Was shipped the wrong color of an item I purchased. Its been weeks of countless emails back an forth. Truly the worst customer service I have ever dealt with from an on line business.
After asking this untilgone.com for a refund for items I was not pleased with, they were very helpful and refunded my money to my original form of payment. Company stands behind refund policy. To me, that is a mark of a good company!
Until gone is legit. I've bought several things here and they have been shipped quickly and are really good deals.
Umm for what I Paid for the junkbox at a time on clearance $10 normally I think maybe $30. It would have been more worth it if maybe I was a girl. It had a few types of items somewhat useful I guess not really a big loss for 10 bucks so give it a try!
I have been using this site for several years and find the products offered to be very good and priced good.
They have fair prices, and ship fairly quick, but the quality is not always the best. One of the items I ordered arrived and did not work I tried to return but apparently I waited too long because the return was unsuccessful. (1 week).
Until Gone has very unique finds. I love to search and get great ideas for my home and to give gifts to others.

Get all kinds of things you need! Great site and fast shipping! The last order I had was an NFL sweatshirt for a xmas present, great price. I also purchased a great refurbished Dell computer which I'm using right now. A great buy.
I'm happy with what I ordered, but did have issues with the delivery. After the product did not get here by the due date, I reviewed the tracking of the shipment to find out that it was sitting at a Fedex facility for 4 days. Having brought this to the attention of untilgone's customer service, they inquired with Fedex, & a couple of days later I received my product
Always find a great deal here. Customer service was very helpful as well, resolving a matter with a missing piece of item.
$22. Item in unopened package, so can be resold, costs $12. To return and they won't even provide a return label! I call this a "ripoff" so buyer beware!
I've purchased several products through Until Gone and by and large, been satisfied with most of them. I do double check that the special price is in fact lower than normal market value and it almost always is. I've recommended it to friends.
Until Gone is a successor to a previous business, Yours Until Gone (or YUG). I don't know if it was sold or what. Both businesses sold a wide range of products, from electronics to clothing to furniture---you name it. YUG had real bargains, but the quality of the staff was often sketchy and they didn't offer refunds or replacements. I drifted away.
Then I started noticing the new company and I noticed an air mattress on sale at a very good price. I needed one (they always seem to develop leaks), so I figured I'd try it. It looked good, worked fine, and, after many uses, hasn't developed a leak. That encouraged me to try more and I've bought at least 3 other items that all seem good to me. The prices range from nicely discounted to really deeply discounted. I now regularly browse through the emails they send to look for the next great deal.
Every so often, Until Gone offers something I always wanted but didn't want to pay full retail. On those occasions I am so happy I waited. Thank you Until Gone. On the rare occasion a mistake was made, they have always found a way to make it all better.

I found this site while searching for something. I don't remember what- but I have been ordering ever since. I have gotten things I need for much less than retail. I have also found things to give as gifts and also to make life easier. But mostly I like getting the Junk Box.It's just a box of stuff you may like or not and it's always a surprise. Sometimes it's totally and eye roll and useless but sometimes it's a "wow I needed one of those!" Like anything in life It is what you make of it! Just get the Junk Box! It might be a night light and and HDMI cable- again- but since I get those things in the Junk Box I will never again be left without HDMI when I hook up a new device!
I should also mention that I ordered an electronic once and it was broken (DOA) I chatted with CS and they helped and when we couldn't fix the item they initiated a return and refund. I have ordered a lot and only had to return one thing. Helpful customer service is always going to get a 5 stars from me!
