J'ai été livré dans les délais. Je n'ai pas reçu de mail m'indiquant l'expédition mais c'était noté sur l'application. Seul bémol: c'est dommage de ne pas pouvoir suivre le colis.

Nunca había tenido problemas con la entrega hasta ahora, mi último pedido lo dividieron en 2 partes, sólo eran tres productos, se tardaron 3 meses en entregarme uno, pero no importa. Los otros dos productos da la fecha que aún no me llegan y aparecen en el sistema como entregados, la verdad es que lo que yo quisiera más que un reembolso son los vestidos que encargué.
Aún que pasa esto, confió en ellos y quiero hacer otro pedido, primero quería comprar los $99 usd, que son más de $2 000 mx, pero al ver que aún me cobraba el envío, reducí mi canasta hasta llegar a los $1470 mx. Que debería de ser el envío normal de 7-25 días gratis, pero aún me lo cobran, quisiera pedir este pedido porque me encanta las cosas que están en mi canasta, pero por lo regular compraba más obviamente para que no me costará el envío.

I would not recommend anyone to buy clothes from YOINS. My purchases said 'in stock' then when I bought them it changed to 'back ordered'. I got expedited shipping 2 weeks ago. I've reached out multiple times and have not gotten a response. Feel like I got played. I will never purchase from this company again and will tell everyone else to stay away.

I purchased £33 worth of clothes from yoins after nearly a month of waiting I called them for them to tell me my order hadn't gone through even though they had already taken the £33 out of my account when I rang them they refused to give me my money back. I will never purchase anything from them again and have warned many people not to buy from them!

I have finally received my order after 3 weeks of waiting. I no longer need these items as they were for my holiday which I went on without these clothes. I now want a refund as they are no longer required but there is no way to get a refund on your website, why? I have bought a playsuit from yoins on Amazon about 2 months ago. Everything went so smoothly and the playsuit was so pretty that I decided to ignore the bad reviews and buy it directly from yoins website. I regret it so much. I have ordered my things a month ago and it is still saying that the order is processing! It didn't even moved to the shipping bit! It has been a month and according to their status it wasn't even shipped! This is ridiculous. In the meantime I have been sending emails to know what is actually happening and when or if I'm going to receive my parcel and they didn't even bother to answer back. Be good to yourself and don't use this website again!

I've sent 6 emails requesting for the return address to exchange a dress for a the correct size that I ordered. Not once have I been given the return address and I've been asked to measure the size of the dress. The service from this company is atrocious.
Might I add, the size chart states that it's 'U. K' but then they say it's Asian sizing. So what you ordered is not what you receive.
I'm utterly put off from this company. The customer service is horrible and the sizing chart is incorrect. Last time I ever buy from them.

What you order is not what you get. The quality is absolutely horrific, the small print says allow up to 3cm differences in the material due to hand measurements (something that I only realised after ordering) but on reality there is a much greater contrast. I ordered 8 items and not one of them was actually a size 8. They are in Asian sizes not U. K. And I was aware of this but still they look like something produced during a GCSE textiles lesson. I'll also be very surprised if any of the good reviews are actually genuine customers. In addition to the horrific garments and 3 week delivery time they also charge you a fortune to return items. Save yourself the hassle and avoid.

You can just tell by the website this is something like the Wish App. Poor quality, bad service, uses other "real site's" photos, and tries to match the style, but you will never actually get what you were looking for. Fake advertisement.

Since I downloaded the app, I noticed the nice cloth that YOINS has. It has a classy and sexy style (most of the playsuits are pretty short). It was inevitable for me to order something. I ordered a playsuit and a bra. Ofc, I had my doubts because it was my first time I buy cloth online. I waited impatiently and they finally arrieved, 5 days later! I payed for the "expedited shipping" and they arrived quicker than expected. The playsuit had quality, it does not look cheap, not see-through, well done and just exactly like the picture. I was satisfied and pleased with my purchase. Now, I have ordered more clothes. Can't wait to try them on!

I went and looked at reviews before I ordered and I saw some good reviews but mostly bad but I still took the chance. BUT DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID! I ordered a black top and a skirt. It took 2 months to get to me ( I live in the USA) and both items were low quality and way too small. I even ordered a size up from what I usually wear and it was still too small. I emailed yoins just asking for an exchange ( when I really would have preferred to return) they answered my emails twice which very broken English emails and not answering my emails. I emailed them three times in a row after they emailed me twice. No answer. Pretty much they aren't going to let me exchange and they didn't even bother to say no! AWFUL COMPANY! SAVE YOUR MONEY

I ordered an item and paid for the quickest shpping available.
I have an event I need to attend this week, which is why I paid for the fast shipping.
My item is now on back order, but I was never notified when ordering that this item was close to being or out of stock.
My item has not even been shipped, and I need it in 5 days.
There was nowhere listed where it said this shipping may actually vary in days due to where I am located. Yet still was going to charge me anyways.
Basically it has already been charged out of my account and I have sent multiple emails to follow up and have not heard a reply. Yet I have seen all of these reviews have received responses in the last hour.
Very upset and have been trying to cancel my order.
