Have taken advantage of their deals on hard to find and/or unusual products for the past 2-3 years. If there ever was an issue, they promptly responded and made it right with me. Have proven themselves honest and trustworthy. I cannot say the same for many other "deal" sites out there. Give them a chance, and you may also become a regular customer.
I love using UntilGone.com and have been pleased with the products and even happier at the prices! Also, excellent customer service with quick responses on any questions and I did have an issue with an item and my money was immediately returned without question and no wait! Definitely recommend using this site!
I've been shopping this site for awhile now and absolutely love it. If you watch your p's and q's you can score some exceptionally good deals. When my fiance is looking for a bargain on something in particular he always asks if I've checked Until Gone first lol! He absolutely loves the weighted blanket I gave him last year for his birthday (he gets A LOT of gifts from Until Gone) and I love the 1000 thread count sheets... my bed is sooooo comfy. The only downside might be them selling out popular products FAST... you snooze, you lose so check your emails.
We love our Shark DuoClean. It works great on hardwood floors, and the lift away is very nice for the staircase.

Until Gone is always quick to please & make your purchase right, the only thing you have to do is look at the wording on the item you're about to purchase, and if you have any doubts confirm it with an associate who can see it. They are the Best On-Line Company around. I have several experiences with them & am quite pleased.

I purchased several items with Untilgone on two occasions. First was a toy for my daughter and the toy broke the first time we tried using it. I attempted a return and was never given a return number or official instruction. It was cheap so I let it go and threw the toy away. The second time last month purchased a Sonic Toothbrush for my daughter and it Never held a charge and stopped working a week later. I initiated the return process and got denied due to 32 days after receiving shipment. You MUST check your products quickly. Their customer service is absent for legal returns and quick to deny any other returns. Poor business operations and Poor quality products. I strongly do NOT recommend doing business with UntilGone.
I ordered a "Spin" bike that supposedly retailed for $600+ and paid $399 + tax. When I received it (Costway Go Plus) I looked it up on line and it sold on Amazon, Walmart, Target, etc. for about $250 and was on the Costway site for $256.95 and had a retail price of $399! WHAT A RIP OFF! I'll never buy from them again.
I like this site a lot. The prices are great. The items are good quality. The one thing that needs improvement is the tracking of shipped items. I always receive notice of shipments but sometimes tracking is not attainable.
Once you buy it forget about refund, credit or understanding circumstances... bought 2 refurbished coffee pots, never worked from day one... didn't use them right away so when I did the 60 or 90 days were up, they didn't care
On February 17,2020 I purchased the Roomba automatic vacuum from UntilGone.com with the intent of using it when the carpeting was installed in my living room. The install was supposed to happen the first week in March. Because of Covid-19, the install was delayed and completed this week (June 30.)
I was excited to set up the vacuum and attempted to charge the unit. After a half hour of the unit beeping and displaying warning lights, I called the iRobot customer care, and went through a series of tasks over the phone. The iRobot Customer Care representative ascertained that there is no original serial number on the unit and where the model number should be, there is a blank space. The battery in the unit is defective and is a battery for the 500 series unit. The unit I was shipped is a 600 series Roomba.
The iRobot Customer Care representative informed me that the unit was most likely used or refurbished and told me the unit would work properly with a new battery. Fine, I said, "I'll buy a new battery," but then I was told the battery cost is $99.99! If the unit had an actual serial number and model number, they could have sent me the battery for free, but the unit UntilGone.com sent me has been pieced together with various parts. The company advertised and sold a used/refurbished item under the guise of being new. The serial number and model numbers had been removed from the item prior to being shipped from the company.
I completed the online form for customer support with this request, and received an unsatisfactory answer citing their 30-day return policy. While I am aware of this policy, I do not believe it releases the company from their obligation to advertise or sell previously owned or refurbished products as used, or at the very least, not new. I also was unable to use the product within this 30-day time frame because my floor installation was not completed on time due to Covid-19 closures and the contractor being forced to reschedule.
So far, the company has refused to refund my $130.

Purchased sweat pants, did not fit. Took a few weeks to get a return authorization, with that shipped back and they received it. I asked for a credit back. They said they must check with there supplier. So right now they have there product back have not sent money back.
