Bought a football shirt online which I needed to exchange. Sent it back and received an email 2 days later to say it had been received and replacement would be sent out the following day. Shirt was received as promised and have to say the communication was good and staff very helpful.

However, in just SIX MINUTES, I had an email saying my order had been shipped. I thought this impossible but lo and behold, this morning at 9.15am, my item was delivered by DHL.
Absolutely awesome service and so, so grateful for digging me out a hole. Thank you very much indeed.

Delivery is always prompt and the time I had to make an exchange, I had the replacement back within 3 days. I would happily recommend them to friends.

I have used uksoccershop four times now and have always been pleased with the service. The longest I have ever had to wait for delivery was three days and I've never had any of the problems mentioned by other users. Bought another shirt for Christmas this year and it arrived exactly as described.
Ordered 3 personalised football shirts which were meant as Christmas gifts and was told to expect delivery by 18th December. Today (14th December) the shirts turned up, all present and correct. Very happy with the service and would highly recommend to anyone.
I ordered an ac milan jersey 2 weeks ago with pato 7 on the back and i received today. I looked up reviews on google and i thought i had just got scammed but i was wrong. I had received the jersey today. If you don't believe me i have proof as i have pics of the jersey

Bought the new Spain shirt for my son but unfortunately it did not fit. UKSoccershop were very helpful at exchanging the jersey and helped advise on the correct size. The exchange process took just 3 days and meant I had time to fix my error before my sons birthday. He was very happy with the shirt and I was equally happy with the service I received.
Becareful with this website. This guys are scam, this is how they work. They offer good quality products in the webpage then you buy them. What they ship is a realluy really poor quality product but, they offer you to return and exchange the product, you pay then the shipping to get the product back to them with the hope that you get what was ordered. They also tell you that if you don't like they can return your money. But you don't get your product or your money. You just get couple silly e-mails answering your e-mails but not your money. Be careful with this guy: Peter Biju... he is one of the guys that answer your e-mails. Remember this guys are a scam.
