Recieved a top 2 weeks late, i had requested cancelation but they didnt do it. The XL size top has arrived and it fits my size 8 daughter, but she wouldnt wear it due to the appalling quality and workmanship of the item
Based on my past experience with other similar companies Id expected the delivery to take much longer than it did and the clothes to come in much worse quality than they did. I was surprised that they came in a decent amount Id tine and the clothes came in rh correct sizes and were of better quality than I had expected. Ill be using this company again.

May order was shipped twice, I was billed not once, not twice but three times. Each payment that came out was for a different amount as well and when I contacted a customer representative they were not helpful at all and instead told me they didnt charge me three times and to deal with it through my bank. I gave hem the proof from my banking transactions and sent them my order history and still they said it wasnt their fault. They also told me I couldnt return the items and to just keep them. Anyone who is thinking of ordering from here, please dont. I wouldnt want anyone to have to deal with such horrible customer service and not to mention the clothes are very very poor quality.

I ordered several items, luckily through PayPal, that said they were in stock. Four weeks later, still haven't received any items, and they have not been shipped because they are ALL on "backorder". I should have known the price was too good to be true! Do not buy from this company! I have reported to PayPal and am waiting for my refund.

Ordered 3 pair overalls that came in cost over $90 Canadian all were too big wanted an exchange sent me this 4 page instruction and had to be at my own cost of $56 cnd decided not worth the extra cost. This might be a sweat shop the return address is not to the company Yoins but to an individual in China. All 3 pairs were made from cheap material and see threw including the dark grey ones. Do not waste your money.

I ordered 3 dresses. The package arrived ripped open with one dress missing. The second dress was 2 sizes larger than advertised (ordered a S, received a L). The third dress had a faulty zipper that was not functional. The return process is very long and complicated (requires filling out multiple forms and attaching pictures to the forms), so still waiting to see if I will get a refund or can return the 2 dresses I did receive...

As previous reviews will tell you the quality of these clothes is an absolute joke. Dresses are see through and tacky looking and look completely different to the pictures. The dresses look like potato sacks even if you order the correct sizing and poke out in random places. They won't give you a refund and try to argue you cannot return due to hygiene reasons or if you have tried the dress on which is ridiculous considering you need to try it on to know what it looks like! Disgusting service and poor quality clothes, would stay away at all costs!

IN addition to receiving defective merchandise, it taking 2 months to get some of the items, not receiving over half of my order and them being a horrible company to do with. They are now arguing with me over 27.00 that they owe me. I guess I will have my American Express Credit card open up an investigation. You can read my reviews on them. I have left a few. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. WORST SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER and the clothes run way too small! Then they want you to return it, take your time to go find a bag to put it in, go to the post office on your time and it is not worth the hassle!

I ordered a few clothes and it turns out there was a misunderstanding were the stock online wasn't correct, so I had to wait a long time for the package. This wasn't a problem for me so I let them send the available clothes and waited for the others. Then there was another delay and at that point I canceled the order. Yoins sended me a few hundered point for the misunderstanding and apologized. When I didn't receive the one article that was allready send to me, they were again very understanding and helpfull. After transporting the article overseas it went missing. A few weeks later the package suddenly came in, but by that time Yoins had refunded the article. I though they should know that I received the article that was refunded for me. They let me have it! In the end I didn't buy anything, since everything was refunded, got a few hundred points and a free dress! But what I most love about Yoins, the models have curves and the clothes are available in larger sizes too. So for me, a girl with a butt and breasts, that doesn't fit in a size 36 and needs a little larger, this site gives me a really good impression of the natural fall of the garment on girls like me. Beautiful clothes, good quality and awesome service!! I'll be back!
