Terrible experience with this company.
Sizes are no where near accurate. Ordered a size 4 and what arrived was more like a size 14/16.
They then proceeded refuse to give a refund and finally agreed after a couple of weeks of fighting.

This is a scam company. Do not use!

I was worried about ordering from Yoins having read some terrible reviews about customer service and delays in refunds etc. However, decided to give it a bash. I ordered three items, which were separated into two orders. I decided I wanted to cancel one order completely. I used the website to do this. Didn't hold out much hope and the website didn't seem to respond. I thought here we go. However, I emailed them, and received an email from them the next day confirming the cancellation was actioned. A week later I received an email from them apologising that the item still on order would now be delayed (six weeks) and giving me the option of a refund or to choose something else, or wait. I chose refund and this was processed within a week.
So I cant comment on the items, but I can confirm that they seem to have nailed the refunds process now.

Horrible experience

I bought a lace romper from this company. It came damaged and uneven in the leg length. They never reimbursed me for my shipping cost. Only for my damaged product. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Rubbish

I ordered it took over 2 weeks when told 5 days the items are no good I need to return there is no return slip

We ordered 5 items. Of the 5,3 were extremely small, 1 was made with material so thin that it could not be worn in public (bathing suit) and one was small but acceptable. I requested a return authorization for the items that were not usable and was promptly denied. This is a poor business practice for an online company to condone. I believe they are fully aware of the sizing and quality issues of their inferior products and would go out of business if they refunded 75% of their orders. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! BUYER BEWARE!

If the size of the received item is not same with the size measurement, we will be very grateful if you can show us some pictures of measurement on clothes. And we will responsible for the item if there is over 3cm/1.5 inch of size inaccuracy.

Pretty clothing

Be careful with sizing. If you are a regular large size American girl, you need the plus size section. If you are thin and petite the regular will do. Clothing runs small. Customer service is great to talk to and I would talk to them about the items as well.

I ordered a few items from this site. Obviously its from China like most sites these days. I received the items really fast. Unfortunately 2 of the 3 items I ordered didn't fit. I contacted the company and NO PROBLEM! They took them back and gave me a full refund! This kind of customer service is what makes customers come back! You are not afraid you will lose your money. It says 5-7 days and it never happens. My item was delivered almost a month after the online purchase. The company should invest for a better service in that matter. I am always buying online and other companies from far away make it on time or at least let the client know if its gonna take 3 weeks or more.

I spoke with Sunny to change a L size for an XL. She was very helpful and efficient. Unfortunately, 2 out of my 4 clothings were out of stock, so they offered to split my order for free.

Infuriating
July 5, 2018

Ordered 3 things, 1st came ok, other 2 were cancelled. New order at additional cost, 1st things came then 2nd cancelled again even after I'd already spoke to Yoins NOT to cancel.
The people on live chat are not very helpful either, just dont read what you're writing, just say the same thing like they're a bot. Now I have to write a review on here just to get some discount!

Sorry for the inconvenience caused in the out of stock issue.

Due to the hot sale time period, many of the items were ordered and paid at the same time by several customers what caused stock limitation. In order to improve this issue, we show the expected dispatch date on each item page and the payment completed page. So that customer can calculate the estimated date of the restock and process their order reasonably. And we also will provide several options for customers: wait for restock, change the out of stock item to another similar one or refund the our of stock item. If we didn't receive any response form customer in a certain time, we will cancel the order and arrange a full refund. Sorry again for your inconvenience caused by the out of stock issue.

In addition, we are also upgrading customer service to reduce the misunderstanding caused by this case. The customer will check the estimated shipping date on their account after the order is successful.
