POOR SERVICE ZERO RATING
November 15, 2023

My pkg ********************* was sent from Louisiana to an apt building in Brooklyn. Because the postman had no initiative or couldn't ring the apt buzzer, he took it upon himself to leave the box at the Chinese nail salon next door reporting that he " left it with a neighbor AS REQUESTED!" 1. It was NEVER requested to leave anything with any neighbor. 2. The recipient works from home and was ready to rceive the pkg upon delivery but of course no buzzer, no indication AT ALL that t pkg had arrived. This is just another example of the deficiency of the post office. You are led by an incompetant political hack who doesnt care AT ALL about service. There is no excuse for this POOR service. I enclose the tracking number as proof of purchase

Government Trolls
November 11, 2023

The post office allows you to order priority mail packaging products for free. They also offer them with priority mail shipping, which you pay for. I have ordered in the past for free and never received them. Thus, I started paying the priority mail fee. I placed an order 0n 10/29/23 (o*******712). The order was for stamps and the packaging products. The stamps arrived very quickly. I believe they ship out of Kansas City, MO. The priority mail envelopes are another story. According to the tracking number *********************, they have been ready to ship out of Victory Packaging since October 30,2023. Today is Veteran's Day, 11/11/23. It is extremely difficult to get customer service on-line with the USPS, but I guess I will have to try. Currently, my husband is on a walker and I use a cane. It is hard for us to get to the local post office. Having things delivered to our residence is a wonderful convenience. USPS, get with the program! Update 11/16/23 - If you want your free priority mail shipping supplies in a timely manner, call *******734 and select "supplies". You will get a real live person very quickly. After contacting Victory Packaging in Dallas, I found out that they have people that are dedicated to fulfilling the orders. They are not government employees. I think the post office dropped the ball in getting the order to Victory. I was promised that I will receive my envelopes. It was certainly more pleasant talking to the young lady I spoke with, than going through the voice mail purgatory from the USPS. As one reviewer mentioned, you cannot get an agent. I hope I get my envelopes, and I hope this bit of info is helpful to someone else. Update 12/2/23 - I have made numerous calls to Victory Packaging. Victory Packaging fulfills the orders for USPS, which they confirmed. I submitted yet another order through the USPS website. It shows that it has shipped. Yet, you look at the tracking number and it is just sitting out there, with USPS waiting for it. This is completely frustrating.

Tip for consumers:

Would like to get my envelopes

Getting mail is like pulling dense teeth!
September 24, 2023

I have experienced the worst service with the USPS since they put a new carrier on my route. I first noticed that I wasn't receiving mail about six months ago. I called and found that the carrier claimed that she wasn't delivering my mail because I have a dog. She said that I must have my front door closed even though it is screened. She agreed to deliver my mail in a specific time window daily and I agreed to have the door closed. This lasted a couple of weeks. Then, it was back to the same behavior.

Mind you, she never reported anything like being chased or anything like that because she admitted that she had not actually seen my dog when she was refusing to deliver. In fact, she admitted that she had been on the route for quite some time before seeing my dog. She just knows there is one on the premises because, as a responsible owner, I have a sign posted on my 6 foot gate. For those who may think I am being insensitive, I have a locked 6 foot fence, and my dog is always secured. My dog is indoors or locked in a kennel when I am away from home. This is not a situation where I have a dog that roams around freely in my front yard. In fact, one would not encounter my dog unless they opened a locked gate and entered my yard or walked inside my home.

This mail person will now put in messages stating that she could not deliver mail because her path was impeded or that she could not access the residence. These are outright lies. For instance, one day a message was left stating that she could not gain access to the residence on the same day that a priority mail package was left on the porch by a second delivery person.

I have a camera that captures her passing my residence; then I get a notification from Amazon minutes later stating that she could not deliver a package because she could not gain access to the residence when the fact is that she did not even bother to bring the package with her.

Every time I complain, the service just gets worse. If I try to speak with the carrier directly, I get an I can't talk to you ma'am. I could understand this reaction if I had ever been rude or belligerent with the carrier, but that is not the case. Although I am starting to think that someone of her ilk would better understand such behavior. The supervisors have been great. I have gone down to the office and spoken with a couple of them on the phone, but I know there is only so much they can do. This is who is assigned to my route. It is what it is, and she is not the only one who delivers substandard service on this route since our older carrier retired. He provided great service even with health issues.

This is just a lazy, inconsiderate carrier who has the benefits of being in a position where not much can be done about her malfeasance. She delivers when she feels like it. I heard talk of getting rid of the USPS a few years ago and thought to myself what would we do without a delivery system. But the fact is that some of us are already making due without one. To give you more of a perspective of the situation, I regularly receive deliveries from Amazon (the packages that are not routed through the USPS), FedEx, and UPS. The deliveries are seamless and placed right on my porch without incident. In fact, for eight years I received my USPS without a problem. Now, I guess we have to adjust to post pandemic service from the USPS which in Detroit means adjusting to no service at all! I don't bother calling anymore because there is no point. I included a couple of pictures of the front of my home so that you know that I my home is not akin to the Adam's Family residence!

Priority mail tracking number, **************69192 - Delayed
August 30, 2023

**************192 - This priority box was mailed out on 26 Aug and the promised date on the receipt to arrive was on 28 Aug in Baltimore, MD; however, we just checked and it just arrived at 2:00 pm EDT. The content in the box were two loaves of homemade bread with vegetables. I hoped that my daughter will not get poisoned eating those bread since it arrived so late and the content was annotated as perishable. Hope that there is an improvement with the Post Office mail processing by following the promised date as stated in the receipt.
Unhappy Customer from Texas.

USPS CDL Driver
May 22, 2023

Nobody is safe *******@unitedstatespostalservice your CDL drivers need a review. I was just minding my own business on my way down turner diagnal. I stopped at the light and saw one of your drivers in my rear view mirror. The driver was extremely close to my bumper. I proceeded to scoot forward, however the driver decided to stay on my bumper. Mind you I have a four month old in the backseat. I lost it at this point and yelled out the window. "YOU CAN SCOOT BACK!" He decided to yell back at me. I couldn't understand what he was saying. I was very close to stepping out my car. However I decide to take pictures instead. The drivers license plate was from Tennessee. He had to be either black or African. He sped off after I was trying to take a picture of his license plate. Standard regularion for truck distance is at least 10 feet between cars. He was extremely close! He was close enough to where all i could see was his headlights.
