The communication is nonexistent. You can only talk to an overseas contact center who can only use email to contact the people on the ground.
Driver turn up. Didn't get out of truck and drove off even though we were standing out the front.
Any other company or form of transportation is better than this shocking business.
My car has stone chips on the windscreen and a screatch and a chip on the drivers door that was not there. You can even check your photos from Melbourne as I watched the inspector photo the car and he felt the door Infront of me showing no chips!

I deeply regret choosing CEVA to transport my vehicles. They promised delivery by December 30, but it's now been over three weeks with no updates, calls, or explanations. The complete lack of communication and accountability is beyond frustrating. I trusted this company with an important task, and they failed to deliver in every sense. I wouldn't recommend CEVA to anyone looking for reliable vehicle transportation.

Worked OK but detail of pickup missing. Website estimates of delivery were not at all accurate. Phone discussion said Friday. Was rung Wednesday afternoon to see if I wanted to pick it up. Had already organised for Friday. When I did pick up the car it had just been washed and charged which I considered excellent service.

I have called 6 times in the last 2 weeks to try and get an answer to when my car will be delivered. To date still no confirmation. It will be 4 weeks tomorrow from when the car was picked up in QLD. Still don't know when I will get my car in VIC and I'm worried about the condition it will be in after all this time. Just so frustrated..

It was a simple pross of arranging the car to be picked up and delivered as arranged. CEVA called me timely and informed me about the delivery and that things were on track. There is nothing to fault on the delivery side, but the car was incredibly dusty and dirty, adding that small touch of washing the car done would have been awesome. Whilst I understand that this might not be possible, its the small gestures like this that makes the experience amazing.

My new Toyota 86 was delivered from CEVA Adelaide depot to their pinkenba depot, the car arrived on time and in the same condition it left. Very happy with the customer service in fact very happy with the whole experience. Thanks CEVA!

Avoid at all costs. Do not use this company. Booked car to be transported on 29/9/21 it's not 10/10/21 and still no delivery (simple transfer across Brisbane). Offshore call centre is useless. No one can give and honest timeframe or even confirm where my car is.
So many promises to by this company to provide an update and nothing. No one returns calls or emails.
Grays online car auctions recommended these idiots. Never again will I use either company again. Save your money. I could have pushed my car in the time it has taken to get a reply and still I don't have my car.
Worst customer service. Writing this review and many more so other people are spared the hassle and anxiety dealing with these morons has caused me.
DO NOT USE CEVA Logistics or CEVA Car carrying.
It was quite a easy process booking on line. I called yesterday regarding what time for pick up today, I spoke to a helpful gentleman, who initially could answer the enquiry. He found out the information and Called me straight back

Car delivered before expected arrival date, great communication, very friendly, vehicle tracking was spot on. My sister sent her car with another company and it took a month, you delivered within a two week period
My car was ground up restored and built from an original *** Toyota Celica Supra in perfect condition and transported from Perth to Sydney. *** kept me updated online with their tracker and any concerns addressed by their call centre. I used the Premium Enclosed Service and it arrived on the day stated with a friendly call from the Depot in Minto without a mark. They even covered the seat and footwells to ensure it stayed clean. The drivers genuinely cared about the cars and *** did too. Thanks again, will definitely recommend.
It was a pleasure dealing with your staff (thorough - friendly & price rite) I've dealt with 2 other carriers in the past with no complaints, the difference being good service.You were originally recommended to me via one of your drivers, originally I didn't ring you guys because I thought you were too big & possibly costly - once again pleasantly surprised thank you.
