Bradley's service is Amazeballs - Top Class. Thanks Bradley! He was very speedy in his responses to my query. He quickly investigated. In no time he came back to me with possible solutions. We picked one and voila I was sorted and happy in no time. That's very comforting for online shopping you know!
These clothes are so poor, cheap quality. The size are too big, materials very poor. Don't buy them to avoid disappointment.

I places an order in December and received my order along with easy tracking. The shirt/sweater I ordered was the perfect size, adorable and I have received many compliments on it. I was so pleased that I placed another order however my experience the second time around is not so pleasant. I placed the order on 1/3/18 and was charged however have received no response to my inquiries and have not received the items ordered. I would just like to know when I may expect my items. I cannot believe they have been sitting in "preparing shipment" status since the 4th of January with no movement at all.

So I had some questions about two of my orders and went to the site to see if I could find some information. They got a little chat for questions that will pop up on your scream if you're on a computer. I Asked my questions and got answers and help in maximum two minutes from Bradley. My question was answerd right away and he also helped me cancle one of my orders. And it all took just a few minutes and I didn't have to do anything at all but sit there and wait. I ordered two dresses and one top one dress was ok but not made in the material as described but wearable the other dress not made in material as described in their description according to the tags they are made out of the same material but absolutely different this dress is unwearable because of the fabric this dress is the black floral irregular hem so don't buy it would love to send it back for a refund but it's not worth the postage so I will think twice about buying from this site again unless they fix this problem and they also need to fix how long it takes to receive your order
