I am have a good experience with American Trucks. Waiting on my Transmission pan to come. But they came out with free gifts after I had spent the money to receive it. Went to the chat, and ask if I could get the gift. April was very helpful, and got some more swag with the American Truck logo on it. Very cool.

I have a 24 year old Chevy Silverado and I wanted the shocks changed. I asked for a specific brand, Bilstein, but the garage could not locate them. Ordered a set of wheels shipping was fast. Order arrived upon inspection one was damaged looked like from the factory since the packaging was intact. Went to the provided link super easy. Returned the wheel to Fed Ex and had a replacement wheel in two days. Great service thanks American Trucks

Product itself is good but the few things with the kit, wiring harness was not long enough to connect lights and the instructions were very vague on how to install kit unless you have a bit of knowledge could be difficult

Placed an order Sunday evening 03/16. Label was created first thing Monday. As of today, 03/19, the order has not shipped and I have received 15 emails trying to sell me something or asking for reviews. I haven't received any today yet but it's only 5 am. I don't mind the shipping delay. 6 emails per day is very annoying and I will be reluctant to place another order with this company because of that

Your website confirmed that the filter I was ordering would fit a 2025 Ram with 3.0 L6 engine. The filter I was sent in fact does not. The factory filter has a notch in one corner, this filter is completely square. Not exactly a satisfied customer.
I received your part and everything was good. Didn't notice the extra charge on the bill. It said free shipping then later I saw a $200 charge. We unloaded the package with a forklift. They didn't do anything different as a shipper then if we had a dock. Easy money for them. Scammers

Not very happy that I ordered an air filter replacement and instead you sent a steering stabilizer. Now I have to wait another 4-7 days most likely to receive the actual product I ordered. I think you should immediately send out the correct part with overnight shipping at some sort of discount for the inconvenience.

Dealing with the company has always been easy anytime I have had a concern.
Unfortunately, the muffler I purchased was a great product but packaging not sufficient enough to survive FedEx delivery and busted out the bottom of the box and damaged the end of the pipe.
Since it arrived on a Saturday and I was eager to install i brought it to the local muffler shop to straighten out the crushed and bent end. Cost me $25.00 but when done I was able to go home and install...sounds great. But companies need to learn to pack items better
I wouldn't order anything here again, says 2-3 day delivery if spend over 119 and I spent 150 and just checked to see why it hasn't arrived and it says estimated to arrive 8 days from now, meanwhile they have sent me 2 emails a day asking for a review on the website/product. Don't waste your time here go elsewhere if you care about getting your stuff within a couple weeks time.

I am sure the product, once it arrives, will be fine. I don't understand the point of paying a premium for expedited shipping when the organization clearly does not partner with a shipping company that can meet their promises. I took a chance on expedited shipping back in 2019, which was the last time I ordered. I stayed away all this time because of my prior experience. I am a fool for thinking it has been fixed six years later.

I ordered a ADD Blow off valve adapter for my raptor on 03/10 and paid extra for 2 day shipping. It's been a week and still have yet to receive part and or any update regarding tracking! So definitely not happy with this experience

They sent me the wrong towing mirrors and then made me deal with all their BS red tape to return for "store credit" and didn't refund the shipping charges, mind you that it was their mistake! I placed an order to use up the credit and will NEVER do business with them again! If this order is wrong it will go in the trash. Makes me wonder how they made it this far by treating their customers this way… goodbye

Although the American made workmanship and quality are evident, the picture of the product and what is thought too actually be offered is deceptive. The advertised product T******* pictures two Auto-Retracting bed straps and all the accompanying hardware for $104.05 plus taxes and shipping. When the package arrived, I was disappointing to realize that what I evidently paid for was one (1) Retracting bed strap and four (4) mounting screws without washers. Not the two units displayed with all the accompanying hardware. I will keep the unit received and if it functions as described, I will probably order another, as it is only practical to use two at the same time. This was a gift for my wife's birthday because she continues to have trouble using conventional retracting straps and this would be ideal for her truck. As for the Retracting bed strap(s) it appears to be of American durability and quality and once mounted we will then determine how well it functions over time.
