I reieved my item very quickly sadly it wasn't what I ordered and I wasn't happy with what I recieved so i contacted after sales live chat and spoke to Ada who was really helpful recieved a full discount inside 24hrs

Ordered a few times off this site. Always came before estimate date of arrival. Few thing's I have ordered have been way to small even though I had a size bigger than I normally do. But then ordered 1thing bigger expecting it to be smaller fitting and it wasn't so ordered smaller size. But overall been pleàsed with what I have had so far.my review is not a complaint. I would recommend as there are some lovely clothes on this site.(dawn)

This Site Is BS! The items they advertise are not the items you receive when ordering them. They are of much lower/poorer quality in material and style. The dresses I bought didn't even come close to the advertised items I thought I was purchasing. And mind you I contacted them before hand to confirm that the items I'm ordering are the same as the items advertised and they lied by saying yes 100%. I then contacted them via email several times regarding returning the products with no replied or response of any sort... These people/site do not care they take your money and ignore the rest. It's false advertising and they are fake and phony!

I bought merchandise from them and sent them all back because of the poor quality and mis sizing. Not only is it difficult to communicate with them because of the language barrier but they did not refund me my money they claimed they did. The account I purchased the items from got closed due to forward I told them this and requested them to send the money into another account and they said they could not do this they assured me that they set me the money. I explain to them that the money cannot be put into that account because it is closed. I even sent them a statement from the bank stating that that account has been closed so monies would never put it back into my account and they lied and said they did send it... save yourself a headache do not buy from them

This is my second time ordering from Yoins. The quality of the clothes is very good hence why I ordered a second time. I got tops the first time around which have been washed and worn repeatedly and still look like new. My second delivery took forever to get here as it got lost in transit. I have to say that iris responded to all of my emails promptly and politely until my package finally arrived. I ordered 5 tops and each one is gorgeous on. I would recommend ordering from here if you dont mind a bit of a wait sometimes. Very cheap prices and great quality.

Ordered item and paid. Did not receive any email confirmation or order number or tracking info at all to my email address. The item did arrive with no info in it, at all, just the top in a plastic bag. It did not fit, so I am trying to return it. I have sent two emails, tried to contact Chat and rang them over again. The message on the phone says call back later. I need to return this and have nothing to do this. This company makes it just hard work. Still waiting to hear back.

I had ordered a dress online and they sent me the wrong dress. I emailed customer service telling them about the wrong dress they sent me and I wanted them to send me the dress I ordered. The person I was dealing with in customer service was terrible as they refused to send me the dress I ordered and just wanted me to keep the dress I received and give me my money back. The dress I ordered is everything I expected, and more! The quality is womderful!
Ithe did take 2 weeks to receive, and with no tracking, I was concerned it had gotten lost. But the customer service was very polite and helpful!
