The Clothes they have on the website are what you get in all honesty, they look pretty much the same. The thing You should be aware of is, sometimes they don't give you tracking information so you have NO Idea when your stuff is gonna get to you. On top of that if you email them asking for one I believe they won't give one to you. I ordered 2 items around they end of March and I got them probably a week ago (Being about May 17th or so). I asked twice when My items were shipped and the website and the person answering my email gave me two different answers. When I finally got my items they were too big, on the website they say to pay for return shipping, since it took way too long to get to me, I'm getting the correct sizes now. Some of the clothes are really nice, and the good thing is you can upload pictures of your items so others know what they'll actually get.

I have ordered from this site last week, two of my items processed but one didn't as it was out of stock, I emailed Kira the customer care team to arrange a refund because I wouldn't have the item in time, they responded within that day and I had my refund within 72hours, I'm still waiting for my order but I cannot recommend enough how understanding and efficient they are! I will definitely purchase from yoins again!
I spoke to a member of staff online through live chat who was very helpful and efficient in cancelling the part of my order that I didn't need, I've just received the refund a lot sooner than I expected as I was told it could take 2-3 weeks to show in my account, very happy, can't wait to receive my other items!

I ordered about seven items and only 1 fit so I need to return for refund. My shipping receipt doesn't have a return label or even a address. When I first started looking at Yoins and reading the reviews I was a bit sceptical about spending money on it. But my friend ordered one item of clothing, which arrived quickly and looked great, so I bought about 8 items. When the estimated delivery date came and the clothes hadn't arrived, I checked the order status and it said "back order" so I emailed Yoins customer services to check what was going on. They replied quickly, explaining that 2 of the items I had ordered had gone out of stock. They gave me the option to wait for them to be restocked (and gave me the expected date) or offered a refund for the 2 items and they would send the rest of my order. I chose the last option and my clothes arrived pretty quickly. Everything was as described and by reading the size charts for each item it all fits perfectly. So cheap as well! Very happy, will definitely be ordering from them again. :)
Do not bother ordering anything from this company because they won't be bothered to send it. I have been waiting nearly 2 months now for 2 orders and when I asked, I was told they were out of stock and could take another 30 days to arrive. After waiting this time, I have chased my orders again now and have been told they could take another 2 weeks. Not worth the money at all for all the trouble incurred and the staff I found to be very unsympathetic and blunt.

Since the day I ordered I have had nothing but trouble! Firstly, I made my order on 20/03/16 and was told on the confirmation page I should receive it by 14/04/16. Early April I chase up the order to be told 2 of my items were out of stock, which I had no notification about yet they were quick enough to take my money! I was told both of the missing items would be back in stock by 10/04/16 to then chase it up again and the items still not be in stock! Once again no notification. Finally my order was shipped and i received it today, very happy to rip open the parcel and see only 3 of my 4 items had been delivered. This is completely unacceptable from a 'professional' company. Stay as far away as you can.
However, I must admit the outfits I have received I love!

I received the completely wrong order from this site and instead of trying to make it right they want me to keep the wrong swim suit and buy Another at half price. When I sent them pictures of the swimsuit I ordered from this site and pictures of what I received they asked for a picture of my shipping label and I sent it to them AGAIN asking for an address I could return the merchandise to and have gotten ZERO response.

Yoins really did their best in trying accommodate my situation. I ordered my dresses 4 days before the date of my Banquet and so I emailed them if they can expedite my order. I wasn't expecting a response but the next morning I received an email saying that they have shipped my order. Although I did not receive the order on time, they really did their best. They did whatever in their power to get the items to me as fast as they can and thats what really matters. The service is wonderful, all you have to do is email them!
Ordered an item a month ago and it is STILL no where to be seen. Their so called customer service team are an absolute joke. I have made many attempts to find out where my order is and have been completely disregarded. For those wanting to purchase anything from their site, DON'T!

I was charged for one item twice and they refuse to refund me. Even when i send in multiple bank statements.
Unhelpful to my situation and not willing to compromise, or give me my money back. Ended up paying for an order that i didnt recieve because i did not get my refund back.

I am Soooo OVERJOYED with my beautiful new purchase from Yoins! Since this was my first time ordering their clothing, I ordered the wrong size at first, but as soon as I contacted them to order a larger size, they were so ACCOMMADATING and very very KIND and put the new size into the mail ASAP.
