I ordered my products. They cancelled 2 of them saying that they were out of stock and wouldn't be getting anymore in. They did refund my money right away though. Would have rather had my clothing especially since i had all ready been waiting a while for them. I finally get the rest of my order. One of my items was dirty with a stain on it. I mean who wants to wash a new sweater or any item for that matter before they can wear it? Several of my other items are so wrinkled that i can't even tell if i like them or not. One of the shirts was definitely not the quality i expected it to be. Kind if disappointed not to the point that i wont wear the items though and not so bad that i wont order from them again. I mean the prices aren't bad and they do give a detailed description of the item and its material. My fault i didn't read it. As far as getting a dirty item. I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed in this and don't know if the stain will come out.

Unfortunately like many others, I had a very bad experience with Yoins. I ordered a midi dress halter lace based on the statement in their website that Our professional quality control and assurance service always check your items before the shipment and under the understanding that it was not a Chinese website (they do not declare it until an order is placed). I paid just under £16.00 with postal charges.
I was not expecting to receive silk and Chantilly lace, however, when I received the dress it was so badly manufactured and below the expected standard/quality material. The dress had a very tight and badly sewed back zip that it was pulling the skirt up, the zip was longer than the dress with the top sticking up the top line, the lace was badly matched on the sides. All or part of the scallop were just roughly cut and sewed making it looking unfinished and ugly to see.
The front lace scallops were uneven and finished to show asymmetry.
In overall the dress was very badly assembled, manufactured and sewed.
I immediately contacted Yoins that of course took several emails and a week to respond instead of the declared 24 hours. I requested to have a full refund including the postal charges without sending the dress back as the alterations would have cost me well above what I paid for the dress. The alternative was to bin it.
This is when I started looking for reviews and I felt not only horrified by the treatment reserved to their customers but also how they are cheated and mislead.
I immediately underlined to Yoins their statement of guaranteed quality control but the only answer received was complete careless, that they control the items before dispatch (pull my legs again Yoins!) and a proposed a refund of only 20%.
Despite sending several times the photos they requested, the customer service answer was that they could not see any fault with the dress therefore the alternative was a 20% refund or sending back the dress at my expenses.
In consideration of the several complaint of non-receipt of the parcel by Yoins and refusal of refund, leaving the customer double out of pocket, I refused to send the dress back.
In my opinion they are perfectly aware of shipping trash and, like many other said, imposing difficult refund/return policies to discourage the tricked buyers.
I requested the 20% refund because I would have never arrived to the conclusion of getting my full money back and because they do not deserve to keep one single pence of mine, even if the refund is £2.40. And this is what I told them.
They do not deserve any trust and should be fined by the relevant authorities for false quality controls declarations.

Do not order from Yoins (upon investigation they are also part of Banggood which has equally awful reviews/forums). The policy they share when enquiring about returns The return address depends on the delivery country, so please contact us via email. This is highly suspicious and they tell me that if you are in the UK returns have to go to China (the most expensive place to return from UK to discourage returns) whereas they have other returns addresss that would be cheaper to send to however they will not share these addresss. When questioning this with their Customer Care Team they seem rude and confused, also banned my email address from using their Live Chat for asking some simple returns questions and explaining that I wasnt happy. Also, the returns address on the actual parcel is in the UK so its unclear why they would put this on their packaging and not allow customers to use it. When investigating more about this UK returns address I see that its for let so even more reason not to have this on their parcels. Dont waste your money, total scam.

Yes the prices are cheap but that's exactly what you are getting. Material was horrible. My shirt sleeves are supposed to be long but they are 3 quarter length (they must've ran out of fabric). I ordered a size 6 bikini and they sent me a Large that is wayyyyyyy too big for me. Their size 6 on the size chart is considered a small, so why did I get a large? Not even gonna bother to return it. Not going to waste my time with Yoins ever again!

Two weeks ago I ordered items, as of today nothing has shipped. They were happy to take my money, but seem unable to ship my items. I have sent 2 emails and also tried to contact them via their online chat, but each chat session ended stating there was a problem with the chat. I want my items to be shipped. Unable to ask a question on Yoins. Tells me my case has been closed. Why was I charged international fee of $3.08 after the fact? Also I asked to use a $20 coupon. Money was immediately taken. Three days later I get a response telling me to save in for later? NO. How many more fees? Not happy at all so far.

I have paid for an item 10 days ago and they still haven't shipped it out. Yes I have read a lot of comments below and Yoins keeps explaining that it's stock issue.
OK I can understand that but I have sent several emails regarding this order but nobody gives me any response. I have sent a note using the question form on the website, I have sent an email to customer service email even but no answer?
What are customers like me supposed to do? You guys took the money immediately, my money has been paid, if you are not able to send the item, just let me know so at least I know what is going on.
