Meus pedidos foram entregues no Brasil, mas quando chegaram em Curitiba, os correios do Brasil não os enviaram (descobri ontem que estamos com problemas de envios de correspondências aqui no Brasil). Alem disso, os correios brasileiros não respondem as solicitações de reclamação que fiz via site dos correios. Dessa forma tive que pedir reembolso a empresa Yoins, e imediatamente me responderam confirmando minha solicitação. Dois dias depois recebi um dos pedidos e avisei a Yoins. Eles imediatamente me responderam. Achei a empresa muito séria, responsável e comprometida com seus clientes. Sempre que fiz perguntas me responderam e tentaram resolver minha situação.

I bought 4 dresses, one was sold out and I replaced with another one. When I received them, 3 out of 4 were okay, one was damaged but they promptly refunded me. Dresses are really nice, and the customer service is efficient. Will buy again!

Clothes don't fit, stitching shows on outside, customer service is awful, they won't give you a refund, this site has to be illegal surely!

I bought 6 of the same dresses from this company and the dresses were so short they were unwearable and I needed to return them. Ive tried and tried to contact. Sent several emails and even tried to call their bogus number on their website. Their live chat is bogus as well. Now Im stuck with 6 dresses that I paid for that I can do nothing with. DONT BUY from where!

I ordered from Yoins and the order never came after like a month. I called and they said that part of it was on backorder and did I want the other part sent. I said yes. I finally got it like weeks later and the bathing suit was an XL when I ordered a medium. They said the sizing was Asia sizing. I said it was 3 sizes too big. They sent me a notice back saying that bathing suits are not returnable. I also had to cancel the backorder items as I had waited almost 2 months and gave up
