Returned immediately! Clothes were terrible, however, I received GREAT customer service. I contacted them via email immediately, they responded, sent me a prepaid label and I received my refund in about 10 days. However, I will not order from them again...

Very Pleased

Have ordered several items from Yoins. I have been pleased with their products. The only complaint that I have is items being out of stock and sometimes the color that is shown is not near the actual item color. However, I will continue to order from here and I have been very pleased with the customer service. They have always gotten back to my emails and kept me informed of my out of stock item.

Perfect help by Bradley taking care of my questing about delivering my order. I ordered april 22, and could expect my sending before may 30. I thought that's quite a long time to wait. Bradley got into it and could tell me the delay was because of one item that's out of stock. He immediately made arrangements to send the rest of my order directly, and sent the one item later when back in stock. Good, fast and friendly service!

I ordered a casual sweater. I made sure I checked the measurements to get the right size, however, the sweater that was supposed to be medium, is actually small and all the measurements (bust, length, sleeves) are off- not matching their size guide. In regards to the quality, it has bad stitching, seems coming apart right in the front of the V neck (so its really visible). Also, the V shape is not in the middle, uneven stitching. There was supposed to be an open back in a V shape but the one I received has just an ordinary back. I am super disappointed, I wouldn't have paid $5 for this sweater it is so bad.

I ordered $125 worth of clothing a few weeks ago and have sent numerous emails looking for a shipping confirmation/tracking number or even order confirmation. I am in the United States so maybe thats why its taking so long? I dont know but I cant get anyone to email me back or answer the phone. SO FRUSTRATING!

Well... this is an update about Yoins... I sent a request for a refund after they sent me really bad quality clothing (all dresses are see through, unwearable) and bikini sizes were all wrong! I sent them pictures and they returned my emailing saying they could not take back swimwear(even though they sent me XL instead of medium) then they sent another email saying I can send the item back but I have to pay for return shipping to China and I might also incur custom charges. Right after that email they offered to give me a 10% refund. I was so shocked! Beware... dont just hand over your money to them. I have ONE dress that fit properly.the rest I have to either throw away or get a tailor to put a liner underneath. Also... their live chat is laughable. If you dont respond in less than 30 seconds they send a generated message saying since you have not responded we are ending the chat, so now the next chat you have to start from scratch again. Planning to do a YouTube review to warn others as I was really ripped off a lot of money. Dont buy from them... that simple!

First order, was 2 dresses, were cheaply made for the price. Could have found better materials elsewhere for that price. Second order was 2 pear of shoes. Both of them ordered size 6.5, they both came size 7 but they fitted fine. I used a 15% coupon and until i processed the ordered, the total showed as full amount discount but than i got billed regularly without the 15% discount. Reached out to their customer service and said that nothing could be done. The shoes were nice. Got a lot of compliments. First day of wearing one of the shoes, after standing for 6 hours on them, the heel broke in the middle of an inportant event i had. Very embarrassing. In another order, i ordered 3 items size small. 2 of them came medium and 1 large... trying to hope i get the money back.

I have purchased a dress which has arrived and is of very poor quality. I want to return it but am having a terrible job doing so. Why should it be such a problem? I think they do it so people give up in the end! Send a printable returns form with your order confirmation like many other reputable companies. How difficult is it! I will never order from them again.
