Weather finally broke to put together my nieces Christmas gift, forklift ($426), only to find out it's missing the roof and we can put it together. Upon contacting customer service I got the run around and no resolve. It's a scam of a site! They should be able to provide the missing piece. That's a lot of money spent not to provide the best customer service!

Ordered new batteries for SNOW JOE snow blower and received 'Certified Refurbished' Lithium batteries.
The company 'Until Gone' does NOT answer calls, or website request. This company miss-represents and sells seconds or defective products, their guarantee is worthless. WARNING... doing business with this company will be regretful.

Shipment was incredibly late. No longer needed it, forced me to find an alternative. They refused to provide a full refund for their mistake. Buyer beware.

Terrible company, rude, lie about returns. Don't believe what they say to you about returns. There are other ways to do it. Check with the Post Office. I will never shp there again. I will never shp there again.

I was hopeful with all of the positive reviews on here but then got an email saying they were unable to ship the item that I ordered. They offered a replacement but it was not even close to the price I paid for the original item,

Untilgone website I don't think is a legit company. They sell broken items! I bought the Petcube camera and it hasn't worked. They offered me to return item for a replacement and then reneged on that! They refuse to replace and I'm stuck with this piece of garbage. I wouldn't buy anything else from them and I warn you to do the same.

Have a current problem with a purchase that was made this past Christmas. I purchased for my grandson an electric motorcycle.So in the winter with bad weather conditions this gift was opened just the other day. Much to my surprise it did not work. I explained that it was never used and it was deffective. Until Gone customer rep. Told me that the warranty period was over and that there was nothing they can do. I asked if they can send me a part that I feel was bad and offered to pay for it but up to date they gave me no response. Now my grandson can't use his new toy and is very sad.Do they expect me to discard this product and pay for another one. This item was very expensive.So buyer be ware. They are a bad company to deal with when something goes wrong.If they don't help me with this problem I will never buy from them again.And I will write a Google review to let the consumer know how they handled my problem.

Bought several items from this site. Outdoor loveseat with built in table, 3 ply disposable masks. Impressed with price, quality and speed of delivery.

I was under the impression I was buying a new tablet perhaps an older model but not something that had been scratched and had divots all over it. The ad never said it was refurbished or used. When I went to put all my information into it so I can begin using it it kept shutting down. When I finally managed to get everything in there only two of the five websites I tried to open would open. I contacted until go on the next day. I had to wait two more days and four more conversations in order to get a return label. When I purchase the tablet I also purchased a warranty. Now they're trying to make me use my warranty when all I want to do is return the tablet it's useless. I would never buy anything from this company again. And I hope I spare someone else who can't afford to buy full price the experience of having to deal with until gone.

I've been using them for quite a while--I get the e-newsletters and I haven't been disappointed in the quality of anything I've gotten from them over the years. They package it so the products arrive in great condition, even if the Post Office throws them down the stairs. I get exactly what is described. Happy to recommend them.
