I am sure the product, once it arrives, will be fine. I don't understand the point of paying a premium for expedited shipping when the organization clearly does not partner with a shipping company that can meet their promises. I took a chance on expedited shipping back in 2019, which was the last time I ordered. I stayed away all this time because of my prior experience. I am a fool for thinking it has been fixed six years later.
I ordered a ADD Blow off valve adapter for my raptor on 03/10 and paid extra for 2 day shipping. It's been a week and still have yet to receive part and or any update regarding tracking! So definitely not happy with this experience

They sent me the wrong towing mirrors and then made me deal with all their BS red tape to return for "store credit" and didn't refund the shipping charges, mind you that it was their mistake! I placed an order to use up the credit and will NEVER do business with them again! If this order is wrong it will go in the trash. Makes me wonder how they made it this far by treating their customers this way… goodbye

Although the American made workmanship and quality are evident, the picture of the product and what is thought too actually be offered is deceptive. The advertised product T******* pictures two Auto-Retracting bed straps and all the accompanying hardware for $104.05 plus taxes and shipping. When the package arrived, I was disappointing to realize that what I evidently paid for was one (1) Retracting bed strap and four (4) mounting screws without washers. Not the two units displayed with all the accompanying hardware. I will keep the unit received and if it functions as described, I will probably order another, as it is only practical to use two at the same time. This was a gift for my wife's birthday because she continues to have trouble using conventional retracting straps and this would be ideal for her truck. As for the Retracting bed strap(s) it appears to be of American durability and quality and once mounted we will then determine how well it functions over time.

Upon finishing my order I chose 1 day shipping and it's now been 3 days and still haven't received my order. My order total was around $95 with the shipping option I had picked. I wasted my money all because American trucks can't get their $#*! together.
I have currently ordered 5 item, shipping ranged from 2 days to 3 days, every time delayed for some reason, 7 days to deliver. Need to use different delivery company Federal Express is unreliable to say the least.

Very easy to install and sturdy. You won't have to worry about them falling off while going down the road.im a little concerned that it may scratch the skull cap on the back side of the mirror when taking on and off. If it wasn't for that it would be 5stars for sure. I live on a dirt road with lots of bump. I took them for a test drive and the vibration wasn't as bad as I thought it would be and considerably less on the paved road
After I installed my tuxedo bed cover I realized that my bed extender didn't have enough room to flip back and forth anymore. The latches allow me to reverse the bed extender easily without the need to flip it. I would have given it a 5, but I feel they're a little pricey for the use and duty grade.
Shopping experience was great. The cold air was at a great price point but I felt like if it included better hardware and inch shorter better filter. You could charge a extra $30 for it and everyone would be fine with it.
Placed a order for a new grill for my 18 Silverado. When it came in it was broke. The customer service was great had to take a few pictures to send to them and they said they want to send me a new one
I had a nice person help me with my order. He was very nice and knowledgable about the part I ordered. I received a tracking number Monday the 10 th that my package would be here Friday the 14 th. Per the tracking info this part stayed in Kansas for 3.5 days. All of a sudden now the earliest the part will get here on Monday the 17th. Probably my fault because I'm used to Amazon being early vs late. Hopefully the part works when it gets here

I ordered front and rear sill protectors but only the front ones arrived. If this is the way business is done I'll never order anything else from American Trucks.
I chatted with Dylan the Chat Dude he assured me the part I wanted was in stock so I ordered it. The next day I received a email that said the part wasn't available, I emailed the company about the order but NO ONE has replied yet... What happens now?
I ordered 4 wheel spacers and only received 2. Called and talked to a representative about sending remaining 2. I have to go thru the hassle of taking pictures and waiting to get a return label. Then I have to mail package back in and wait for hopefully the full set of 4 to return.
I have purchased quite a few products from AT and never had to return an item. Very pleased with the customer service and company overall. Would recommend.
Item supposed to be delivered on 12/23. Emailed on the 26th and 3 days later no response. Yet I get emails everyday asking me to review my experience. Well my experience has sucked. There you have it.

Overall great experience. Wide selection of quality parts that came quickly and in good shape. Didn't have everything I needed but more than enough to knock out a big portion of my list. Definitely recommend them.
I canceled my order the Same day with an agent and they still shipped it. What a nightmare lugging the stuff around let alone my back

Have received emails from American Trucks for several years. I have also visited the American Trucks store in our City (Redmond Oregon). When I receive my running boards, they will be installing them.
I'm very happy with the service and fast delivery and I would have given more stars except one of the parts I ordered was the CVF Turbo exhaust adapters and the description said they come with new hardware but they did not. The CVF website shows hardware is an additional $135, so I had to make another purchase after I thought I ordered everything I needed to upgrade my exhaust

Answer: Yes, go a web search for the product you want. There are many other websites that want your business and have great customer service. American Trucks does not.
