Deliverytime wasn't what was promised because all the products I wanted weren't available at the moment. In the spirit of a good customer service, however, I was given the opportunity to substitute replacement products. That is good customer service I think!

I ordered three pieces. A pink coral dress ordered in xs. Was awful! Not even same colour and it was soooo big. Cheap material. The other two items were just as bad. Do not order from them. Waste of money!

I ordered from Yoins for the first time. I am very please with my order. I got in less than 3 weeks. Everything fits perfectly. The clothing are made from different factories. It is important to read size suggestions for each item. Some items I was able to buy small and some I had to buy large but in the end they all fit perfectly.

Ordered 6 weeks ago. 1st. Back ordered, OUT OF STOCK. 2nd. No tracking. 3rd. Theres no way to reach these ppl to talk to them. 4th. No tracking updates. Due to the hot sale time period, many of the items were ordered and paid at the same time by several customers what caused stock limitation. In order to improve this issue, we show the expected dispatch date on each item page and the payment completed page. So that customer can calculate the estimated date of the restock and process their order reasonably. And we also will provide several options for costumers: wait for restock, change the out of stock item to another similar one or refund the our of stock item. If we didn't receive any response form customer in a certain time, we will cancel the order and arrange a full refund. Sorry again for your inconvenience caused by the stocking problems.

I loved all the options, but the customer service was terrible. It is frustrating to apply for returns as you have to do each item at a time and must submit photos and reasons for each return.

I'm very happy purchasing in yoins, I don't wanna spend my money in other stores at my country but Yoins. I choose 4 because I'm in a return process of a couple of clothes and I want to check how the customer service will treat me.
I ordered something in my size.
The sizing is for a teenager.
They would not let me return, after waiting 7 days for them to response, from my emails. You need to take photos, attach them to you emails! Or you can't email them!
No phone numbers to call only email.

I ordered 4 outfits. They came in split order which was told about right away. They asked if I wanted a refund or reship. Didnt have any problems with first order. Emails were constantly updated and on line track was presice. I will definetley be ordering again.
