I bought a refurb power washer from them that did not work. The manufacture ghosted me about the issue, but Until Gone took care of it right away. I have purchased several other things with no problems and on time shipping. I will continue to buy from them.

I have been doing business with Until gone for close to two years. I have never been disappointed in anything I have purchased. They stand behind their products and quickly refund anything damaged or broken. We have saved a lot of money on this site and gotten some really great products! We have bought a lot of things from the store.

The table lamp was a touch lamp with two places to charge your phones. The chargers don't work. I was using it for a gift

Actually, it's 4 and a half stars. Only because nobody's perfect. As with everything a glitch can happen. After many orders through, Until Gone there was a defective item in a very large order. Until Gone's customer service department immediately got on top of the problem and made sure it was corrected completely and to my satisfaction. The selection is good, the products are good, the prices are great and above all the customer service is fantastic! They may not be perfect, but I get a feeling that they are working as hard as they can to try and be!
The product i received from the Mystery Box is not even worth what I paid for it. There was a Ipad and a heated jacket that was the main gift you can win. One item was broken because of the packaging it came in.
I've bought a few things now. All have been great deals. The first order seemed too good to be true. But I rolled the dice after doing some research. I am glad I did. Obviously, like many websites, some deals are better than others. But I've been happy with all Mt purchases thus far.
