz questions the art and sends proofs. I'm a designer and I know sometimes I don't catch things. I've been really impressed with their thoroughness. Thank you!

The process of submitting my art shouldn't be that difficult. I used your specs sent a doc and the feedback on my art wasn't great. They kept saying do you want more than one logo on your step and repeat sign. But I had 30 logos. I was confused. I wish someone had suggested bigger logos as I've never done this before and wish I knew how to space those better. The lines and indicators didn't work correctly, were not helpful. Quality seems good. Delivered ahead of schedule which was great. Invoice is hard to find in the portal.

Our ordered ended up delayed in shipping. I think this was caused by the time zone difference at first, then there was an unwarranted delay to ship on one product.
We are struggling with delivery and each email kept telling me that priority shipping has an 89% chance of happening. I thought it was weird language, but I figured out was because it wasn't going to be here by the date I pad priority for.

We previously purchased a vinyl banner, which lasted several years. This time, we bought a banner, and unknowingly, it was fabric. It tore during the first assembly, sliding it onto the polls. BannerBuzz would not replace so we would not recommend and will not be purchasing from them again.

Paid extra for expedited shipping - arrived late - after the event I needed them for!
Customer service is terrible! Argued with me - told me that there was an 11% chance if would not get it on time - did not even offer to refund the expired shipping fee!
Had to escalate to higher levels, and then they obstructed all my refunds - I threatened to go to my credit card company for a full refund. I had to jump through hoops, answer two emails, and call 5 times!
Finally refunded the expedited shipping after much frustration! Why didn't they do that from the start?

I ordered my flags for a special event and paid additional for expedited shipping to guarantee I had them in time. The shipping was delayed for some reason multiple times and I did not receive them in time for my event. I made several phone calls and kept getting told I would receive a call back within the hour and have still not heard from anyone.

We had to revise my order on the design side (which was also a complete mess) a few times but i was still assured that my order would arrive on time. It did not. My order arrived 2 days after my event was shceduled which was the entire reason i ordered from you.

The Step and Repeat Banner arrived folded with deep creases. Luckily it ordered in time to be displayed for days to get some of the creases out. Disappointed it wasn't rolled to avoid deep creases. The print throughout the banner was smaller than expected as well making it hard to read.

Easy, lets see if the product is good
Delivery was delayed by 2 days despite paying for urgent delivery - I could see this was going to happen as one of the parcels wasn't even shipped until the day before it was due to be delivered and was still in India. No resolution given apart from an offer of 50% refund on the delivery cost - this is not proportionate to the delay caused and inconvenience, as well as the extra costs incurred as we had to re-order with another supplier to ensure we had what we needed. And the other supplier still delivered before Bannerbuzz, exactly as expected. I will not be using BannerBuzz again.

They have nice table runners at an unbeatable price but I used their color match service and I received a purple item instead of a pale pink. Id recommend going with one of their standard colors or risk getting something not quite right.

I ordered vinyl for an art exhibition. There were edits and approvals, then more approvals. I responded to each email I recieved and the site was not clear on how I could approve any more than I did. However, it was apparently NOT approved. The job DID NOT move forward, and we ended up cancelling and going local. We will do that going forward. This was a mess.

Answer: They do very good lip service. I ordered a vinyl product from them and they did not produce what I had expected and what we had agreed on. But after further conversations I was convinced that they would be able to get it right the second time so I ordered two different items from them, still vinyl product. And they did it again they did not do the background as I had agreed with the artist and with what my artwork showed. They have made no effort to try and correct the issue. Neither time. Shame on me. I let them fool me twice.
