UKSoccerShop provides arguably one of the largest online selections of football jerseys, shirts, accessories, memorabilia etc... Their prices are equal to if not the best you'll find online, and they always have great deals/coupons and sales on offer. Shipping costs are reasonable with a variety of options to choose from, free standard shipping is offered if you spent at least £150.

I purchased a Real Madrid 2012-2013 UCL 3rd Shirt (Ozil 10) and a Borussia Dortmund 2013-2014 Home Shirt (Aubameyang 17). Ordered on Wednesday morning, arrived at my door on Saturday morning. I received email updates at every stage from the order/payment confirmation to the printing/dispatching so I was always kept informed on the status of my order. There is also the option to request an update should you require further information.

Both of the items I purchased were in stock when ordered, they arrived promptly, in perfect condition, all authentic and the lettering and numbers were genuine too. (see pictures). I was very happy. I would recommend this site to anyone looking for any type of football clothing and apparel due to the immense stock of items, the very competitive prices, and the quick printing/delivery service UKSoccerShop provides.

I placed an order for in-stock items in Oct 2014 and paid via Paypal. 1 month later goods apparently shipped (to my work address in Canada), however, I never received them as they sent the goods via mail vs via a traceable courier like Fedex.

I logged complaint via website after 1 month of shipment notification to be told to wait a little longer, which I did.

It is now April 2015, and despite following all Claim requests from the company, and logging refund request via Paypal, I have yet to receive a refund.

Suddenly, all is quiet in terms of their Customer Service responses... have just noticed that My Account at their website is no longer valid, meaning they disabled it; and, there is no answer at their Business Phone Number they have logged with Paypal.

I would never purchase from this company again as I believe they are a bunch of scam artists.

Was let down by another company on an order for a City top that I need for the Manchester derby on Sunday so in a panic I tried UKSoccershop and contacted them on Thursday to see if they can help. Friday night and I am sitting in my printed shirt all ready for the weekend. Huge thanks guys. Awesome!

I ordered a couple of football jerseys and got them shipped to my home in Tenerife in just 2 days. I spoke to customer service person and he tell me that I should choose DHL option for fast service. He was right because two days I am very happy!

Ordered a polo shirt over nearly 4 weeks ago. Item has not been received and despite the advertising of them sending everything by either royal mail signed for or special delivery, the company is unwilling to send me the tracking number for the item. They are also unwilling to refund me for the non receipt. All in all a terrible company and I am out of pocket as a result of stupidly using them. Do yourselves a favour and use a proper reputable company to buy these items

I made an order at the end of Nov 2014. Only one item arrived from the UK so l waited the 45 working day period before l chased the rest of the order to be told the missing item was still on back order from the supplier.At no stage had l been told any part of my order was on back order.

They asked me if l wanted to wait for the item to arrive or get a refund so l opted for the refund which they told me would take 4-5 days. Two weeks later still no refund so l chased them again to be told they could not refund to my credit card (they never had a problem taking the money in the first place). They said the only way l could get a refund was to set up a pay pal account.
