I am totally new to UPayCard. I had a lot of questions. It was a productive chat session. Thank you for being patient with my many questions.
She's always helped me in all i asked... Not just copy and paste and send me whatever the site has... Because not all time one can understand exactly what its needed.
She was very patient when I got frustrated and repeated herself in different ways. We were finally able to handle the issue together, and she even remembered me enough to remind me of something she suggested in the past. Good job.
John was great. Very helpful with my request, and very knowledgable. He also helped expedite my request to the proper department, so I'll have an answer by the end of the day.

Everything worked quickly and well. If I have any questions they almost immediately connects me to a friendly, helpful staff.
Once KYC passed, it's very nice and easy to use it and use your money! Best way to send money to friend with all the currency available!
A lot of functionality, crypto currencies, good customer support service. Maybe a bit strict on risk. Also their cards has high limits and works good
UPayCard is the worst service I've ever used...
At first they want photos of your passport and utility bill. Okay, that wasn't suspicious so I sent them.
Then if you want to load money from your card you'll need to verify it:
1) a mini-deposit less than $1
2) photos of both sides of your card + a written consent
You can't do anything with UPayCard account so believe me you'll send it too.
The most interesting is that different people from their support team want different things from you: some of them are sure that you don't need to send all documents, the others are saying the opposite. Eventually you lose your time and wait, wait, wait as their Department in Charge constantly "doesn't work now so you'll receive a message from us in 3(!) business days."
Finally they let you load your money and begin to demand other documents: your selfie, a bank account, etc.
I was very surprised that they didn't have many reviews in the Internet but now I'm simply sure that they're just IDENTITY THIEVES! They want your data, your money, your personality! AVOID THEM!
This is worst. Full of errors. Blocking customers from doing transaction for a full day for their fault also.

ALL THE TIME POOR QUAILIY / NOT CLEARLY VISIBLE ETC.
DON'T USE THIS SERVICE.
To be honest, at first I encountered issues with the document verification. My documents were denied 1 time due to poor lighting and not fully showing all 4 corners of my License ID, which was true. However, after I corrected the mistake and resubmitted my documents, it was verified. Now Today Currently I am actively using UPayCard for mainly PayPal Deposit, Bitcoin Transactions, and Currency Exchange. If this company continues to keep these options available for United States residents, I will continue to use their service and be a Very Happy Customer:)
Also I wish UPayCard would add Paypal withdrawals. If they do, it would be extremely easy for me, as I use Paypal for majority of my Business transactions. Please consider implementing this, thanks!
[Update]: I see many reviews about people having bank issues, I suggest avoiding using bank deposits and withdrawals. If you can, use one of their alternative methods to fund your UPayCard account. Yes, there may be fees involved but from my personal experience it is very fast and convenient. If you still don't trust this company after a bad experience, I fully understand. I myself am still testing out how this company goes. Will update if any issues arise.
[Update 2]: Seems that UPayCard has yet again removed their option for Paypal Deposits/Withdrawals. Because of this inconvenience, I'm down-rating this review to 3 stars. Hopefully this company will get it together... Not a satisfied customer.
[Update 3]: Unfortunately they do not accept US Clients anymore... Disappointing!
Please stay away from this company, they will steal your information. I found suspicious activity on my bank cards after uploading my documents on their site. They will give you the run around as to why your documents haven't been approved only to get more information from you. Please stay away if you'd like to keep your ID and money safe.
The verification is easy if you are following the instructions given by the system. They have a plenty of loading and withdrawal options. The fees are good
