My order was canceled because I have a PO box. It did not say that anywhere when I places the order. And what I ordered will fit in a regular sized envelope. If you can't deliver to a PO Box don't allow it to be entered on an order form.
I bought an armrest for my 2500 Chevy and when it got here the clip was broken. I've spent three days trying to get the pictures of it to upload on your return page. I couldn't make it happen. Frustrating. So I just bought a new clip and I'm out $25.
Ordered 0n the 9th said in stock and will ship immediately should have in 3 days its the 15th and it hasn't shipped yet called and just getting excuses there just as bad as real truck dont waste your time or money! Summit, jegs or speedway are the only ones you can depend on!

Placed an order by phone call in. I'm pretty sure the gentleman who helped me his name was Tom. He was awesome very knowledgeable. Very polite. Everything I ordered arrived on the dates they were supposed to. One item was placed at my neighbor's house two doors up. But that's FedEx's fault. Would definitely order from American trucks again. Wish I had more money to spend. Thank you.
Finally got it in. The rubber gromet for the sensor needs the hole a little bigger. The angle on the cold air box was about 3 degrees off, had to really work to get the pipe to slide on. The statement in the directions stated that "it's a tight fit" is a massive understatement! Overall i am pleased with the look, sound and the extra performance! Most of all the $$$$!

Installed the driver side window deflector, after only one day in the sun (90 degree day) the part has melted and warped. This is a complete piece of junk. I wouldn't even use the name " American " in your advertisement! Completely disappointed.
Purchased many items over the years happily.
These window vents are too thin in width which restricts the opening. My previous manufacturer was Lund. The wider vent allowed almost 3" of worry free rain getting in. And the cab was kept cooler in the summer.

At this time, I like to think this company for a wonderful experience on my first purchase the sales man can't remember his name sorry was excellent and helping me on the phone with pictures and explaining things, but most of all the product came on time as promised will definitely do future purchases
Purchased replacement LED build and one of the Low Beam bulbs was missing a lock ring. Customer services was quick to respond. I am currently waiting for a response whether they are going to replace the bulbs. Until that time, I can't say I am completely satisfied but I am happy with the process up to this point. It would have been nice to receive a bulb kit that was complete and then I wouldn't have to go through this process.
Spent over $1,600 on a bumper showing in stock. To only find out after payment it was out of stock with no ETA on restocking or delivery. Took my money without any issues and now I sit here and wait. Ridiculous.

I've been looking for this particular lowering kit for quite some time, and I finally came across AmericanTrucks' website. Browsing the site was easy and user-friendly. The kit was more affordable here than on any other website I checked. I'll definitely continue using AmericanTrucks to buy parts and accessories for my 2024 Chevy Silverado 1500
This was a life saver. Getting rid of those huge bulky tow mirrors with these regular size mirrors. Everything works great except the fold in feature. I believe you need a new module and reprogram for that to work. And its not out yet. But everything else works great. Blind spot and blinkers. Haven't tried the defrost yet. To warm. Those tow mirrors are extremely dangerous. Major blind spots with them. I'm a happy camper!
Item had a deep scratch in it. There was no packing inside the box with the item. It was also not as described in the installation video. There was no double sided tape to adhere it to the hood. The clear tape that came with it I don't think was adequate to protect my paint from the metal clips. Parts were cheap and I wouldn't trust it to not damage my truck especially considering the screw broke in half and I didn't Even crank down on it. For over $80 it is on the cheaper end of bug deflectors I guess. Lesson learned trying to get a good deal and save some money back fired. This was absolute garbage. The return process so far could have been easier as well. Having to take pictures of the item I feel is unnecessary and a pain. Still waiting on my return shipping label being emailed to me. I should Have just ordered from Amazon. Even if the item wasn't damaged I would still be returning it.

I wanted to order a 2025 Chevy truck bed liner and there info showed a 2019 to 2025 would fit my truck. But i explained that the 2025 truck bed was different and it would not fit even. A 2024 because Chevy made a change in 2025. So i ordered it at another supplier.
Great service…fast delivery. My truck is a '24 F-150, Regular cab/short bed 2WD. The kit works fine, but you'll have to cut most of the head pipe to get it to fit this truck. Basically, would have been much cheaper to find a flanged pipe and weld on my own hangers with rod. Simply because-this is nothing more straight pipe from the cat-back. Paid for more pipe than I used. Other than that-it'll work for a reg cab/short bed.
Everything went great. I ordered parts for GMC Sierra on a Tuesday afternoon and they showed up the following day less then 24 hours later. Boxes weren't smashed and all the necessary precautions were taken to avoid unnecessary damage.

Answer: Yes, go a web search for the product you want. There are many other websites that want your business and have great customer service. American Trucks does not.
