Waited for my order for over a month, the quality is so poor the clothing is unwearable. Very complicated to try return the items, I would advise not to even bother all it causes is a headache!

Había escuchado malas críticas sobre esta página, por eso cuando decidí comprar tenía un poco de miedo.
Añadi cinco productos a mi cesta y los pagué. Resulta que dos de ellos no estaban en stock. Me puse en contacto con la pagina y lo solucionamos enseguida; me reembolsaron los productos fuera de stock y me enviaron el resto.
El envío fue bastante mas rapido de lo que esperaba (10-14 días).

I bought three itens at YOINS in november/17. The itens were dispached soon, however when them arrived in Brazil they were not delivered until april/18. I got in touch with YOINS customer service and them promptly paid me back. However in May I received my parcel (after 6 month). I got my order on time and I really appreciate them for this because I needed them during that period. Unfortunately the 2 lovely dresses were not looking good on me because size S was too large for me, even if my size is S and rarely XS, so I believe they should have XS sizes as well.
Therefore I had to return the 2 dresses, the only inconvenient is that returning them from UK costed me the price of one dress which wasn't cheap at all but this is it...
I have just received a message that my refund is being processed to my account so I hope to receive it soon enough.
The other products were really nice, 2 lingeries. They have standard sizes and they do fit me really nice. So at least they were good and I kept them. I received a positive feedback from my boyfriend when I was wearing them which was great ;)

I'm a slim, athletic woman and wear between a size 2 and 4 or a small or extra small. I order 6 swimsuits from Yoins and literally had them in my possession for 5 minutes and requested a refund as these were not small they were microscopic! The hip measurements on the bottoms range anywhere from 26 to 28 inches! What child has hips that small? Yoins will not accept returns on these because they are swim wear so now I have 5 suits that I CANNOT wear and can't get my money back. I'm filing a complaint with my bank.

I placed a fairly large order, but unfortunately, some of the items were out of stock. After some reconsideration, I decided I no longer desired these items. I wasnt sure what to expect because I had never ordered from this site before and the prices seemed too good to be true. I intended to order 3 dresses but mistakenly ordered 4 because I double ordered one of the dresses. Customer service was very helpful and immediately cancelled the double order and processed the refund. I received one dress within a couple weeks and Im impressed with the quality. It looks just as advertised. Im still waiting for the other 2 dresses to ship because as soon as I ordered I got a notification that they were back ordered, which is kind of annoying and the reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5. Overall Im happy with my experience and would order from them again. I would just make sure its not something I absolutely need for an event that week.

I order several items on their shop. 1 of 4 was not on stock at that time and should be restocked within 1-3 days as I remember. Order was placed on the beginning of 6th month with option of express delivery... they split an order on 3 parts and said, that the rest of items will be sended via flat rate post (far away from express delivery, which I paid for).
So, I cancel the rest of order and recheck the stock, order two items 1 was on stock, 1 was restocking for 2 or 3 days (3rd whcih was restocking for 14 days I decided not to order), which was acceptable. I order not to split my order and send everything at once... but, they split it again... which will probably cause flat rate delivery for missing item which is only one which is important for me. Ok, I am checking possible dispatch date and it was said, that it will be sended on the same day as I checked order status, but they are changing that information every day and postponing it for one day each day. In this morning I checked item information on product page of certain item and size and it was indicated, that product is on stock and will be dispatched within 1-3 days... great, they will catch the deliver date if they will send it with express delivery, which I do not believe... After few hours I checked again: Product is not in stock, my order is still back ordered with indication that it will be dispatched today... but in meantime I get email, that I will need to wait for weeks?
So, if you want to do some serious business with them, DO NOT! If you have time and not care for delivery date... you can try, but do not stick on their emails, information etc... as they are not accurate at all.

And we also will provide several options for customers: wait for restock, change the out of stock item to another similar one or refund the our of stock item. Substandard goods, delivered from the UK but not allowed to return to Uk it has to go back to China.
After several emails to and fro I decided I couldnt be bothered as it was pointless. Unhelpful customer services who wanted me to pay them 45% of the goods value and they would send me out something else... really... you have robbed me of my money and want me to pay you more money... costly lesson leant
