I ordered 3 jump suits from this website for my holiday, i ordered these about 2 weeks ago i understand these may take 28 days to arrive as they are coming from Hong-Kong however i emailed to see if there was an estimated date of my delivery as there wast one in my order confirmation. Once this had been looked into it looks like all of the items that i ordered where out of stock and i was not advised by anyone of this. If i didn't check myself i would be none the wiser and would have been waiting for my jumpsuits for god knows how long. When check the website today for all of the jumpsuits they are still on the website and do not state anywhere that these items are out of stock. They are quick to take your money without issuing any goods.

I ordered quite a few items from yoins, thy took the money from my account, when I didn't get a conformation email I emailed them, got a reply back explaining my order was ready to be shipped. Days later nothing, I contacted them again they said they sent a letter (More lies) explaining half my order was now out of stock. And would I like to split it and just wait for my order to come back in stock then I would have to wait about 7-28 days delivery after two weeks of long drawn out replys from the company I asked for a refund, a week down the line I've herd nothing back from them, recived no items and have not got my money back. Stay away!

I have tried for days to call or email about a return. They sent me wrong sizes and three of one order! Every time I try to email, an ad interrupts and I can't get through. Upon reading the reviews I feel I am going to be stuck with $100.00 worth of clothing, some I did not even order. This was a big mistake and unless I hear from soon I will take this to the NY attorney general! If any one else has this problem, I suggest you contact your state attorney general.

2 of the 3 items I ordered and received were supposedly US-4 but were more like US-0. To return an item, you have to extract the "proper" return address, which I tried to do through an online chat, as I couldn't find it on the site. The representative stalled for quite a while on providing the address, wanting to know why I needed it (which should be fairly obvious). Then he/she suggested that I sell the items that were too small and order a new size from Yoins. (I'm not in the resale business.) When I finally got him/her to provide the address, I was told that, once the items arrived, I would get a "resend." I didn't know what that meant. I said I thought I would get a refund to my credit card. After a lot of hedging from the representative, I asked if I could get a refund to my credit card of the purchase price. I was repeatedly told that a "solution" would be reached. When I pressed about the refund, I was told that it wouldn't be of the purchase price but some amount determined by a salesman. I'm tempted to try the process just to see the result (which could be anything) but don't want to be out the return shipping cost and all the things you have to do to return something (take a photo of the shipping label, send an email once you've mailed it, etc.), just to have to try to follow up with someone about the return and run into the communication issues again. So, you might get lucky with one of your purchases (I did) but will likely get stuck with any others that just don't work.

The wrong size came (I sent in my mom's measurements instead of choosing a size) - I addressed the issue via e-mail. Although the staff was busy with "chinese new year" celebrations, Vivian was kind enough to send me a new (better fittting piece) and even sent me tracking information to track my order. I got it just in time for my event.
