One of the items was not sent to me at all which I have still not been refunded for and the items that were sent arrived in such a terrible condition and were of such poor quality that they could not be worn. Before I ordered I spoke to a customer representative who assured me that if I did not want these products I could return them without trouble at any time, this has not been the case I have been sent poor quality creased and unwarable items that I do not want I am happy to send these items back if I am sent a paid returns label, I should not be out of pocket for this as they did not send what they had advertised, I order from companies all the time and have never received such poor quality items that have arrived in the state these did or been treated in such an unprofessional way when wanting to return them.

I am STILL in process of trying to know how to return my items that I do not want to keep. They keep going back and forth with me many times and will not give me a clear address or procedure on how to return the clothes. It has been very time consuming and discouraging dealing with them. DO NOT buy from them if you think you may return an item.

Rachel and her team are extremely helpful and very professional. I had problems with my order and she certainly went the extra mile to give me a solution.
They have no control over the delivery time... which certainly SUCKS, but Rachel explained to me the possibilities once my order got lost and she was extremely helpful.

Worst service ever. I ordered goods on 6th December and today is 26th January and I still do not have my goods. When I send them email all I am told is that parcel has landed in my country. I have tried tracing to no avail. I will never use their services again.

I decided to make a purchase from this website after seeing some pretty well advertised playsuits and dresses. Ordered a knit, playsuits and some leggings.
Took them over two months for my order to be delivered due to one of the items being out of stock. The expected restock date was set to be 8 business days, a month later the item was still 'restocking'. I sent an email to customer service asking about the item, and I only received a reply after a week. Another month later, still 'restocking', got asked to replace the item I have ordered with something else. Once the order was confirmed, it took another 2 weeks or so before I received my order.
I was super excited for the arrival of my parcel. When it finally arrived, I opened each package to find that the materials were super cheap, not worth the money that I have paid for. What made things worst was that the sizing was completely off the sizes mentioned on the website for each individual item, it was either way too big or way too small. The named 'oversized sweater' that I have ordered off the website was way too small, definitely not true to size.
Not a good first time experience shopping with them, definitely wouldn't recommend.

The order came quickly but one of the dresses was not as advertised, the material was see through so the dress is basically unwearable. The other dress is way too big, according to the size chart it should have fit perfectly. When I tried to contact them about returning the dresses I've had no response and it's been a week. Extremely poor service and quality. I would not purchase from them ever again.

So i tried emailing them and Ive go nothing - absolutely no response and no confirmation of my order - but money has been taken. Seriously?! Wow. Lesson learned. Only order from reputable sites. Do your your research people and stay away from Asian run on line sites.

So I ordered a dress and immediately payment was taken but no confirmation was ever sent.
