The first time I ordered the quality was great so a few months later i ordered 2 items... what a disappointment. Quality was poor. Process to return long and complex. Wouldn't recommend to buy from here. Overpriced for really poor quality. One dress arrived like a

Hi all you online shoppers
Do not purchase from this website.
You spend over a certain amount to get express shipping and you do not receive your order and get told over Live Chat to wait 45 working days.
I purposely purchased the gifts online for a friends birthday spending over the required amount to get express delivery however 3 weeks down the line I still do not have my order and now have had to purchase additional gifts as I did not receive my order in the 3-7 business days as they advertise.
The principal of the matter is that you purchase items and are willing to purchase additional items to get free express delivery and then you have to wait 2 months for your order.
This is not good customer service and the quality of the items is questionable.

I was skeptical at first, but I went on and ordered 8 items, thinking that if they were of low quality or the fit was not right, I can return them. Two of the items arrived way earlier than expected. One arrived after a week, and the other after two weeks. I am veryyyy excited about the rest of my items.

Never again will I try to buy anything from this company! Way to make a huge inconvenience in my short schedule. I was suppose to receive everything before Oct 12th, but because of a back order I wouldnt get it till around 0ct 20th. My beautiful dresses arrived yesterday it took 2 weeks to deliver to Melbourne Australia so fast delivery. Both dresses fit perfectly with still a lot of room to move. Will definitely continue to buy my clothes from Yoins.

I placed my swimwear order with Yoins on 13th September and they decide to split my order in two shipments because their supplier was unable to deliver my remaining order on time. I spoke to a really rude Customer Agent named Ada, who firstly stated, I split my own order, then tells me my order wont be dispatched until 27th September. Im flying out the country on October 12th and this order is an essential for me in my trip.
Ada even insulted me by offering me a 3USD compensation and she kept insisting I cancel my order. What will I do with a 3USD compensation? I am sure there is nothing in your site worth 3USD.As of now they dont know where exactly is my first shipment and when will I receive it. For the second shipment, I requested Yoins to atleast deliver these items through an express courrier company and Ada tells me thats not gona help me either as they have their National day either. So much for helping their customer! Please Please Please, do NOT shop with Yoins as they dont deliver what they promise. I wouldnt recommend Yoins to anyone.

Please don't use this company. The clothes are dreadful quality, nothing like the pictures. A real scam. Then you have to pay £13 to return them to China IF they agree to a return. Share the word please. They are ripping people off.

I ordered 3 dresses. Yoins charged my card. I'm waiting and waiting for the dresses. I had received an email telling me that they shipped. I never got anything. I called and got the run around and put on hold. I did the text chatting and got the run around again. NOW they are telling me that they shipped 1 dress and back ordered 2. The BIGGEST problem is I didn't even get the one they claim that they shipped. I contacted customer (lack of Service again and they tell me I should ask the post man if he has the package or ask my neighbors... I told them to forget about it and just refund me... "Oh No! We can't do that" Now I'm having to dispute the charge thorough my credit card. What a hassle! Beware of this site. Use at your own risk. Better yet, Don't take the chance. There are plenty of legitimate sellers out there that stand behind their merchandise. I'm not adding a photo to this post, SINCE I NEVER GOT THE DRESS.

I ordered a sweater dress and the site sucked to begin with. If you move your mouse the site glitches and all of the sudden your looking at a whole different set of outfits. I looked past the crappy site navigation and placed my order. I entered my address with the auto fill option and when i reviewed my info. Every thing looked great. Then i got online to check my order status and i found out that my name and address were entered twice on my delivery info. Still dont know when ill get my package because when i got on the live chat customer service the person helping me asked me to hold on and never returned to the chat.
