Every year we buy the white elephant mystery gifts and bring them to a white elephant gift exchange. They are always the top sought after item. Even we don't know what's in them.

I buy from the site on a regular basis I do double check mysavings. And as life goes sometimes a package gets sent wrong but the best thing about it is they take care of it and they follow up.

Ordered a vaccum cleaner that is advertised for home, indoor outdoor and car use. Only has a car charger plug in capability, so how exactly am I supposed to use this for my home? I reached out to refund and they stated I had to pay for my shipping label since I "changed" my mind. I did not change my mind, I couldn't use the product for what I intended to! Horrible customer service or lack of service. They were very defensive and ugly about everything. Stay far away from this site!

Refunded me for a misleading product claim. I see that others have complained that there is no customer support and the company does not back up the products they sell. That was not my experience. I did explain why the product did not live up to expectations and could see how UntilGone had been mislead by the manufacturer.

Until Gone always has great deals and fun stuff to buy. It also has unusual items as well that are fun to have. I also love their Junk Boxes. It is fun ordering one and not knowing what items I may get. It's fun to have a box full of surprises and I have always had at least 1 or 2 items that have been really nice to have!
I never whats next but it is always good and great prices. So far everything has been delivered quickly and very happy so far.
