The only issue was the delivery time which almost impossible to not expect an extended wait time. Other than that it's great.

I purchased six shirts from Yoins to treat myself because they look so cute. It took well over 15 days to ship and the box came all stopped open and the label folded so I couldn't tell who it was from. The tracking never updated so I had no idea when it would arrive. I opened the box to a horrible musty and mothball smell that permeated the clothing and box. I had to quickly throw away the box and get the clothing into the wash. After two washes with baking soda and vinegar, the smell is still very much present and it has made the rest of the clothing in the load smell. Not impressed! The clothing is cute and true to size but I don't like smelling like a musty basement all day. Hopefully it will come out but I'm using a lot of resources to try. I spent a lot of money and the service was not good so I won't order from them again.

My experiences in buying through online was a disaster. But Yoins is a good choice and true colour and size. Hope Yoins can give more benefits to their royal customers more discount.

I purchased through Yoins a couple of months ago and was very disappointed that half of the order did not fit and the clothing measurements were smaller than what was stated online. I contacted the company for a refund for about half of the order which they initially responded to. After that, they just stopped replying to my emails. I have sent several follow up emails with no response. I have not received my refund. The customer service at this company is terrible, the quality of the clothes was very low which you can expect from their pricing, but I still expected better than what it was. They still owe me money. I would never ever ever purchase from this company again.

Me gustó mucho comprar en yoins el problema solo ronda en la confusion de las dobles tallas las que estan puestas para us no son las mismas de las prendas entonces uno no sabe cual escoger pero bueno al final solo una prenda no fue de la talla que me esperaba me quedo muy grande para ser m tendrian que ver bien lo de las tallas. El envío estandar fue super rapido llego 2 semanas antes de lo estimado! Me encanto gracias! Recomendadisimo!

I've placed quite a few orders with Yoins. I am always pleased with their products, but the last four orders I've made has problems on Yoins' side. They do not contact me when the problem arises and I have had to contact them all four times to inquire why my order hasn't even shipped yet. Products show on their site as being available and then I find out the some products are out of stock. I've asked to speak to management, they tell me to just email the same email that the regular customer service responds to. They have never offered to make my "inconvenience" right by at least offering a discount code or something for the next time. Just that they are sorry that it happened. Every time. For the same reason. I don't know that the products/clothing are worth the headache of dealing with them. Looking into Shein and some other sites as this is so frustrating to deal with.
