Good Customer Service

I purchased some Powerbeats2 headphones from here and they sent me the wrong ones. I emailed customer service over the weekend and they got back to me first thing Monday morning. They asked me to send product back. I sent it back and they gave me a full refund within a couple of days after they received item back.

Out of about a dozen purchases I made from this site, only one item actually was worth the money. Avoid waiting your money with this company. These people will not help you if you have a problem. Shame on you Yugster!

I ordered a laptop from this company and when I received it the "m" key did not work.
I submitted a request to return the item. I returned it via UPS and now the item according to Yugster support has not been received. According to the UPS tracking number that I provided them it shows that the item was received. Yet Yugster support closed the case and is not refunding my money or sending me a replacement laptop.

Overpriced Junk!

I bought a set of 500 thread count sheen sheets for $35.00 from this website, (which I found on the site "Brad's Deals" which is a fantastic site). When I washed the sheets for the second time they began to unravel. Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I just threw the sheets away rather then dealing with their excuses. Go to their website and look at all the bad reviews. This is one of the worst companies on the internet. STAY AWAY from this company and don't give them a penny of your hard earned cash.

This was the last in a long series of complaints I sent to Yugster, regarding non-delivery of the Mystery Outdoor Tool Bag:

Still waiting for delivery. We'll see if it arrives today, the outside window of the stated delivery window.
Let me state my opinion about Yugster:

THE WORST ONLINE SHOPPING EXPERIENCE EVER.

I average $200+ in monthly online purchases from Amazon, REI and others each month. This was my first and LAST with Yugster. Ordered at the beginning of May. Paid for the day ordered. Shipped on June 6. And 12 days later still not delivered. Heck. I could have friggin walked from Salt Lake to Texas by now.

Any satisfaction my purchase may have given is long gone. And it will be given, unopened to our maintenance man

But here's the fun part. I'm gonna share this pathetic story with my facebook friends, my hundreds of LinkedIn contacts, Yelp, etc. and ask them to forward it to their networks. Ever hear of exponential expansion in your prepper rural Utah home-schooling experience? I doubt it.

Let's see how much damage to to brand and revenue stream one really pissed ex-customer can do because you friggin pinheads can't fulfill a single $15 order. A-Holes.

To hell with yugster, 90 percent of you reviewers sound like whiny little toddlers that didn't get their way. Grow up! How am i supposed to take any of you kids serious when you whine more about your feelings getting hurt then about the actual service or product and what actually went wrong? At this point it has snowballed completely out of control. The next guy is just following what the last guy said instead of having an actual opinion of his own. I have never had the amount of problems you people have had with yugster or any online company. I guess im just really really really lucky or most of these reviews of yugster are flat out lies that people got paid to write or sadly they have nothing else in their pathetic lives then to bad mouth online companies.

Funny the first review posted says it all for me. Thanks Laurence M... now i know why i had so much issues with the customer service dept... from utah?! Actually after they said they would refund money i said keep it because they are thieves and i wont ever do business with them again... my recommendation if you do business with them, hope that they ship you the quantity you ordered because if they dont you'll never get a replacement even if its for sale again on the site within 24 hrs. Their business practices are below sub standard. And customer service although nice... do ZERO!

They make you go through hurdles to contact them for customer service and in reply they send you a "ticket number". And that's the last you will hear from them. In case you want to "unsubscribe" them, don't worry, their prices are not that special; try a price comparison website.

Funny, but I thought folks from Utah were honest people.

I purchase a package that contain 2 items in the descripition state 2 items per the package. The website show as 2 -pack inwhich would imply 2 packages to total four items. The customer service personal (Janae) was horrible.and unprofessional.If using this site be very careful.

Ordered a chair that was uploaded with the wrong tracking number called on 3-1=16 after ordering a chair on 2-27-16 and was told that a new TRACKING number would be given, never received it, Had to write a nasty comment on Facebook to get a response, STILL NO CHAIR. OR TRACKING NUMBER the lady Schultz is a real piece of work. I i went off on her in a email and she was surprised, it has been almost a month, fedex says it was delivered it hasn't been delivered. And i cannot for the life of me understand why they have an attitude, was suppose to get another tracking number, still waiting, fed ex is investigating, THE NERVE OF THIS COMPANY TRYING TO SCOLD ME FOR SENDING THEM A NASTY EMAIL REALLY, AFTER PAYING FOR AND NEVER RECEIVING MY CHAIR! I ordered Hotel Lexington 2200 Series ORGANIC BAMBOO Bed Sheets. They arrived today over a month from my order date. They are 100% POLYESTER and extremely thin. I cry Bulls***t. I never ever would have wasted my money on polyester sheets.
I just filed a help order with Yugster today. BUT,,,,

I ordered something else that did not come with an important part. I filed a help order with Yugster and have had no response. I did contact the seller and hope to receive the part in the mail.

BUYER BEWARE. Will never order from this site again.

After waiting more than 2 weeks for delivery and everday checking the shipping status that read "preparing for shipment" I cancelled my order in a customer service im chat. 2 days later the package arrives after cancelling. Emailed yugster to get return authorization - they never emailed me back. Today I did the im chat to get a return authorization. Yugster claims to have sent me an email for the return on 2/25 - never received it. Now they're saying they don't have anything in their database showing I requested to return so they have my return listed as "changed mind". I'll have to pay to return the item and a 15% restocking fee - WTH.

There is not real help at yugster - it's all a sham. Be advised you will be stuck with a product or have to pay to return it - PRODUCTS FROM YUGSTER ARE NOT A DEAL - you will pay retail if not more by the time you finish dealing with them. Yugster is a TIME WASTER and remains UNACCOUNTABLE.

The title doesn't sound true does it? Well, yugsters return policy says to submit a request within 14 days of receiving shipment. The HP Pavilion X2 Convertible arrived and I immediately tried to power it on but it won't. I submitted a ticket with yugster and requested a return, and 7 days later they're still saying that they can't process the return because their supplier hasn't responded. I don't know why they have to wait for the supplier since me, the customer, is requesting to return it. It's shady that they don't offer return instructions/address publicly, and instead make you wait for them to provide it.

Super slow shipping. I'm afraid of the quality of the two wireless PS3 controllers I purchased. How does it take nine days before you even ship out two measly controllers? My daughters are constantly asking if/when they'll arrive. Still a week + yet!

It is absolutely terrible, we ordered and iphone case it took 3 weeks to get here. Phonecall after phonecall they never answer, they also said we could return 21 days after we got there product, they didnt answer for 21 days

First of all there are some deals to be had at Yugster for sure but check other stores before you buy. I found many of the same items cheaper at other stores. Then there is this. Shop at your own risk and never buy the junk box that is supposed to be worth at least what you pay. I was also supposed to get extra items if I bought before noon (which I did.) I never got the extra items, then spent weeks with "Customer Service" to resolve it. I got a duplicate of a $2 item I already had and clearly listed in the support ticket along with a couple of items not worth a dollar each. Not worth the $15 I paid by any stretch of the imagination. I was blown off by Customer Service by them closing my support ticket as resolved. I finally found a number to call and was told a $5 Yugster credit towards a future purchase was all they could do. Like I would want to buy anything else from them without being satisfied with my last purchase and their unprofessional demeanor. The customer service representative was very condescending too. She talked down to me like I was a child. This "Company" obviously needs a lesson in understanding the costs of customer acquisition verses customer retention. It makes no good business sense to lose a customer over $15 but that was their choice. Frustrated, I asked to speak with a manager I was told none were available and all I could have was an email address, no phone number. This was one of the worst Customer Service experiences I have ever had. So buyer beware. I will never shop here again.

Bought my husband a laptop for xmas. The charger that was sent with the laptop is not the correct charger. After borrowing another charger we charged the laptop and it does not work. Xmas day I sent an email to yugster and got an auto reply I would hear from them in 48 hours. 2 weeks later I contacted them again and got this response from them: "I will need to contact our supplier about this and I will get back to you once I hear back. Also, the reason we have not responded to your request sooner, is because each time you send an email, our system will think that you have been assisted and place your ticket the back of the line,. Please only send one email and allow us time to respond to you. If you send multiple email's in that does not help you in getting faster service". So you can only complain ONE TIME or you get thrown in the back of the bus despite the fact I've been waiting several weeks for an answer when they promised 48 hours I'm still not allowed to ask again even giving them my assigned ticket number. NEVER AGAIN!

Yugster new years box is bull$#*!, what a crock of garbage. If your thinking about buying a junkbox, don't waste your money. I live in south Florida. I received a bag no box, ok then I got a thermal ice scraper, a mens money credit card holder, mens hat and winter hat and lmens gloves. Like HELLO I AM A WOMAN. NOT A GUY! And single too and I live in South Florida I get a complete set for ice cold area, how dumb are they. They hype it up, you're telling family how great you are, way wrong. I really can say that their or things are mosptply good Don't get me wrong I do buy things that are fine Other anything else are great deals, so far so good but this garbage ba. G oh I mean is like getting slapped, I am in Uttar shock. Don't hype about the boxes that has great stuff in them.

Like many have said before me, if I could give them zero stars I would. Worse experience ever! I ordered a cell phone for my son for Christmas. It was supposed to be a GSM unlocked phone. Instead they sent me a Verizon phone. I have tried to contact customer service. It does not exist. I have still haven't heard from them so I can get the correct phone or at least my money back. I'm thinking about selling the phone to get some of my money back, but after reading some of these reviews I wonder if the phone is even any good. I will never buy from a company I don't know again without checking on the reviews for it first.
