5 stations only 2 working and line extending out the front door. When asked by another person in line they simply said the station was already logged on.

Express service-maybe; 2Day Priority mail- Try 2 weeks; International services- Unaffordable; Tracking capabilities- Poor; Real time contact- Not available; Transparency- None... The USPS should be converted to a corporate organization similar to UPS.
I have had my second incident with Rehoboth postal annex. Today I was expecting a package it says it would be delivered. I checked status and now it says postman tried to deliver and then took it to Lewes post office as I requested. This was a lie.We live across from mailbox and we were home all family members are disabled. I lost 100.00 dollars a fewmonts ago. I got an empty package. Called Rehoboth postal annex item was a bag of coins I was told it was found but was sent to lost and found and they would get it for me. Another lie never called me back. I called 3 times everyperson had a nasty attitude. One smart mouth said it was sent to Georgia for resale.No apologies, rude etc.
I live in Mesa AZ and went to port office to send a package to Salem Oregon. I paid for a faster delivery, they offered me USPS Ground Advantage. I mailed the package on November 03 2023, the receiver was supposed to receive the package November 6 2023. Talking to the person who will received the package she still have not received the package on November 9. I went to the post office and asked about the package delivery status. I sent the package to Salem, Oregon, I am not sure where the post office sent the package but they told me the package is in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and they are not sure when the package will arrive to Oregon. They are blaming the sorting machine and they are not responsible for whatever happened
2 Day Priority shipping, can not be trusted,in fact the intire usps can not be trusted,with any package forget about sending perishables won't make it on time 2 times now we have had 23 lbs of food destroyed by postal service who verbally told me package will arrive in 2 days, HUH I paid high dollar shipping to have packages to arrive on time,they arrive 4 to 6 days instead of 2, non of the usps employees have a clue on tracking, locating, or any kind of knowledge where the packages are at any given time, it's a f ING joke, nobody is responsible for anything,I'm done trusting them with anything. My advise find another way to send packages.
Plus one of my customers sent me a photo of how my art piece arrived, even between hard cardboard, and I wrote; NO NOT BEND on it! Not even sure if delivery people know how to read these days anymore. :( NOT professional.
No true visibility tracking a parcel either sent through my business or personal. The local post office has no idea, and the automated system is hopefully improving. Hand off between UPS and USPS - UPS Sure Post takes 2 - 4 days longer with no reliable dates. Sad to say, but Amazon seems at this point to be a lot more reliable, my department is going more and more to Amazon. Perhaps someone from both USPS and UPS will read this and do something...
USPS has become so incompetent over 2023-2024 I want to scream. They've lost 2 out of 2 of the last orders I placed, over $200 value, and take no responsibility. The website makes it nearly impossible to submit a service request or file a claim, and if you call you'll be stuck in AI limbo unless you want to wait 40+ minutes on hold to speak with the rudest mfers who can only tell you what you see on the tracking info page, and point fingers at the sellers for somehow being responsible for THEIR loss of your deliveries, telling you to email them directly if you want to file a claim or get any sort of refund. I actively avoid buying from websites that ship through USPS at this point.
Hello, I would like to recomend don't use US post office service anymore. It's not reliable, it's awful. I sent registered certified letter from nY to Vilnius Lithuania on March 28 at 10 am, when I tracked a letter it showed that letter departed on April 1 from USPSfacility. When I signed for SMS and email tracking the letter, the same time letter arrived to Jamaica NY International distribution center. Customer service can't tell what happened and even can't give a estimated arriving date. I need to
Wait and pray, because it's important document inside of this letter and even I can't get it back!
I was moving from NYC to California. I shipped 3 boxes of my belongings and they lost all 3 boxes. The total value of the stuff inside are $2000+. USPS did an investigation and did not find the boxes. They refused to give me any insurance money even though the boxes were insured. I do not understand how they are still in business while great shipping options like FedEx are around. If you are about your belongings, I urge you to stay away from this horrible company with horrible customer service and awful experience. DO NOT USE USPS IF YOU CARE ABOUT ANY OF YOUR STUFF. Use FedEx or Lugless instead for shipping larger boxes (low prices and great customer service). So disappointed and Lesson learned. I Will never use this horrible company ever again. They deserve negative stars. Terrible company and terrible people. They should go out of business.
We submitted a change of address for our business and received confirmation by email and mail. Since our move nineteen (19) days ago we have received NO mail.
We called our previous Post Office this morning and was flippantly (as in he could care less) informed that the USPS is behind in forwarding mail and we can expect a wait of THIRTY DAYS before mail is forwarded. I quote "This is how behind we are" endquote.
For what business other than the USPS would this be acceptable? We were NOT informed of this outrageous wait time when filing the change of address. If someone had the courtesy to do so, we would have made alternative arrangements.

Ordered a ZT mower starter from California. Shipped from Ohio to Des Moines. I'm twenty miles from local P.O. In Iowa. Said in tracking it was running late. Next day it's was in L.A. California. WTF. Two months ago I had a package completely dissappear in the Des Moines terminal. There's a problem there.
It took six emails to get a reply that USPS DOES NOT FORWARD P.O. BOXES! Attached.

I'm very disappointed in the USPS, I had a very important package returned to sender because they said it was undeliverable. I tried calling my Post Office for over 2 hours and no one would answer the phone. I drove to the PO to look into the situation only to be told "Your package is under a bunch of packages and there's nothing we can do. It is being returned to sender". I explained how important it was to receive this package, none the less, they did not care. The sender resent the package and now it's going no where. I checked tracking last night, it said it had departed the Ybor plant and was in transit. This morning I checked tracking and it says it back at Ybor. What is wrong with the Postal Service? I worked for them for over 20 years and I can tell you it did not use to be this way
Both of my packages were priority mail, I guess the PO FORGETS priority mail is their bread and butter. This will be the last time I ever have anything mailed through the USPS!
Constant issues with our mail at the El Paso Sandy Creek Post Office.
Askpeople who go here because it's the only post office in the area. We try to drive further to get to any other post office when we have time. The clerk said if you don't like the attitude then you can always ship somewhere else, NOW WE DO, THANK YOU!
I have never been treated so badly as I have by this post office. The staff is just rude with attitude at this place. We've never been able to get them to answer their phone either!

…I'm completely upset with this carrier and can say I've never had a harder time with anything else - just to get my packages to me. First of all in this past month I've had 2 packages be "delivered", and yet they are not. I live in an apartment complex, with a SECURE package room. Nothing. NOT ONLY THAT, they claim u can make a handful amount of claims - but when I go to try to start one for this situation - their website doesn't work! Icing on the cake, so there goes my MONEY ON NOTHING. Their delivery don't care not one bit.

Answer: They sell them! Seriously! Packages or bundles of multiple packages are typically auctioned off when they have been labeled as "Undeliverable" for a certain amount of time, 30-60 days I presume. Personally, I believe they sabotage any and all items they can so they won't have to deal with it & packages are intentionally marked "undeliverable" when the mail carrier is either too stupid or too lazy to get it in the recipient hands. That is my opinion that I formed from too much pointless research on USPS. BUT, The packages are really auctioned off! That is a fact, not my personal opinion.
