Okay in my previous comment I was really upset, but after continually getting in touch with Until It's Gone support they figured out the problem. It seems their supplier gave them the wrong fedex tracking number. I got the new tracking number and my sewing machine was shipped out on the day that Until it's gone said it was. I got my machine yesterday and it was a new one not a refurbished and it came in the original Brother box. My machine is wonderful. I love it.

I ordered 4 of these wireless EarPods (not apple products) as gifts and they wouldn't return the items even though not a single one worked. The worse response I've ever received from a company like this & Ive been a very regular customer. Super sad business model to sell products and not back them up I won't order from them again.

Ordered 2 & love them! Delivery was quick- although they arrived a day apart. I checked with customer service about that... Vanessa responded quickly & even double checked to make sure the 2nd chair arrived the following day. My boyfriend had no trouble with assembly. They are sturdy & comfie (He is over 200lbs) They do come with umbrellas- we are Sun people so they are not pictured... but easy to put on. Price was great- I compared to many other stores/sites. ($100 less or more) Very pleased with chairs & very satisfied with my first purchase from Until Gone. Thanks!

I ordered two chains in sterling silver. They arrived looking very different from the photos on the website. They were cheap enough in price that I wrote it off and thought I would re-gift them. I then noticed they were stuck to a magnet on my desk! Stuck hard! I called to complain that they were selling base metal with nickel as sterling silver. They seemed to be quite aware of that fact and gave me a refund. What they didn't give me was an apology.

They will not refund laptops and computers no longer supported by security updates. Look into the operating system's age and how long updates will continue being supported or you'll get stuck with a refurbished laptop that is vulnerable to attacks and malware.

Good luck remedying any issues that arise, they'll clap their hands and back away like a blackjack dealer taking a smoke break.

If only I could rate this 0 stars! I recently ordered a back pack from UntilGone.com and had it shipped to my daughter's address. When I arrived 6 weeks later the package contained a knitted Christmas stocking. I contacted the company, told them of the mistake and they refuse to correct the issue claiming the 'warranty' period had expired. This is not a warranty issue, it is a fulfillment/shipping issue. This company cannot be trusted to stand behind their products nor process.

This website is a complete scam. I placed an order for a "Dyson Super Sonic Hair Dryer". Upon arrival of receiving the product I had multiple red flags telling me that this was a counterfeit product. One of those indicators being that it did not include a ground fault circuit interrupter on the electrical plug - which has been required by all manufacturers since 1991. After an attempt to register the product I was then informed by Dyson themselves that the serial number had been used multiple times and was flagged as being counterfeit. Upon multiple attempts to receive a return label, they completely have ghosted me. I filed a claim with the BBB that this company is selling unsafe counterfeit products and not giving access to returns or refunds - even though their policy states that returns are accepted within the stated amount of time. I will NEVER buy from here again and HIGHLY recommend you spend a little extra money to get a product that is actually what it says it is. This has been the biggest disappointment and I am at a loss of $300 for considering that no one has gotten a return label to me. They claimed that I had to wait 24 hours for them to get it from their "supplier". This website is a crock of fake phony crap. BUYER BEWARE.

Update 1/16/2020 - after filing a dispute with my credit card company, I received an email hours later from Until Gone issuing me my refund and a few days after that, sending me a return label. Overall, I still am upset that I was sold a counterfeit product that was advertised as authentic Dyson and I question if I would've received my refund if I hadn't been persistent. I am glad my issue has been resolved as I desired it to be, but I won't be using this site again for the fact of not true product and hard to get a hold of Customer Service.

I ordered some shirts in size Large. They were not manufactured/sized correctly, as they were too small. (I have a closet full of size large shirts, and even a few mediums that fit me) I contacted the support department, and asked for either an exchange to the next larger size, or a refund. They were not willing to help me, claiming I had "changed my mind" about my order. I place about 50 orders monthly thru Amazon (and other internet sites), and have NEVER had such poor customer support. They lost me as a customer on my first order. "Caveat Emptor" (let the buyer beware)
