I was very impressed with the live chat option, Sunny dealt with my query quickly and efficiently.
I am frequent shopper at Yoins, great clothes at discount prices
So after 4 months of trying to deal with these people and returning a bunch of horribly made clothing... I just got the package returned to me with a stamp from China not saying why it was returned. Not only did I spend over $200 on products, but I also paid $43 in shipping on a package that was just returned for no reason. Even the post lady was confused and couldn't figure out why it was returned. It's extra frustrating because I have reached out to yoins customer service many times asking for my refund and they said they never received my return package. Obviously that's not the case, if there is a stamp from China on the return. I'm extremely disappointed to say the least. Poor quality clothes, poor service, definitely NOT worth the cheap prices.

Good customer service and very fast delivery if you spend more money and select express delivery. Otherwise it takes almost over a month to receive your order.

Clothes were great! Just as pictured and fit as described. I was a little nervous about ordering on line because someti clothes from places like this come super small, but their sizing was accurate. Im very pleased.

I've placed my order, a month ago... still no sign of it. Before placing the order the estimated ship date was 3 weeks prior to the "revised" ship date that was provided 2 minutes after selecting place order. Its upsetting because the clothing is adorable and for my first order experience, I'd say I'm not willing to order again. Bummed.

Unfortunately as I have never received my order I cannot comment on the quality or how sizes compare.
I am still waiting almost 6 months later for my refund to be credited into my bank account very annoying, however on a more positive note Customer Service are good at responding to my disastrous experience and are always polite and appear willing to correct the situation (on paper)... I am yet to see these results in reality... forever hopeful.
I will update with a new review once I see the money in my bank (And maybe then upgrade the star rating).
