I spent $93 on for 4 or 5 things. The items arrived and they are not sized correctly or consistently. I am always a M - L or 6-8 and the 8s were either very very small or very very large.

To return your items you must request the address which took 3 days by email, 2 email from me by the way, and they only give you 14 days to return from the day of purchase. The shipping to return is $60.95- how ridiculous! Overall, upset. Poor quality, poor service and a total waste!

Many people has complained about their leadtime but my delivery was ok. It took more or less 10 days to receive my goods. The overall quality is low. The fabric is not the problem but the finishing. I feel all the pieces I have received has some kind of defect and there is no customer service. There is no information about how to return the goods only an email address. I have purchased 4 pieces of clothes and two I asked to return/exchange. One - a long sleeve shirt - has a defect on the sleeve. The 'long' sleeve is shorter than expected. The other piece is a blazer that came with stain. The problem is not to be dirt but it not be removed after the wash and I thing those stains will not be. There are lots of grease marks and other that seems rust stain. I sent an email and instead of give the instruction to return it, they asked me to send pictures. I have the pictures but I will not send to them, instead I will share it on site reviews and alert people about this company. This is not how I do business and nobody should accept this treatment. I've read the reviews and everybody is saying they do everything to make you give up to return things. I don't have time for this. Yoins, you lost at least a customer. Period. No need to contact me.

Back Order?!

So I was excited to order clothes since I was hearing all this great stuff about yoins. But then after checking my order two days after, it comes at "back order" status. Does this mean Im not getting my expedited shipping? It doesnt make sense that you dont even put on the item that it will take longer than "5-7days" to be sent and then offer to pay for "expedited" shipping when its not going to be possible at all. Can someone tell me how long is this "back order" status going to last until my order is shipped? Otherwise I will need to cancel...

I have wrote review here about couple weeks before. I got response is the delivery is about 7-25 days to Australia. So I am waiting it come. Also I did ask for tracking number to see is it the post officer make mistake. However they kept asking me to wait. No one reply my email from their costumer serivce. So I have been waiting 26 days now. Does anyone at least reply my email? My address is right and I am guessing you guys make mistake about it. Seriously I am not going to buy anything from your company. Very $#*! attitude. If I know your company's reputation is bad. I wouldn't purchase anything, wasting my time and money. I want refund pls. Thanks your attention.

I ordered two outfits that I needed by a certain time so I paid extra for shipping. Come to find out its on back order so I emailed customer service twice to cancel my order and get my money back and they have not responded.

Still waiting
July 24, 2016

The item I ordered was told it was out of stock after they had taken money out of my account which I think isn't fair, I emailed saying when will it be shipped)I've been waiting over 2 weeks now) they said 2-5 days. Came to the 5th day nothing so I emailed then it turned to 2-4 when I emailed again! Just be honest with me! Was hoping to get this product for festival. Doesn't look like it's happening anytime soon. Oh and once it's been shipped takes up to 25 days wont be using this site again

Worth the risk!

I had read the reviews for YOINS before ordering my items. I had decided it was 50/50 that I'd receive my package. When I placed my order it stated 7-21 working days before I'd receive my package. 10 days later the status of my package was still at processing. I contacted YOINS using web chat. They responded really quickly and explained an item I had ordered was out of stock so I could wait until it was back in stock (which was estimated at 7 days) or order something else for the same price and they'd ship that day. I decided to wait (in all honesty I had expected this from reading the reviews). Sure enough 3 days later my item was in stock and I received my package 3 days later. The items are lovely! I was concerned about quality due to the price being so cheap, but they are better than expected! In my opinion it's worth the risk, you just need to be prepared to wait (which I don't think is unreasonable considering the prices!).

I gave a 4/5 stars only because I would've liked YOINS to contact me first. I'm definitely ordering again!

Excellent

Great products amazing service especially from 'vanilla', she helped me keep track of my order when I was panicking as didn't think they would come in time for my holidays. Terrible, ordered items, then told out of stock, then told would be restocking, then told woldn't be, then told order cancelled and refund would be given (it wasn't) so had to claim through paypal which took weeks!

Hight efficience

DO NOT USE THIS SITE.
My order took weeks to come. Then when finally receiving my order I was so disappointed! Terrible quality and material is so thin, ordered 3 items and all were bad quality. Looks nothing like the photos on the website. Then when wanting to send them back you have to send back using your own expenses?!?! What sort of clothing site doesn't have a returns set up!
WILL NOT BE USING THIS SITE EVER AGAIN!
I never write reviews either, but seeing how bad and terrible the customer service is I feel like I had too

The quality is AWFUL. So cheap. I tried returning my items that didn't fit and was told that their sizing information is clearly stated so I couldn't return my items. This website is a scam, there are so many better places to get clothes - don't bother shopping here.

Bad quality
July 8, 2016

I initially bought a dress from yoins in June and was super happy with what I got. I decided to go for it and buy 3 more outfits from their website. The 3 other play suits were rubbish! The quality was horrible and the material was so thin- felt water resistant! I was so disappointed and it was such a waste of my money. Their quality is going down. I can't even return it because they require returns to be sent back to China and I live in the US. Major disappointment and waste of money.

Rubbish

Ordered two playsuits and after payment found out they were not in stock, it took two week for them to be available to be shipped and shipping also took two week. So after waiting four weeks my items finally arrived. Im usually a size 8/10 so I ordered both playsuits in a size 10 to be sure they would fit and when they arrived one was a large and the other was a medium. The one in size large did not even fit over my bum and the quality was poor. The other in size medium does however fit but quality is not that good. Overall i would stay clear from this website.

My boyfriend ordered me a playsuit and i read the reviews and i got a bit worried so i went on live chat and asked about my order to then be told my item was out of stock baring in mind they had took the money out the bank, they then told me that i would have to wait another two months on my playsuit! I even paid extra to get fast delivery obviously because i was needing it by a certain date. I then asked for my money back to be told that it would take 2-3 weeks on a refund but they were fast enough to take the money out in one day! This website should come up if the items in stock or not instead of waiting on something for it not to arrive, they shouldn't even be able to take money for a item that is not in stock. I'm so angry and it was my first time ordering something and it will be my LAST time!

I received my order about two weeks after the event I needed it for had passed. Items were not as described at all - they're very cheap material and ill-fitting.
Updated review: I also took the time to take photos of everything wrong with the dress I ordered to post a review to the website. It was never moderated, and when I went to read the rest of the reviews on the dress, they were all badly-written, glowing 5-star reviews. There is no doubt in my mind that these were posted by Yoins themselves. I also emailed Yoins' customer service to tell them about this and I was ignored.
Never order from here. It's a scam.

My message to Yoins following their response to my review:

To whom it may concern,

Thank you for your response to my review. Unfortunately it made no sense as all you did was ask me if I "noticed" the material of what I ordered. This was downright insulting, as you are implying I did not check what the dress was made of before buying. This issue is entirely your fault and you can not deflect the blame on to me. I also should have mentioned in my review that I posted a review to the webpage with the dress I ordered, including photos that I went to the trouble of taking, detailing the awful stitching and the poor, cheap, rough quality of the dress you sent me. I waited for moderation for weeks before realising it would never be posted. The rest of the reviews are poorly-written, 5 -star reviews that were no doubt written by you to trick people into buying your products. I'm sure this is due to the fact that your scam of a business would fail if people were allowed to post honest reviews. I will be updating my review on this site to include this information - if you would have posted my review on your own website as any decent company would, I wouldn't have to.
I also emailed your company telling you about the problems I had and that my review was not posted, and my email was completely ignored. This was further confirmation that I was deliberately censored so that you could make more sales based on false reviews.
Unless you can offer me a refund for the stress you've caused me and the rags you sent, your response to my review was completely useless.
