I ordered a playsuit on the 2nd June, I was tracking my item and on the 7th June it was in the Netherlands and I was told it would be delivered within 10 days. We are now nearly into July and I have still not yet received my item, chances are I will never receive this item and after contacting customer service I have been refused a refund and told to continue to wait for my item. DO NOT use this site, they have taken my money without providing me with anything in return. This website is just a money making scam.
I ordered some items by using my credit card and i checked that it was paid successfully but u lied to me that transaction didn't complete. I need my my money back immediately!

When somethings out of stock it should say straight away so i cant buy it! I dont expect to be notified a week later when my clothes should already be on there way here! I am fuming at this service i had to message you first for you to reply telling me one of my items is out of stock. Its not on m, sort your website out and get me a refund! Totally riduculous, i dont recommend this site to anyone, the clothes look beautiful but its all for show just so they can take your money!

Ordered 3 dresses and they came within a week, fabric quality is great and the clothing is overall comfortable, only criticism is the sizing isn't the best on one product but worked round it to wear it as a top. Over all am pleased with my items and will definitely use yoins again
I never order online but when I do, I have never experienced the service I did with Yoins. I ordered two shirts and was notified one was out of stock which okay, fine... I still ordered another cute shirt! I messaged Yoins on Facebook and asked them to cancel the one out of stock and send me the one that isn't out of stock. Well, nope. They cancelled my entire order after assuring me they shipped my one item out, that was in stock. So after I emailed them with my concerns and comments, they ignored my email for a few days. Then finally said it will take one to two weeks for me to be refunded. Just a really bad experience and they messed up so many times. Worst service I've experienced through ordering online and I will not order from them ever again.

Firstly, when my order arrived the items were either quite different to the images provided on the website, and/or the sizings were off. For instance a size 10 playsuit being a 'large' on the label and being absolutely huge! Another size 10 ordered, this item a bikini and it being absolutely tiny!
All items are of poor quality, in material and make. I thought this website was too good to be true, and it really was!
Secondly then, on trying to contact Yoins customer service team to request a return address and a full refund for the items, I have not heard anythhjng back. I have emailed, used the online help form and tried to use the online chat (on which an advisor is either 'not available' or I get put on a wait for 25 minutes which never goes down - this service is advertised as '24 hour support'), I haven't had any luck.
In my experience so far I would strongly advise people to stay away from Yoins. The items aren't as advertised and they make it extremely hard to return items - if I was them I wouldn't want the items back either! But appalling customer service nethertheless. I wouldn't even give them 1 star.

I'm not joking when I actually say DONT ORDER FROM HERE!
Waiting over 3 weeks for my clothes, for them to them be delivered with 10 of, y item missing, 4 of which was not in stock, absolutely terrible communication with the people on 'live chat, waiting a further 18 days for restock with I was told happens every 6-9 days. Literally just a rip off.
I expect my order to come with ALL items.
This company is an absolute $#*!ing shambles!

I ordered in a month in advance to ensure this item came here for my prom, my item still has not arrived a month later, my prom 9 days away, the customer service it terrible. Tje refund policy stated that 20 working days and then they would refund me. However after over 5 attempts asking for a refund they would not refund me, they kept telling me to wait "one more week" and here I am still waiting. I really regret ordering from here all it had done is cause me stress. I feel like this is a scam website as they will not even give me a reason as to why they will not refund me.

These products come from China. The sizing is incorrect. I ordered a dress from there and it was by far the worst quality in product I've ever received. The reviews on the site are wonderful and I was super excited to try what I thought to be a hidden gem. The picture for the dress looked amazing great seams and beautiful design. When it came in the mail (which was super delayed) it looks as though I could of stitched it together myself. Material was super thin. The seams in person aren't even the same as the dress in the picture. I ordered a 4US and was sent a "medium". What was the point of having number sizes when you send regular sizes. This dress was so big on me there were gaps everywhere like it was a large. Overall is a scam because I can't get my money back or return it. Will never order from here again.

Both items arrived and very well fitted! I was a bit nervous using them due to the reviews however my two items came faster than expected and will definitely be using Yoins again clothes are lovely
I placed an order on 29th May which still has not been shipped. I enquired about it and apparently 2 of the items are out of stock until 22nd June which is too late for the event I needed the order for. I would like to be refunded for those 2 items but all the customer service have offered me is to split the order. They also say the remaining in-stock items will be shipped in 7-21 business days - which again will be too late. Could I please have the instock items shipped immediately and the remainder of the order refunded?
If this is unable to happen, I wish to cancel my whole order.

I ordered £70 odd worth of clothing from this site for my holiday. I was due to go on the Thursday, and unfortunately the delivery arrived whilst I was away, which was okay. I got home from holiday, and the package had not been tampered with at all- I opened and there was NO delivery note, and the most 2 expensive items (both around £18 each) were missing and the white lace dress which was the 3rd most expensive (£11) was delivered to me broken- the zip was completely bust! The quality of the other items was extremely poor, something you would expect out of a crap market for £1. The sizes of the 2 items I got was extremely big, when they should have been XS- they were more like a size 12/14! I have requested my money back via Paypal for the 2 missing and 1 damaged items and when I spoke to the online agent- they said they cannot help me right now because there agent is on holiday! The staff are rude and don't really care for your concerns and cut you off. Please please please don't order from here- worst experience ever. Go to Boohoo or Misguided were you will actually get decent products.

I spent £70 on this website and thought that the clothes looked really nice and were quite reasonable. However, I wish I looked at the reviews beforehand! 2 weeks after I had placed my order, I got an email saying one of my items were out of stock and were not going to be back in stock for a long while, even though it is still up on the website for sale. After many emails to customer services they finally arranged the rest of my order to be delivered. It arrived last week and I am appalled at how bad the quality of the clothing is! The material is thin, cheap and nasty. I am unable to wear any of the items as they are all so see through and look nothing like the picture! Also the tops are really short and my bikini top was far too big! I am really disappointed as I was looking forward to receiving my new summer outfits but now I'm going to have to send them all back. But as soon as you email them saying you want to return your items they are not interested at all and will not reply! They offered me 20% off to not return the items which is stupid as I payed all that money and I can't wear any of them anyway! Please can someone tell me how to send all my items back!?

I usually do not write reviews but everything from the service to the fit of the clothing was horrible.
I waited about a month to receive my package, a small looked like an xxs in some clothes or, a medium - large in others.
I contacted them to return the items... no one could help.

I was a little bit sceptical about ordering off this site as I'd never heard of it before and only saw it on facebook. I spent £50 on summer clothes and my order took 4 weeks to come (quicker than I expected). Really good quality and the sizes are spot on. I'm a size 10/12 so I ordered a 12 and they fit my body shape lovely! Will definitely be using this website again!

Was promised to receive my order within 5-7 business days. After 2 weeks I finally got an email that one of the items I ordered was not in stock, and was not going to come back, so they hadn't send my order yet (by the way, this item in this size is still online now, more than a month after I have ordered it) I send them an email back that I should have had the close already, and really needed it as soon as possible as I was going to leave the country. Only got a short reply that it would still take 5-7 working days. Finally got it 4 weeks after I placed the order. All shirts are way to short and look horrible! (And no, I am not that tall, about 1.64m/5'4) and the earrings are broken. So went online, says I need to ask them for the return address, can be done via the chat. I am currently speaking to one of the employees, but he tells me he does not know the return address and I have to try again tomorrow. He works for the company and doesn't know the return address, excuse me?! I explained to him that my order arrived late and I was out of the country, so only have a few days left to send it back within the 14 days, but only got the reply that his colleague isn't here now and I will have to speak to him, and to see if it will reach them in time I have to contact my local post office, even though they send it so late! Good on you Yoins, waste of money and definitely not ordering again.
