I just don't understand why it's taking so long for the shipping to take place. It says it's gonna come sometime in April but I still not have received shipping information. I ordered it at the beginning of March and it's gonna take a whole month for you to even ship it just kind of interesting.
They sell Chinese mirrors that are cheap, don't seat well, and are missing necessary parts/ function. I will never buy from Chinese Trucks again.
It is an overall very good product. Install took me around two hours. Everything lined up as it should. It sounds very nice. I thought it would've been a little bit louder but it is a perfect sound.
In an urgent manner and completely unexpected I needed to find a better quality set of wheels spacers for my 2014 Raptor to accommodate new wheels that were purchased elsewhere. Not only did they have more than one level of quality parts available, it was packed and ready to ship the same day i placed the order, helping me get my work truck back on the road and making me money.

I apologize that your order got cancelled and understand how frustrating this can be. I see it was cancelled on 3/11/2025 and your refund was issued at that time as well. Some banks take 3-5 business days to release the funds back to you but you could see it sooner. Unfortunately this was shipping from the manufacture and they are the ones that cancelled it due to the CARB restrictions. That is the reason for the delay notice in cancelling. I bought steps for my truck and whenever I received the Box the steps and the Box were damaged a slash scratched up in one of the threats was loose and I was not able to screw it properly into the steps.

Overall light looks like original, installs easy and for the price you can't beat it. The turn signal color does not match the original. Original is yellow this one is red. Also if you have a sensor remove it from the original and install in this light or you will have some errors.

Someone ran into my truck in a parking garage and the headlight fell out on the way home. I ordered the headlight (not 100% sure I think on a Friday, and it was here by Tuesday) unfortunately I went out of town but my sister sent me pictures of the headlight out of the box and it looks in good condition. I'll find out tonight when I get home
This is a drop ship company with no inventory. When they make a mistake they put the onus on you to remedy. It can take weeks for refund or replacement. I won't shop here again.

In searching for a tonneau cover I input my truck criteria and looked at the selections. While browsing I was suggested other products and proceeded to look at them. These products were for a different make and model and my preferences were switched. I switched them back but the next day I was barraged with the other make and model products in my email. I ordered my item and I am hoping the process is better than the web site and customer profile system.

I ordered these the morning of the 14th of January, and the very next day they were delivered! They aren't in my truck yet, but they will be the end of this week. I've ordered from American Trucks before and I will continue to order from them in the future.
I ordered these 5" oval running boards to help get in and out of my new truck. The dealer quoted me approximately $1k to purchase and install. These were just over a quarter of the cost. I am a senior woman with NO experience with vehicles at all, but wondered how hard could it be to install these. I watched the installation video and being I am fairly small, have a yoga mat, overhead flashlight, 13mm socket wrench, small flat headed screwdriver and tape measure, thought I would give it a try. It took me a couple of hours, with no hickups, really quite easy considering what it would cost to have someone else do it. American Trucks makes it easy to find your specific parts and install them, thank you!
This bull bar was my first purchase through American Trucks. It was a pretty straightforward process, and I got updates on my order daily. The packaging came in a little damaged, but that doesn't have anything to do with American Trucks, and all of the contents inside were perfectly fine. Just ordered a roll bar from them as well, looking forward to that going just a smoothly!
First item was not delivered on the promised date. A week later I check on the second item and I'm told it would be 3-4 more weeks. I would have ordered from another company if I had been informed.

The bumper does not fit. When I tried to return the entire order, I was told that I am being spiteful and that I had to pay a restocking and shipping fee to return all the items, I guess you really don't stand behind your poliucies,
Getting to be more and more bad experiences with this company. From packages constantly being late to missing parts. This time the package was late and the box was completely beat up and ripped open. It's a full exhaust system so let's see if anything fell out of these rips

What i love about this site is that its all here, from engine internals, after market performance parts to small decals. I'm always shopping the returns, clearance. I bought 2 sets of hub spacers for my F250 in February. Couple of days later I get a "BACKORDERED" notice. Almost 3 weeks later and it still says delivery will be in DECEMBER of 2025. That's bush. Cancelled the order and will find it elsewhere. The customer service chat lady (Dian C) was the only helpful person I could find within this organization.
