I have bought a ton of great items inn the cheap through these guys. Shipping is always fast and if a return is ever needed, they are speedy and helpful with that too. I highly recommend.

Purchased product October 2014. Arrived two weeks later. Tablet that does not work! No wi-fi capability, even though it is advertised as having wi-fi capability. Returned product. Still no replacement. No credit. NOTHING! I have contacted them ten times via the website under my "case" number. No response. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.

Sells defective product with the hope you will not notice it until the warranty is up and do not use Paypal they are part of the problem and possibly part of the scam, they will not back you up like they claim.

I have been buying stuff from them since 2008 and I don't know why. It looks good, but 7 out of 10 times it is not. And then 1/2 the time, you get the wrong item or wait a month for it. And they give a whole new meaning to customer service. Because you get anything but service. Your only recourse is to pay with PayPal and file a complaint through them. They are afraid of PayPal because I think a lot of their business is done through them. I complain to them and you get nothing. Complain through PayPal and you get a response in 24 hours. Never again will I buy from them, well at least until the next time when I will try them again and then get mad at myself when I get crap or nothing.

I have bought a few things off Yugster and have been satisfied till now. I received a Bee Bop Blue tooth speaker and the battery will not charge. I have sent an Email twice so I can return it but have had no reply, it's going on two weeks. So I used to be happy with them, now, not so much.

I ordered a keychain phone charger on Nov 13th. Received an email on Nov 18th that the item was shipped. A week later the tracking # stated that just the label was printed. I emailed Yugster on Nov 28th and received a response.

THESE YugHeads [also call them YugMugs becaus their Mug Shots belong on the Police Station wall next to the Level 3 Sex Offenders], have had the wrong billing and shipping info on my account for months. They shipped $90+ to the wrong place, but billed my account OK. After months they Finally Refunded my money [only to have it stuck in Limbo in a closed Cap One Account. I TOLD the YugMonkeys that acct CLOSED and asked them to put on a different card, but NO they don't care about Customers. I have reported the problem repeatedly, and they always investigate and deem the issue resolved, They obviously never even looked at my account! They initially blamed a computer glitch that was only temporary, just affected a few accounts, and was fixed right away, Big Pile of BS, as MY account is still $#*!ed!

Sells very poor quality merchandise and will not RMA. Gamble if you want... 'what you buy is what you get' should be the acronym.

If you want to take a chance on the cheapest Chinese knockoff, this is you!

Never ever buy from YUGSTER.COM they never have new items, all of them are used or refurbished. Have a hard time with them.
Even it sounds good price thou will end up and pay a lot more.

They took my order two times, charged my credit card and did not have product to ship. They cancelled my first order without providing any reason and I had to fight for a long time to get my refund. The second order was never shipped because they did not have any product.
Communication was terrible! Never again. Buyer beware!

“Ordered a backpack from Yugster over a month ago and still have not received it. After I emailed customer service the first time I was told they would "look into" the matter. 23 days later no response. I emailed them again showing my purchase, billing, and shipping info to ask for an update or a refund and the service agent closes my complaint without resolving anything at all. He does not even tell me if anything has changed. I have ordered from Yugster before and got items so I do not understand why they are unwilling to help. I would not recommend Yugster as they can not be trusted.”

Ordered a Cree XML-T6 LED flashlight. Ad clearly states "Operates via 1 x ******* Li-ion rechargeable battery (included)", but mine arrived without any batteries. When I contacted Customer Support about the error, they responded with the RIDICULOUS claim that I was confused and that the ad states the batteries are NOT INCLUDED. The ad is still on their website, stating that the batteries are included, for God's sake! Obviously, these are special batteries (Li-ion rechargeable), NOT ones you'd just have lying around the house. Now I have this completely useless flashlight. I have requested a refund, but I'm not holding my breath. Looks like classic "bait and switch". I plan to report Yugster to my state's Consumer Affairs Department. I know it won't accomplish anything for me, but maybe if there are enough complaints, other consumers will at least be aware and avoid getting scammed like I did.
Other smaller details: when Yugster responded to my complaint, they didn't email it to me; it was put on my account on their website. They didn't even email me to notify me that I had a message from them, so over a week passed before I signed onto my Yugster account (to send yet another complaint) and saw their lame response.
Item (flashlight) was mailed in nothing more than a bubble envelope! The flimsy box it had been in was completely crushed. NOTHING else in the envelope----no invoice, no NOTHING. Of course, I can't check to see if the flashlight was damaged in transit BECAUSE I DON'T HAVE ANY BATTERIES FOR IT!

Bought cell phone for Freedom pop, phone does not work well, notified three times e mail, there was one initial reponse after that no response, called the customer service stated that I have to go through email. Dragging feet, do not want to give refund, would not advise to buy from this site.

I have been purchasing and recommending youngster for 7+ years (60+ Orders). Customer responsiveness and satisfaction is high on my list of companies that I recommend. I have had three occasions to contact them regarding customer service. I have found that emailing them to resolve these issues to be a bit frustrating because I have been not been contacted in a timely manner. I have however contacted them by phone and the issues immediately resolved. Money refunded and product received. Customer service representatives was courteous, apologetic, and more importantly I was not talked down to and they patiently listen to my issues.

I am currently retired and instruct beginners on how to use computers, tablets and smart phones. I would not jeopardize my income, friendship or business by recommending a company that did not provide excellent customer service.

As for quality, remember, you get what you pay for. As for price try searching other websites for exactly the same product and you will usually find YUGSTER the lowest.

Been a good customer for a while. They sell cheap gadgets and junk from China. 10 cents worth of items you pay a lot for it. When it comes to return, they are notorius in replying emails. Does not display telephone numbers anywhere to contact them. Finally I unscubscribed from their emails. Haaaaaaaaaa peaceful now.

Yugster is the place to go for neat, interesting and WOW items. I shop multiple times weekly and have introduced friends and family to the web site. The prices for the items are cheap and the items are unique. I always find something that I want.
