I have been ordering from Yugster for quite some time now and have had no problems with their customer service. I even ordered a refurb Ipad and it came to me still "locked" from the previous owner (who happened to be a school) so the admin access was required. Spoke with the customer service, sent the Ipad back and they resent me a new one that worked just fine. I'm really sorry to hear some people have not had a good experience with Yugster, but I really like their site.

My order history shows since 2009 I've place 31 orders, many of which contained multiple items. I have never had an issue with the orders. I understand before ordering that most items are not covered by the manufacturer's warranty, but by a shorter Yugster warranty. My last purchase was for 2 Fitbits with a 60 day warranty from Yugster. I purchased one of those flexible hoses last summer that leaked around every connection. Yugster credited my account and I didn't have to send the item back. I check out the website once a week looking for that cheap bargain that I wouldn't purchase at full price. I always check Amazon for rating and prices on them before I ever order. You can't beat the prices on HDMI cables, chargers, antennas and lots of other bargains. Still surprised at the low ratings.

My experience with Yugster has been excellent for the past three years. I've ordered 20 items over the last 3 years, including watches, bluetooth speakers, fitness trackers, sheets, furniture, gloves, phone cases and assorted other merchandise. I've received every item I ordered, usually quickly (shipping times have speeded up a lot in 2016). On most of the items, the quality has been excellent. And on some of the items, such as watches, the deals are simply amazing - far lower than anywhere else on the internet. But like anything else, you have to shop well. My first purchase was a mechanical watch that was being sold for $450 at other internet merchants, I paid $45. The item was not counterfeit, it still works perfectly. The gloves I ordered were shipped in the wrong size, when I contacted customer service, they shipped me two more pairs of the same gloves for free (still in the wrong size but they made great gifts) and they refunded my original purchase. I did not even ask them to do that. So I do not understand all these negative reviews, as my experience has been very positive.

Bought a VR headset WITH remote. Got the package with no remote. Called the company. Was told they'd contact the distributor. Never heard back. Called again 2 weeks later. Was told they were "out of stock". I get am email saying they refunded $8.97 "per your request". I never requested any refund, much less a portion of what I paid. Called again and was told by Nicole that she found a remote on Amazon, so that's why I was refunded a portion for the remote, because I too could order one from Amazon.com. When I pointed out the headset was useless without the remote, Nicole said it'd be a 15% restocking fee! Then she emailed saying she would waive the fee "this one time" What a joke.

I saw a sale on their site for memory foam pillows, but emailed them to ask if they were shredded foam or one block of memory foam. They replied 2 weeks later stating that it was shredded foam.
So I proceeded to buy memory foam pillows from these guys and what I received was not memory foam and when I brought this to their attention they refused to refund me the money. Instead they asked me to prove to them by sending them pictures of pillow tags-of which I did. DO NOT SPEND A CENT ON ANYOF THEIR PRODUCTS THAT LOOK TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE.
THESE LOW LIFE SCUM BAGS LACK BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE.
