Bought a $40 watch from Until(Your Money is)Gone. It came in a small envelope, no box all the way from China. The metal watchband was corroded and the display impossible to see. Set up a refund request... nope no refunds only an exchange. In other words, you can wait weeks for another crappy product to come from China. By the way, their refund process is identical to another site that sells junk from China, OverHalfOff. Their support system is non-existent so don't hold your breath waiting. You can find out the hard way or avoid buying from them, I know that is what I am going to do.

I had read some unflattering reviews for Until Gone. I ordered a very inexpensive kitchen item (Pro Peeler) to see if the company would send everything as noted on the item list. I received the Pro Peeler 2-Pack within one week. One of the Peelers was missing a blade. I e-mailed the company a note that one of the peelers was missing the blade. Within 24 hours (actually less than 24 hours) I received an e-mail from Vanessa. Long story short, Vanessa took care of everything and the replacement is on its way. VERY professional service on her part. I now feel comfortable to order other more expensive products from Until Gone.

The picture was so inviting and the deal seemed unbeatable - regular price 69.99 marked down to 24.99 - I see now 23.99. Described as microplush faux fur reversible blankets - they are flimsy, shoddy, and NOT as described. Sadly, to return two of these it will cost me over $25 via USPS (which UntilGone recommend) so basically I will be giving back a blanket that I actually paid for. This is not a reputable company. They don't have prompt or courteous customer service and I would not recommend them. Picture is what they are suppose to like

On July 30, I purchased Shark ION Robot vacuum online for $119.99 from UntilGone.com. The Refurbish product was beat-up and not even clean. It was dusty and didn't appeared to be refurbished. I tried to return the product and exchanged several emails with Until Gone company and PayPal that I used to pay for the product. Until Gone wanted me to bear the cost for returning the product when it clearly was not factory refurbished product. The company is out for profit and does not care for customer satisfaction. The product is not worth even $50. Please watch out for the SCAM riddle company, Until Gone. Don't waste your money on less than "Goodwill" quality products, I am stuck with the loss.

I ordered a product for $143.24 on August 21st. I know I typed that address in my husband as my witness. I then receive something in the mail saying that my package was unable to be delivered. I call the company multiple times leave a message and no answer back... I email them and finally they respond that they are looking into it. How could they not just look up the order? I gave them the order number. Then they respond that UPS gave it to USPS. Well that is strange because why would they do that? I bought shipping insurance. The next responses we didn't have your address. My address literally changed from my street address to my email address. After going back and forth with them, they tell me that it was returned to sender. How can that be if they said they tried to deliver it? $143.24! Really? Scammers!
