Nice experience

I've ordered three times on the site and the service is great. All items came. Had to do get a refund because the item was not in stock. Emailed me Monday to let me know the money in the bank by Friday. Excellent service. Have and would Recommened this site.

If I could choose zero stars I would chose that. I ordered my item while it was in stock and it took over a week to process it but I received an email telling me it was out of stock when I purchased my item while it was in stock so hopefully I get my refund soon but never buying from that website again :/

I placed an order from this company for several items and weeks later they tell me two of the items are no longer available. When I finally received the rest of the items, the quality was absolutely horrible. The material is so cheap and hard. It feels like plastic on your body. I requested a refund (as they state that you can get a refund) and it was a whole procedure of explaining why and taking pictures of the items. They then say they will not give you a refund because the explanation for the return is not acceptable and that they stand by their quality. Finally, after arguing, they gave me directions on how to return. When I attempted to bring the small box to the post office, they wanted to charge me almost $90.00 for shipping to CHINA. (this was the cheapest way possible). Needless to say, I did not ship the items back because of the cost and I am now waiting to hear back from them. I will write a follow-up review once I get this resolved.

BUYER BEWARE

Buyer Beware*** I placed an order for multiple items all showed as in-stock with the exception of 1 item on backorder. I ended up getting the back ordered item first and still haven't received any of the 20 items that were supposed to be in stock. Now all of a sudden they're back ordered even more. I ordered them, with an awareness of the shipping window, for a specific event... which will now not happen since they were not in stock as stated and not shipped out.

The 1 dress i did receive is garbage. It is not the same item from the photo. The photo shows a black lace dress with nude lining. The dress i received is basically lingerie. Its just the lace, without any lining so your entire boob is showing. Its completely different than whats photographed and the false advertising is way beyond anything acceptable. You expect items to look better on models, but this isn't even the same item! Its literally a different dress. Different material, without a lining, and ridiculously poorly made.

The stuff on their site is cheap, but it's cheap for a reason. And they don't take those photos... they 'borrow' them from popular online photographs. So what you're getting is not what you're seeing.

Don't expect much help when you e-mail them because with the language barrier you can't get any clear answers to your inquiry. And the return policy is set up to ensure you don't try to return anything!

If you're going to make a purchase from them don't expect much. Don't expect accurate shipping windows, or honesty about in stock & not in stock. Don't count on helpful customer services and most importantly don't expect to receive anything remotely close to the images you're looking at. If you want what you see in the photos... shop full price on a real (legit) website, this site is for cheap imitation with sub-par materials copying the images, but if you're on a budget and can't afford the real thing. Then maybe you'll be okay with that.

My order arrived 2 weeks later than expected. I ordered 3 items - 2 dresses size Medium and a shirt size medium. They sent me one correct item and correct size - 1 dress. The other dress ordered in a size Med was sent Large. I ordered a Medium shirt and they sent me size XS and tried to tell me that was in Asian size and won't send me the correct size or let me return after 5 or 6 times going back and forth via email. Never again - AWFUL!

BACK ORDER

I purchase an item a week ago and now a week later I get notified that my order is out of stock? Like really they couldnt tell me that before my payment went through? Like really lets justify the fact that the there should be sometime of notification that there are either no more sizes or the product is out of stock before I even put it on my( BAG)... I am really unhappy this was suppose to be a gift now what?

Terrible customer service. I ordered clothes worth approximately £100 and received a TNT import bill of £49. Then when i tried to return most of my clothes which are terrible quality i was informed i needed to take photos and each item would be assessed by them separately. In the end for fear of another huge tax bill for sending them back i have been left with the clothes and lost £149. Beware!

So I ordered a few packages at yoins, and everything went good. But then suddenly the day after, i get a mail that my order didn't go threw, and that i had to try to pay again or use paypal. So I tried to just pay normally again, and the day after I got a new mail which said EXACTLY the same. So then at last I tried to use paypal, and it finally went threw, but of course there was more problems. One of my orders had been shipped, two of them was "back order" (in a few days, one of them is actually still), and one of the product in one of the packages that i ordered was out of stock, so I had to fix that. Then I thought everything was okay, and suddenly I checked my bank account, and it stood that I had less money than I normally would, and then I new it had something to do with Yoins. So I checked my orders, and it stands that I have bought two packages that is EXACTLY the same? I am actually incredibly mad, and I want my money back for that one package. I have also sent Yoins a mail because of this, but they dont answer me. I have to say one more thing: one of my packages is still "back order" which I think is VERY unprofessional of you, because the shipping itself takes a long while, and I ordered my clothes so that I can wear them when I'm traveling this month, so I'm going to get even more mad if I dont get my packages in time. You need to work with the whole "back order" thing. EXTREAMLY bad service.

Its good

First time i ordered about about 40 they were wrong sise, well i gues it was my fault for not reading good the instructions. An secent time around 100 and everything came in good condition and good material as well. Exept one it was poorly made i just putt it on and it brock off. Now for the third time i ordered 200 after 2 weeks of ordering still waiting for the stuff to come the delivery time takes forever to come its too slow at least for Switzerland otherwise i am happy with this website ore app ore whatever you call it.

Disappointing...!

I ordered two pairs of clothes from yoins and I was very excited for it to be delivered! Yes, It did take a while to be delivered but I was hoping for the clothes to be exactly like in the pictures but I was wrong. I was very disappointed with the final result.

The size chart also says that it's 'US" but then they say it's Asian sizing. So what you ordered is not what you receive. Also the size chart is completely wrong and incorrect. I followed this chart and none of my clothes fit me since they are too big on me. I can't even wear it and its completely waste of my money and the time. The quality I received from one of the clothes is terrible. It looks so cheap and uncomfortable as well. Did not look anything like the picture. It was my first time ordering from this website and probably the last time since all my money went on waste for nothing :( I really wish the quality was better and the size.

I really hope to get a refund and get my money back! Or at least a better size!

Never received the items, when i check the status of the order a month after ordering it says tge order has been cancelled, i never cancelled or received any refund, it seems like it's fraud

Wrong size

I got the wrong size, i orderen 2 sizes smaller then i got. The delivery was fast about 10 days. But i want the good size or i want my money back, because now i have something that is way to big for me.

First off didn't do my homework on reviews, went ahead ordered $152.00 of clothes took over 3weeks to receipt tracking number& the whole time was trying to contact them, second finally got the package opened it and was so disappointed after waiting over 1 month, so I emailed them asking what address to send it back no reply till days later let me add that you have a certain amount of days to return the items, since no reply I went ahead and shipped it back to the address that was on there (another $25)to shop back.ive been emailing them they said that was not the correct address so I won't be getting my money back.

Not very happy

First of all, I have received the items after 2 weeks instead of 3-7 working days because one of the item I have ordered was out of stock, although on the website was saying it was.
Received my parcel and two items weren't the right size, one too large for me and one too tight. I have contacted the customer service, although she was trying to be helpful, I found that their polices for returning items are rubbish. So I would not recommend it.
When you do shopping online you would like to buy items knowing that in case it will not be right for you, you can return it without any problem/cost.

I wrote them by days and they still didn't reply me! I had posted a complain by here and they replied me but never solved the problem, i want at least my money back that this company took and not sended my clothes! In the website btw there's ANYTHING telling me if is processing, shipping or what! I'm really disappointed!
