Ordering from this site is nothing but a headache. Take my advice and do not order from Yoins. I've spent too much of my time talking to customer service, on hold, and everything in between. The shipping time is OBSURD and then you get your product and it's not what you thought. Save your money & time.

Placed an order over two weeks ago, paid for expedited shipping and it still has not shipped. Now my items are showing either sold out or they are backordered. I want to say that I have never written a review about a company online ever!
I ordered almost $800 in clothing of which many items were on back order. Unlike reputable companies they take all of the funds immediately even though I finally received the last of my items on August 1 that I ordered in May. They do not inform you if the item is out of stock before you purchase... very unethical company.
Needless to say out of approximately 30 items 3 were acceptable... I actually like one dress. The rest were poor quality. One romper was even made backwards. One small is not to be treated as an equal to another small for a different piece of clothing. I am 5'7" 120 lbs and I couldn't even fit many items over my hips.
Returns:
I got on to the website to request my returns to realize I need to take and upload pictures. At the time the clothes were at my house and I was at work. It seems that every time I thought about it I was at work. Long story short I missed the 30 day return deadline by 1 day and was unable to return anything from the initial delivery.
Since the items are sent over an extended period of time I find it absurd that there is no exception to the 30 day return policy. I was out of town for a while when some of the items came in. Those items came in months after I ordered. I guess I am supposed to plan around their delivery time.
I am convinced they do because it is such a pain that many people just won't follow through or miss the deadline.
In the end I basically paid $800 for the one dress I liked.

In Yoins, if your billing address is not matching your delivery address, forget buying! Their policy forbid you to make present to your girlfriend, and they cancel your purchase! Anyone has seen such a stupid policy? I buy since almost the birth of internet, first time it happens to me! Do not buy in Yoins! They just cancel and keep your cash 30 days! Almost scammers!

About two months ago I ordered two items for my daughter. The package was supposed to arrive in two weeks time. But it didn't. I waited a few days and then I wrote an email. The answer was that I should contact the local post office and ask if it had arrived. After a few emails and a phone call I asked for my money back and within four days the money was returned to my account. Then, two weeks later the package arrived ater all and I was very surpised! So I emailed Yoins again that the package had arrived and that I wanted to pay for it offcourse, but the lady of Yoins did not want me to pay for it and asked me to write a positive review. So, I think this is really good service! We would recommend Yoins. They have great service.

My original order was from the website and it was extremely difficult to navigate and did not work properly. It would not allow me to choose my destination of choice, which was Singapore so instead I sent it to my USAA address. However then, it would not let me choose my home state of Oregon. I somehow managed to get an address in that worked but only later did I see that the app worked perfectly. I contacted customer service several times. I still have to. I'm very happy. I look forward to many more purchases. Once again let me stress do not use the website, I went back and visited it and it's still not working properly and it's not very well put together. Do not shop here. Do not waste your time. I ordered 5 things and after three weeks of no shipping notification I reached out to them. They stated some of the items were no longer available and would only give me credit to pick other items and no refund for their error. I have yet to actually receive the items that were available.
